技术领域
本发明属于室内装饰材料领域,具体涉及一种阻燃性以及保温效果好的防火环保一体板,及其制造方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,对家居环境的要求也随之越来越高,并且目前大多使用实木地板。实木地板是使用同一种木材经过烘干、加工而成的,由于其天然的材质而具有花纹自然、脚感舒适以及使用安全的特点,因此深受广大用户的喜爱。
但是由于木材的本身特质以及加工时所添加的加工原料的特质,导致实木地板不仅保温效果较差,并且还存在易燃的缺点;并且由于大多数厂家会在生产时添加甲醛等有害物质,对使用者的健康造成以及的危害。
因此,研制出一种具有保温功能的防火环保一体板是本领域技术人员所急需解决的难题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种阻燃性以及保温效果好的防火环保一体板,及其制造方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防火环保一体板,其特征在于:由下至上分别包括底浆层、无纺层、下玻纤层、保温层、上玻纤层以及装饰层。
其制造方法为:
(1)准备模具,将模具预热至50-55℃;
(2)向模具中添加底浆原料,并搅拌均匀,作为底浆层;
(3)对模具进行降温,待底浆层完全固化前,在其上表面铺设一层无纺布,并使用滚筒挤压,形成无纺层;
(4)待底浆层完全固化后,将两层AR玻璃纤维铺设在无纺层上方作为下玻纤层,并使用滚筒挤压;
(5)利用EPS颗粒制作保温层,将保温层铺设于下玻纤层的上方,并且在保温层的上方再铺设两层AR玻璃纤维作为上玻纤层;使用滚筒挤压;
(6)在上玻纤层的上部铺设一层PVC板作为装饰层,并使用滚筒挤压成型;
(7)在底浆层、无纺层、下玻纤层、保温层、上玻纤层以及装饰层的外露面使用渗透性防水剂涂覆,形成防水密封层。
作为优选,步骤(2)中的底浆原料的组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比为:氧化镁:40-45%、氯化镁溶液:40-45%、滑石粉:8-15%、发泡剂:0.1-0.5%。
作为优选,步骤(7)中的渗透性防水剂为有机硅防水剂。
作为优选,底浆层、无纺层、下玻纤层、保温层、上玻纤层以及装饰层的厚度总和为12-15mm;其中底浆层的厚度为1-6mm;保温层的厚度为2-4mm。
本发明为一种防火环保一体板,由下至上分别包括底浆层、无纺层、下玻纤层、保温层、上玻纤层以及装饰层;首先在模具中使用底浆原料制作底浆层;之后待底浆层固化之前,在其上方铺设一层无纺布,并用滚筒挤压进行消泡,形成无纺层;在无纺层的上方铺设两层AR玻璃纤维,作为下玻纤层;之后在下玻纤层上铺设一层使用EPS颗粒制成的保温层;随后再保温层的上方依次铺设两层AR玻璃纤维作为上玻纤层以及一层PVC板作为装饰层。
最后在底浆层、无纺层、下玻纤层、保温层、上玻纤层以及装饰层的外露面使用渗透性防水剂涂覆,形成防水密封层。
本发明以氧化镁、氯化镁溶液、滑石粉以及发泡剂作为底浆原料制作底浆层;氧化镁具有碱性氧化物的通性,具有胶凝的效果;氯化镁溶液中具有大量的镁离子,使得底浆层偏向于镁质材料,环保;滑石粉具有润滑性、耐火性、绝缘性以及吸附力强等优秀的物理性质,并且其化学性质不活波;发泡剂能够降低底浆层返卤泛霜的概率,并且能够对底浆层起到一定的改性作用。
本发明中使用有机硅防水剂作为渗透性防水剂,机硅防水剂是一种无污染、无刺激性的新型高效防水材料,涂覆于底浆层、无纺层、下玻纤层、保温层、上玻纤层以及装饰层外露面时,可在其表面形成肉眼察觉不到的一层无色透明的透气薄膜,当遇上雨水或者潮湿空气时,水滴会自然流淌,能够阻止水分侵入,同时还可以将板材表面尘土冲刷干净,从而起到内部防潮防霉以及外部洁净、防止风化的作用。
本发明中所有的材料都来自大自然环保原料无机凝结,并且镁制材料自身也是一种环保材料,无任何石棉、甲醛等,使用后自动生成负离子,对人体健康有益。
本发明与现有的室内地板相比,有益效果为:(1)阻燃防火;(2)无甲醛、环保;(3)保温效果好。

具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细说明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
如图1所示为本发明的结构示意图,本发明为一种防火环保一体板,由下至上分别包括底浆层1、无纺层2、下玻纤层3、保温层4、上玻纤层5以及装饰层6;底浆层1、无纺层2、下玻纤层3、保温层4、上玻纤层5以及装饰层6的外露面涂覆有防水密封层7。
底浆层1、无纺层2、下玻纤层3、保温层4、上玻纤层5以及装饰层6的厚度总和为12mm;其中底浆层1的厚度为4mm;保温层4的厚度为2mm。
其制造方法为:
(1)准备模具,将模具预热至50℃。
(2)向模具中添加底浆原料,并搅拌均匀,作为底浆层1;底浆原料的组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比为:氧化镁:42%、氯化镁溶液:43%、滑石粉:14.5%、发泡剂:0.5%。
(3)对模具进行降温,待底浆层1完全固化前,在其上表面铺设一层无纺布,并使用滚筒挤压,形成无纺层2。
(4)待底浆层1完全固化后,将两层AR玻璃纤维铺设在无纺层2上方作为下玻纤层3,并使用滚筒挤压。
(5)利用EPS颗粒制作保温层4,将保温层4铺设于下玻纤层3的上方,并且在保温层4的上方再铺设两层AR玻璃纤维作为上玻纤层5;使用滚筒挤压。
(6)在上玻纤层5的上部铺设一层PVC板作为装饰层6,并使用滚筒挤压成型。
(7)在底浆层1、无纺层2、下玻纤层3、保温层4、上玻纤层5以及装饰层6的外露面使用有机硅防水剂涂覆,形成防水密封层7。
通过上述方法制作的防火环保一体板无甲醛、阻燃性能提升11%,使用寿命延长15%。
实施例2:
如图1所示为本发明的结构示意图,本发明为一种防火环保一体板,由下至上分别包括底浆层1、无纺层2、下玻纤层3、保温层4、上玻纤层5以及装饰层6;底浆层1、无纺层2、下玻纤层3、保温层4、上玻纤层5以及装饰层6的外露面涂覆有防水密封层7。
底浆层1、无纺层2、下玻纤层3、保温层4、上玻纤层5以及装饰层6的厚度总和为14mm;其中底浆层1的厚度为5mm;保温层4的厚度为3mm。
其制造方法为:
(1)准备模具,将模具预热至52℃。
(2)向模具中添加底浆原料,并搅拌均匀,作为底浆层1;底浆原料的组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比为:氧化镁:40%、氯化镁溶液:45%、滑石粉:14.5%、发泡剂:0.5%。
(3)对模具进行降温,待底浆层1完全固化前,在其上表面铺设一层无纺布,并使用滚筒挤压,形成无纺层2。
(4)待底浆层1完全固化后,将两层AR玻璃纤维铺设在无纺层2上方作为下玻纤层3,并使用滚筒挤压。
(5)利用EPS颗粒制作保温层4,将保温层4铺设于下玻纤层3的上方,并且在保温层4的上方再铺设两层AR玻璃纤维作为上玻纤层5;使用滚筒挤压。
(6)在上玻纤层5的上部铺设一层PVC板作为装饰层6,并使用滚筒挤压成型。
(7)在底浆层1、无纺层2、下玻纤层3、保温层4、上玻纤层5以及装饰层6的外露面使用有机硅防水剂涂覆,形成防水密封层7。
通过上述方法制作的防火环保一体板无甲醛、阻燃性能提升15%,使用寿命延长17%。
实施例3:
如图1所示为本发明的结构示意图,本发明为一种防火环保一体板,由下至上分别包括底浆层1、无纺层2、下玻纤层3、保温层4、上玻纤层5以及装饰层6;底浆层1、无纺层2、下玻纤层3、保温层4、上玻纤层5以及装饰层6的外露面涂覆有防水密封层7。
底浆层1、无纺层2、下玻纤层3、保温层4、上玻纤层5以及装饰层6的厚度总和为15mm;其中底浆层1的厚度为6mm;保温层4的厚度为4mm。
其制造方法为:
(1)准备模具,将模具预热至55℃。
(2)向模具中添加底浆原料,并搅拌均匀,作为底浆层1;底浆原料的组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比为:氧化镁:45%、氯化镁溶液:45%、滑石粉:9.5%、发泡剂:0.5%。
(3)对模具进行降温,待底浆层1完全固化前,在其上表面铺设一层无纺布,并使用滚筒挤压,形成无纺层2。
(4)待底浆层1完全固化后,将两层AR玻璃纤维铺设在无纺层2上方作为下玻纤层3,并使用滚筒挤压。
(5)利用EPS颗粒制作保温层4,将保温层4铺设于下玻纤层3的上方,并且在保温层4的上方再铺设两层AR玻璃纤维作为上玻纤层5;使用滚筒挤压。
(6)在上玻纤层5的上部铺设一层PVC板作为装饰层6,并使用滚筒挤压成型。
(7)在底浆层1、无纺层2、下玻纤层3、保温层4、上玻纤层5以及装饰层6的外露面使用有机硅防水剂涂覆,形成防水密封层7。
通过上述方法制作的防火环保一体板无甲醛、阻燃性能提升17%,使用寿命延长20%。

Claims (10)

1.一种防火环保一体板,包括底浆层(1)、无纺层(2)、下玻纤层(3)、保温层(4)、上玻纤层(5)以及装饰层(6),其特征在于:在装饰层(6)的外露面涂覆有防水密封层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火环保一体板,其特征在于:所述的底浆层(1)、无纺层(2)、下玻纤层(3)、保温层(4)、上玻纤层(5)以及装饰层(6)由下至上铺设。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火环保一体板,其特征在于:所述底浆层(1)为底浆原料搅拌均匀固化而形成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火环保一体板,其特征在于:所述无纺层(2)为无纺布,并使用滚筒挤压而形成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火环保一体板,其特征在于:所述下玻纤层(3)和上玻纤层(5)均为AR玻璃纤维并使用滚筒挤压而形成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火环保一体板,其特征在于:所述保温层(4)为EPS颗粒制作而成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火环保一体板,其特征在于:所述装饰层(6)为PVC板。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火环保一体板,其特征在于:所述密封层(7)通过在装饰层(6)的外露面使用渗透性防水剂涂覆形成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种防火环保一体板,其特征在于:所述底浆层(1)、无纺层(2)、下玻纤层(3)、保温层(4)、上玻纤层(5)以及装饰层(6)的厚度总和为12-15mm;其中底浆层(1)的厚度为1-6mm;保温层(4)的厚度为2-4mm。
10.根据权利要求2所述的一种防火环保一体板,其特征在于:所述底浆层(1)、无纺层(2)、下玻纤层(3)、保温层(4)、上玻纤层(5)以及装饰层(6)的厚度总和为12mm;其中底浆层(1)的厚度为4mm;保温层(4)的厚度为2mm。
