本发明公开了一种防褪色织物柔软剂,以重量份计,由如下组分组成:硬脂酸钠2~8份、八甲基四硅氧烷5~10份、氨乙基氨丙基二甲氧基硅烷3~9份、碱性催化剂2~10份、亚硫酸氢钠3~9份、丙烯酰胺12~18份、水性丙烯酸树脂3~15份和水50~85份。通过上述方式,本发明防褪色织物柔软剂不易泛黄,能够保证织物的色彩鲜明,不易发生褪色现象,保证织物具有良好的柔软性,光泽明亮。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及印染助剂技术领域,特别是涉及一种防褪色织物柔软剂。
背景技术
柔软整理是印染加工中的重要后整理工序,纺织品在加工过程中,经多次处理后手感会变得粗糙,一般合成纤维织物更差,尤其是超细纤维织物。
为了使织物具有柔软、滑爽、舒适的手感,就需要对其进行整理,应用广泛的是用柔软剂进行整理。
织物在柔软整理的过程中容易发生泛黄现象,影响织物的整体色彩,降低织物的色泽度。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防褪色织物柔软剂,不易泛黄,能够保证织物的色彩鲜明,不易发生褪色现象,保证织物具有良好的柔软性,光泽明亮。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种防褪色织物柔软剂,以重量份计,由如下组分组成:硬脂酸钠2~8份、八甲基四硅氧烷5~10份、氨乙基氨丙基二甲氧基硅烷3~9份、碱性催化剂2~10份、亚硫酸氢钠3~9份、丙烯酰胺12~18份、水性丙烯酸树脂3~15份和水50~85份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,以重量份计,由如下组分组成:硬脂酸钠2份、八甲基四硅氧烷5份、氨乙基氨丙基二甲氧基硅烷3份、碱性催化剂2份、亚硫酸氢钠3份、丙烯酰胺12份、水性丙烯酸树脂3份和水50份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,以重量份计,由如下组分组成:硬脂酸钠4份、八甲基四硅氧烷7份、氨乙基氨丙基二甲氧基硅烷5份、碱性催化剂4份、亚硫酸氢钠5份、丙烯酰胺14份、水性丙烯酸树脂7份和水62份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,以重量份计,由如下组分组成:硬脂酸钠6份、八甲基四硅氧烷9份、氨乙基氨丙基二甲氧基硅烷7份、碱性催化剂7份、亚硫酸氢钠7份、丙烯酰胺16份、水性丙烯酸树脂11份和水73份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,以重量份计,由如下组分组成:硬脂酸钠8份、八甲基四硅氧烷10份、氨乙基氨丙基二甲氧基硅烷9份、碱性催化剂10份、亚硫酸氢钠9份、丙烯酰胺18份、水性丙烯酸树脂15份和水85份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明防褪色织物柔软剂不易泛黄,保证织物的色彩鲜明,不易发生褪色现象,保证织物具有良好的柔软性,光泽明亮。

一种防褪色织物柔软剂,以重量份计,由如下组分组成:硬脂酸钠2份、八甲基四硅氧烷5份、氨乙基氨丙基二甲氧基硅烷3份、碱性催化剂2份、亚硫酸氢钠3份、丙烯酰胺12份、水性丙烯酸树脂3份和水50份。
实施例二
一种防褪色织物柔软剂,以重量份计,由如下组分组成:硬脂酸钠4份、八甲基四硅氧烷7份、氨乙基氨丙基二甲氧基硅烷5份、碱性催化剂4份、亚硫酸氢钠5份、丙烯酰胺14份、水性丙烯酸树脂7份和水62份。
实施例三
一种防褪色织物柔软剂,以重量份计,由如下组分组成:硬脂酸钠6份、八甲基四硅氧烷9份、氨乙基氨丙基二甲氧基硅烷7份、碱性催化剂7份、亚硫酸氢钠7份、丙烯酰胺16份、水性丙烯酸树脂11份和水73份。
实施例四
一种防褪色织物柔软剂,以重量份计,由如下组分组成:硬脂酸钠8份、八甲基四硅氧烷10份、氨乙基氨丙基二甲氧基硅烷9份、碱性催化剂10份、亚硫酸氢钠9份、丙烯酰胺18份、水性丙烯酸树脂15份和水85份。
本发明防褪色织物柔软剂的有益效果是:
不易泛黄,保证织物的色彩鲜明,不易发生褪色现象,保证织物具有良好的柔软性,光泽明亮。

1.一种防褪色织物柔软剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,由如下组分组成:硬脂酸钠2~8份、八甲基四硅氧烷5~10份、氨乙基氨丙基二甲氧基硅烷3~9份、碱性催化剂2~10份、亚硫酸氢钠3~9份、丙烯酰胺12~18份、水性丙烯酸树脂3~15份和水50~85份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防褪色织物柔软剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,由如下组分组成:硬脂酸钠2份、八甲基四硅氧烷5份、氨乙基氨丙基二甲氧基硅烷3份、碱性催化剂2份、亚硫酸氢钠3份、丙烯酰胺12份、水性丙烯酸树脂3份和水50份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防褪色织物柔软剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,由如下组分组成:硬脂酸钠4份、八甲基四硅氧烷7份、氨乙基氨丙基二甲氧基硅烷5份、碱性催化剂4份、亚硫酸氢钠5份、丙烯酰胺14份、水性丙烯酸树脂7份和水62份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防褪色织物柔软剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,由如下组分组成:硬脂酸钠6份、八甲基四硅氧烷9份、氨乙基氨丙基二甲氧基硅烷7份、碱性催化剂7份、亚硫酸氢钠7份、丙烯酰胺16份、水性丙烯酸树脂11份和水73份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防褪色织物柔软剂,其特征在于,以重量份计,由如下组分组成:硬脂酸钠8份、八甲基四硅氧烷10份、氨乙基氨丙基二甲氧基硅烷9份、碱性催化剂10份、亚硫酸氢钠9份、丙烯酰胺18份、水性丙烯酸树脂15份和水85份。
