Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗起球织物柔软剂,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:有机硅5~15份、聚乙烯醇3~8份、八甲基四硅氧烷3~10份、氨基硅油10~16份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯纤维2~8份、醋酸钠1~6份、三聚磷酸钠12~20份、油酸钠5~11份和水50~80份。通过上述方式,本发明抗起球织物柔软剂处理后的织物更加滑爽飘逸,更加富有弹性,耐磨性能更好,不容易起球,能促进皮肤舒服放松,有助于人体健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及印染助剂技术领域,特别是涉及一种抗起球织物柔软剂。
背景技术
柔软整理是印染加工中的重要后整理工序,纺织品在加工过程中,经多次处理后手感会变得粗糙,一般合成纤维织物更差,尤其是超细纤维织物。
为了使织物具有柔软、滑爽、舒适的手感,就需要对其进行整理,应用广泛的是用柔软剂进行整理。
现有的很多柔软剂在对织物进行处理后,织物仍然很容易发生起球现象,影响织物整体的舒适度。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗起球织物柔软剂,处理后的织物更加滑爽飘逸,更加富有弹性,耐磨性能更好,不容易起球,能促进皮肤舒服放松,有助于人体健康。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种抗起球织物柔软剂,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:有机硅5~15份、聚乙烯醇3~8份、八甲基四硅氧烷3~10份、氨基硅油10~16份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯纤维2~8份、醋酸钠1~6份、三聚磷酸钠12~20份、油酸钠5~11份和水50~80份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:有机硅5份、聚乙烯醇3份、八甲基四硅氧烷3份、氨基硅油10份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯纤维2份、醋酸钠1份、三聚磷酸钠12份、油酸钠51份和水50份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:有机硅7份、聚乙烯醇4份、八甲基四硅氧烷5份、氨基硅油12份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯纤维3份、醋酸钠2份、三聚磷酸钠14份、油酸钠6份和水57份。

一种抗起球织物柔软剂,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:有机硅10份、聚乙烯醇6份、八甲基四硅氧烷6份、氨基硅油13份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯纤维5份、醋酸钠3份、三聚磷酸钠16份、油酸钠7份和水65份。

一种抗起球织物柔软剂,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:有机硅12份、聚乙烯醇7份、八甲基四硅氧烷8份、氨基硅油15份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯纤维7份、醋酸钠5份、三聚磷酸钠18份、油酸钠9份和水72份。

一种抗起球织物柔软剂,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:有机硅15份、聚乙烯醇8份、八甲基四硅氧烷10份、氨基硅油16份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯纤维8份、醋酸钠6份、三聚磷酸钠20份、油酸钠11份和水80份。
