Abstract
本发明公开了一种纳米环保式织物柔软剂,包括:在其水溶液中含有各组分的重量份数为:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5~14份、纳米二氧化钛6~18份、氯化镁3~18份、纳米二氧化硅3~15份、三乙醇胺3~18份、纳米除油乳化剂5~20份、纳米银18~26份和磷酸锆11~21份。通过上述方式,本发明纳米环保式织物柔软剂处理后的织物对皮肤没有刺激性,不会发生过敏现象,抗菌抑菌,可有效去除织物的异味,且环保无毒。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及印染助剂技术领域,特别是涉及一种纳米环保式织物柔软剂。
背景技术
柔软整理是印染加工中的重要后整理工序,纺织品在加工过程中,经多次处理后手感会变得粗糙,一般合成纤维织物更差,尤其是超细纤维织物。
为了使织物具有柔软、滑爽、舒适的手感,就需要对其进行整理,应用广泛的是用柔软剂进行整理。
现有的柔顺剂对织物进行处理后织物容易对皮肤产生刺激,发生过敏等现象,且现有的柔顺剂很不环保。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种纳米环保式织物柔软剂,处理后的织物对皮肤没有刺激性,不会发生过敏现象,抗菌抑菌,可有效去除织物的异味,且环保无毒。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种纳米环保式织物柔软剂,包括:在其水溶液中含有各组分的重量份数为:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5~14份、纳米二氧化钛6~18份、氯化镁3~18份、纳米二氧化硅3~15份、三乙醇胺3~18份、纳米除油乳化剂5~20份、纳米银18~26份和磷酸锆11~21份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,在其水溶液中含有各组分的重量份数为:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5份、纳米二氧化钛6份、氯化镁3份、纳米二氧化硅3份、三乙醇胺3份、纳米除油乳化剂5份、纳米银18份和磷酸锆11份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,在其水溶液中含有各组分的重量份数为:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚8份、纳米二氧化钛10份、氯化镁8份、纳米二氧化硅7份、三乙醇胺8份、纳米除油乳化剂10份、纳米银20份和磷酸锆14份。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明纳米环保式织物柔软剂处理后的织物对皮肤没有刺激性,不会发生过敏现象,抗菌抑菌,可有效去除织物的异味,且环保无毒。

一种纳米环保式织物柔软剂,在其水溶液中含有各组分的重量份数为:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5份、纳米二氧化钛6份、氯化镁3份、纳米二氧化硅3份、三乙醇胺3份、纳米除油乳化剂5份、纳米银18份和磷酸锆11份。
实施例二
一种纳米环保式织物柔软剂,在其水溶液中含有各组分的重量份数为:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚8份、纳米二氧化钛10份、氯化镁8份、纳米二氧化硅7份、三乙醇胺8份、纳米除油乳化剂10份、纳米银20份和磷酸锆14份。
实施例三
一种纳米环保式织物柔软剂,在其水溶液中含有各组分的重量份数为:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚11份、纳米二氧化钛14份、氯化镁13份、纳米二氧化硅11份、三乙醇胺13份、纳米除油乳化剂15份、纳米银23份和磷酸锆17份。
实施例四
一种纳米环保式织物柔软剂,在其水溶液中含有各组分的重量份数为:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚14份、纳米二氧化钛18份、氯化镁18份、纳米二氧化硅15份、三乙醇胺18份、纳米除油乳化剂20份、纳米银26份和磷酸锆21份。
本发明纳米环保式织物柔软剂的有益效果是:
处理后的织物对皮肤没有刺激性,不会发生过敏现象,抗菌抑菌,可有效去除织物的异味,且环保无毒。

1.一种纳米环保式织物柔软剂,其特征在于,包括:在其水溶液中含有各组分的重量份数为:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5~14份、纳米二氧化钛6~18份、氯化镁3~18份、纳米二氧化硅3~15份、三乙醇胺3~18份、纳米除油乳化剂5~20份、纳米银18~26份和磷酸锆11~21份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纳米环保式织物柔软剂,其特征在于,在其水溶液中含有各组分的重量份数为:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5份、纳米二氧化钛6份、氯化镁3份、纳米二氧化硅3份、三乙醇胺3份、纳米除油乳化剂5份、纳米银18份和磷酸锆11份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纳米环保式织物柔软剂,其特征在于,在其水溶液中含有各组分的重量份数为:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚8份、纳米二氧化钛10份、氯化镁8份、纳米二氧化硅7份、三乙醇胺8份、纳米除油乳化剂10份、纳米银20份和磷酸锆14份。
