Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌速干针织面料的生产工艺,将抗菌纤维作为经线与纬线进行织造和染色得到抗菌针织面料层,所述抗菌纤维中包含纤维总重量的0.008~0.020‰的纳米银离子和0.020~0.08‰的二氧化钛粉末;后在所述抗菌针织面料层上涂覆一层储汗速干层,所述储汗速干层为聚丙烯涂层,得到抗菌速干针织面料半成品,再将半成品进行后整理得到抗菌速干针织面料。通过上述方式,本发明制成的抗菌速干针织面料具有长效的抗菌作用和速干的效用,具有良好的服用性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及面料生产技术领域,特别是涉及一种抗菌速干针织面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对服装的要求越来越高,消费者已经从最开始的追求保暖向注重舒适、美观、有益健康等方向发展,功能纺织品也应运而生,早在第一次世界大战的时候,人们就已经开始了对抗菌纺织品的研究,到了现代,1996年日本在全国范围由0-157病原性大肠杆菌引起的肠道急性病和2003年初我国由于SARS病毒引起的非典型性肺炎,不得不说它们都给人类的身体健康造成巨大的伤害,而人们从中也得到了启发:因为对自然界的微生物来说,人类的皮肤是一种很好的营养供给者,人们皮肤上的一些常驻菌起着保护皮肤免受致病菌危害的作用,一旦微生物中的菌群失调,他们中的少量致病菌就会大量繁殖,并通过皮肤、呼吸道、消化道以及生殖道粘膜对人体造成危害。抗菌纺织品作为一个可能的阻止和切断疾病传染源的产品,将在人们疾病防治中起到至关重要的作用。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗菌速干针织面料的生产工艺,该工艺制备的抗菌速干针织面料具有长效的抗菌作用和速干的效用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
提供一种抗菌速干针织面料的生产工艺,将抗菌纤维作为经线与纬线进行织造和染色得到抗菌针织面料层,所述抗菌纤维中包含纤维总重量的0.008~0.020‰的纳米银离子和0.020~0.08‰的二氧化钛粉末;后在所述抗菌针织面料层上涂覆一层储汗速干层,所述储汗速干层为聚丙烯涂层,得到抗菌速干针织面料半成品,再将半成品进行后整理得到抗菌速干针织面料。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述储汗速干层的厚度为0.05~0.15mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗菌纤维中的主体为大豆蛋白纤维、棉纤维、竹炭纤维、粘胶纤维、氨纶或腈纶纤维中的一种或几种的混合物。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗菌纤维中的主体为竹炭纤维与粘胶纤维相混合的混合纤维。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种抗菌速干针织面料的生产工艺,包括抗菌针织面料层的处理和储汗速干层的涂覆,本发明制成的抗菌速干针织面料具有长效的抗菌作用和速干的效用,具有良好的服用性能。

实施例1:
一种抗菌速干针织面料的生产工艺,将抗菌纤维作为经线与纬线进行织造和染色得到抗菌针织面料层,所述抗菌纤维中包含纤维总重量的0.010‰的纳米银离子和0.055‰的二氧化钛粉末;后在所述抗菌针织面料层上涂覆一层储汗速干层,所述储汗速干层为聚丙烯涂层,所述储汗速干层的厚度为0.05mm,得到抗菌速干针织面料半成品,再将半成品进行后整理得到抗菌速干针织面料。
其中,所述抗菌纤维中的主体为竹炭纤维与粘胶纤维相混合的混合纤维。
实施例2:
一种抗菌速干针织面料的生产工艺,将抗菌纤维作为经线与纬线进行织造和染色得到抗菌针织面料层,所述抗菌纤维中包含纤维总重量的0.018‰的纳米银离子和0.025‰的二氧化钛粉末;后在所述抗菌针织面料层上涂覆一层储汗速干层,所述储汗速干层为聚丙烯涂层,所述储汗速干层的厚度为0.08mm,得到抗菌速干针织面料半成品,再将半成品进行后整理得到抗菌速干针织面料。
其中,所述抗菌纤维中的主体为大豆蛋白纤维、竹炭纤维与粘胶纤维相混合的混合纤维。

1.一种抗菌速干针织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,将抗菌纤维作为经线与纬线进行织造和染色得到抗菌针织面料层,所述抗菌纤维中包含纤维总重量的0.008~0.020‰的纳米银离子和0.020~0.08‰的二氧化钛粉末;后在所述抗菌针织面料层上涂覆一层储汗速干层,所述储汗速干层为聚丙烯涂层,得到抗菌速干针织面料半成品,再将半成品进行后整理得到抗菌速干针织面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌速干针织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述储汗速干层的厚度为0.05~0.15mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌速干针织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述抗菌纤维中的主体为大豆蛋白纤维、棉纤维、竹炭纤维、粘胶纤维、氨纶或腈纶纤维中的一种或几种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌速干针织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述抗菌纤维中的主体为竹炭纤维与粘胶纤维相混合的混合纤维。
