背景技术
印染又称之为染整,是一种加工方式,也是前处理,染色,印花,后整理,洗水等的总称。染色可以给织物带来各自各样鲜艳的颜色,从而满足人们对服饰多样性的要求。染色可以分为织布前染色和织布后染色,织布前染色是先对纺织纱线进行染色,再用带色彩的纱线织出不同颜色的布料,称之为色织;织布后染色是先采用无色纱线进行织布,再对成品布进行染色。柔顺剂是布料染色过程中重要的一种助剂,现有的柔顺剂在固色、除皱性能方面还有待改进。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种固色除皱多功能印染用柔顺剂,包括下列重量份的组份:表面活性剂1~3份、生物活素酶1~3份、氯烃基官能团硅烷5~10份、薰衣草精油1~2份、硬脂酸15~20份、失水山梨醇硬脂酸酯10~15份、茶树精油1~2份、油酸钾2~5份、AEO-35~10份、茶皂素1~2份、柠檬酸2~5份、人参精油2~4份和无水酒精30~50份。

在本发明一个较佳实施例中,包括下列重量份的组份:表面活性剂3份、生物活素酶3份、氯烃基官能团硅烷10份、薰衣草精油2份、硬脂酸20份、失水山梨醇硬脂酸酯15份、茶树精油2份、油酸钾5份、AEO-310份、茶皂素2份、柠檬酸5份、人参精油4份和无水酒精50份。
