本发明公开了一种涤纶/氨纶印花底布的荧光增白染整方法,该方法只有预定型工序。所述预定型工序采用的助剂包括:荧光增白剂5g/L、亲水性硅油柔软剂20g/L以及亲水柔软剂20g/L。所述预定型工序还包括边中差的控制、段差的控制以及色点的控制。本发明的涤纶/氨纶印花底布的荧光增白染整方法将染色工序中采用的荧光增白剂以及后整理中采用的柔软剂按照一定的浓度直接加入到预定型工序中,同时通过对边中差、段差以及色点进行有效的控制,从而只需预定型工序即可实现荧光增白染整,并且获得较好的荧光增白染整效果,具有较好的白度,不仅大大缩短了生产流程,而且大大减少了资源的消耗,达到了节能减排的目的。

本发明属于纺织印染技术领域,具体涉及一种涤纶/氨纶印花底布的荧光增白染整方法。
背景技术
传统的涤纶/氨纶印花底布的荧光增白染整方法需要经过预定型(也称预处理、前处理或者前定型)、染色以及后整理三个工序。
预定型和后整理均需要消耗较多的天然气,而染色则需要消耗大量的水、水蒸汽、增白剂、染色助剂等,因此,传统的涤纶/氨纶印花底布的荧光增白染整方法存在生产流程长、资源消耗多等不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种生产流程短、资源消耗少的涤纶/氨纶印花底布的荧光增白染整方法。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种涤纶/氨纶印花底布的荧光增白染整方法,其特征在于:只有预定型工序。
所述预定型工序的关键因素之一在于采用的助剂包括:荧光增白剂5g/L、亲水性硅油柔软剂20g/L以及亲水柔软剂20g/L。
所述预定型工序的关键因素之二在于边中差(也称色差)的控制、段差的控制以及色点的控制。
所述边中差的控制是使定型机轧车轧辊的左、中、右的压力相等,定型机左、中、右的温度相等。
所述段差的控制是采用溢流补偿法控制轧槽中荧光增白剂的浓度维持在5g/L。这是因为申请人发现荧光增白剂的浓度下降是造成段差的主要原因。
所述色点的控制是将荧光增白剂在使用前用热水溶解并过滤。这是因为申请人发现荧光增白剂中添加的一些辅助料是造成色点的主要原因。
本发明具有的积极效果:(1)本发明的涤纶/氨纶印花底布的荧光增白染整方法将染色工序中采用的荧光增白剂以及后整理中采用的柔软剂按照一定的浓度直接加入到预定型工序中,同时通过对边中差、段差以及色点进行有效的控制,从而只需预定型工序即可实现荧光增白染整,并且获得较好的荧光增白染整效果,具有较好的白度。(2)本发明的涤纶/氨纶印花底布的荧光增白染整方法不仅大大缩短了生产流程,而且整个过程中用水量也很少(与涤纶/氨纶印花底布的重量比大约为1∶1),从而大大减少了资源的消耗,达到了节能减排的目的。
具体实施方式
(实施例1)
本实施例的涤纶/氨纶印花底布的荧光增白染整方法只有预定型工艺。
该预定型工序采用的助剂包括:荧光增白剂5g/L、亲水性硅油柔软剂20g/L以及亲水柔软剂20g/L。
本实施例采用的涤纶/氨纶印花底布为85%涤纶(50D/24F)+15%氨纶(40D)的32针经编平布,其用途为泳衣印花漂白底布。
该预定型工序的另一关键点在于边中差、段差以及色点的控制。
其中,边中差的控制是使定型机轧车轧辊的左、中、右的压力相等,定型机左、中、右的温度相等。段差的控制是采用溢流补偿法控制轧槽中荧光增白剂的浓度维持在5g/L。色点的控制是将荧光增白剂在使用前用热水溶解并过滤。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的涤纶/氨纶印花底布的荧光增白染整方法,其特征在于:所述预定型工序还包括边中差的控制、段差的控制以及色点的控制。
4.根据权利要求3所述的涤纶/氨纶印花底布的荧光增白染整方法,其特征在于:所述边中差的控制是使定型机轧车轧辊的左、中、右的压力相等,定型机左、中、右的温度相等。
5.根据权利要求3所述的涤纶/氨纶印花底布的荧光增白染整方法,其特征在于:所述段差的控制是采用溢流补偿法控制轧槽中荧光增白剂的浓度维持在5g/L。
