背景技术
随人们生活水平的提高,对装修的美观性、功能性、个性化要求逐渐提高,室内装饰装修材料包括台面板、挂墙板、家具等均需要满足合适的强度、防火、耐污、耐腐蚀、抗菌防霉、甲醛类对人体有害的气体释放量低以及美观实用等特性,以满足装修的安全性、实用性、美观化等要求,因此,对于室内装饰装修材料的材质要求在逐渐提高。
近年来常用的室内装饰装修材料主要有油漆、涂料、软装饰材料墙纸、墙布、陶瓷、天然及人造石材、木材及装饰板。油漆涂料大多含有挥发性溶剂如苯、甲苯等有机污染物质,对使用或居住者的身体健康造成潜在危害;墙纸、墙布等存在不防水、不防潮、湿度大时易脱落,易发霉等缺点,粘贴用胶大多为橡胶类胶粘剂的苯、甲苯溶液,挥发性溶剂同样对人体有害;陶瓷常温下无塑性变形,抗压强度大,但抗拉强度、抗弯强度及耐冲击性差,易脆性断裂;天然石材硬度大,耐磨损,但存在放射性、渗透性高、耐冲击性差的缺点;人造石材使用大量树脂,大多只能用于台面装修;装饰板大多以木材或木材衍生物为基材,经油漆涂饰后粘贴于基材上,同样具有不防水、防火、耐高压等缺点。目前应用广泛的高压装饰层积板是以纸类(包括装饰面纸和基纸)浸渍热固性树脂后经高温高压生产而成,主要用于家具和室内装修,花色繁多,表面处理也有高光、亚光、麻面之分,以上材料最大的缺陷在于由于这类装饰材料和基材都是易燃物,遇火可持续燃烧,并且在燃烧过程中易产生大量有毒窒息性烟气,在近年重、特大火灾事故频发、尤其高层住宅、商业区域严重火灾造成人员伤亡严重的情况下人们越来越注重建筑、装饰装修材料的安全性,这些传统材料难以满足装饰装修的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述存在的问题,克服现有技术中高压装饰板生产技术中的不足,提供一种耐磨、耐火、耐水、耐潮、耐冲击、耐污染、美观耐久的抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板;本发明的目的还在于提供一种抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板的生产方法。
本发明抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板的技术方案是:一种抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板,包括防火基板,所述防火基板上设置有缓冲层,所述缓冲层上设置有粘结层,所述粘结层上设置有装饰层,所述防火基板由多层浸渍了热固性醇溶酚醛树脂的玻纤毡制成;所述的缓冲层由浸渍了热固性醇溶酚醛树脂的牛皮纸制成;所述装饰层由涂覆了添加抗菌剂的热固化和光固化双固化体系的环氧树脂的装饰纸制成。

(1)制备浸渍阻燃基板坯;
首先制备浸渍玻纤毡用的醇溶性酚醛树脂,按醇溶性酚醛树脂质量的40~110%添加径级为1~3um的Al2O3粉末,然后选用定量为50~120g/m2玻纤毡浸渍酚醛树脂并干燥,上胶量:300~500%,挥发份:6.0~7.5%,最后按规定尺寸要求裁切并按厚度要求选取合适层数搭配,得到浸渍阻燃基板坯;

首先制备浸渍牛皮纸用的热固性醇溶性酚醛树脂,加入质量为热固性醇溶性酚醛树脂质量的10~20%的阻燃剂得到阻燃性酚醛树脂,然后用牛皮纸浸渍阻燃性酚醛树脂并干燥,上胶量:50~70%,挥发份:7.0~8.5%,最后按规定尺寸要求裁切得到的浸渍阻燃缓冲纸;
(3)制备浸渍粘接层
首先制备浸渍牛皮纸用的热固性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,加入质量为热固性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂质量的8~10%阻燃剂得到阻燃性三胺树脂,然后用表层纸浸渍阻燃性三胺树脂并干燥,上胶量:180~230%,挥发份:7.5~9.0%,最后按规定尺寸要求裁切得到浸渍粘接层;
(4)制备预固化涂胶装饰纸
取环氧丙烯酸树脂与交联剂按质量比2:1混合均匀,分别添加质量为环氧丙烯酸树脂与交联剂总质量2.3%的热固化剂、2‰的光固化剂、3.2‰的脱模剂和2‰的抗菌剂,搅拌均匀,得到装饰纸涂布用树脂;将装饰纸涂布树脂经紫外线灯照射预固化得到预固化涂胶装饰纸,上胶量为130~200g/m2
(5)将上述得到的浸渍阻燃基板坯、浸渍阻燃缓冲纸、浸渍粘接层、预固化涂胶装饰纸,按每层从下到上依次为底板、缓冲垫、热压成型模板、预固化涂胶装饰纸、浸渍粘接层、浸渍阻燃缓冲纸、浸渍阻燃基板坯、浸渍阻燃缓冲纸、浸渍粘接层、预固化涂胶装饰纸、热压成型模板、缓冲垫、盖板的顺序进行铺装,基板坯的层数由最终产品的厚度决定;
(6)装机完毕,在热压机中升压、升温,升温过程为12--15分钟,然后在温度130~135℃,单位压力5.0~6.2Mpa条件下压制30~45分钟后保压降温;降温过程为20~30分钟,采用加热介质为蒸汽或过热水,冷却介质为水;
(7)温度降至室温后卸压、卸机出板,进行锯边、背部砂毛后处理后得到抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板成品。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明与传统装饰板相比具有以下优点,
1、本发明抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板与传统的装饰板相比,因添加抗菌剂,抗菌防霉性能良好:甲氧西林金色葡萄球菌抗菌活性值≥4.0;金黄色葡萄球菌抗菌活性值≥4.0;肺炎克雷伯氏菌抗菌活性值≥5.0;大肠杆菌抗菌活性值≥5.0 ;绿脓杆菌抗菌活性值≥2.5。
2、本发明抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板根据所施加阻燃剂比例不同,燃烧试验时氧指数≥60,耐火性能达到B1级或A级。
3、本发明抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板因表面装饰层涂覆光固化和热固化双固化体系的耐酸碱腐蚀树脂,表面耐腐蚀性能好,可耐65%硝酸、98%硫酸、37%盐酸溶液、85%磷酸、40%氢氟酸溶液、40%氢氧化钠溶液、28%的氨水、四氯化碳、丙酮等加盖玻片24小时腐蚀无变色、失光。
4、本发明抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板表面不施加含醛树脂,甲醛释放量低于1.5mg/L。
5、尺寸稳定性好,抗拉强度、抗弯强度、耐冲击强度高,广泛用于家具、墙面板、台面等家用和公用室内装饰装修场所。
6、本发明产品表面处理可选择不同的模板,有高光、亚光、麻面浮雕等不同的表面处理方式,并有多种尺寸可供选择。

本发明提供的抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板的实施例一,如图1所示,包括防火基板,所述防火基板上设置有缓冲层,所述缓冲层上设置有粘结层,所述粘结层上设置有装饰层,所述防火基板由多层浸渍了热固性醇溶酚醛树脂的玻纤毡制成;所述的缓冲层由浸渍了热固性醇溶酚醛树脂的牛皮纸制成;所述装饰层由涂覆了添加抗菌剂的热固化和光固化双固化体系的环氧树脂的装饰纸制成。
所述粘接层由浸渍了热固性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的表层纸制成。
所述防火基板选用的玻纤毡的定量为50~120g/m2;
所述缓冲层浸渍用热固性醇溶树脂含有径级为1~3um的Al2O3粉末,Al2O3粉末质量为树脂质量的40~110%。
所述装饰层表面涂覆了添加有抗菌剂的热固化和光固化双固化体系的环氧树脂,抗菌剂的质量为树脂总质量的2‰。
所述粘接层浸渍表层纸用的热固性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂含有阻燃剂,阻燃剂质量为树脂质量的8~10%。
所述的缓冲层浸渍牛皮纸用的热固性醇溶树脂含有阻燃剂,阻燃剂质量为树脂质量的10~20%。用于避免防火牛皮纸所浸渍的酚醛树脂在进行模压成型时浸到装饰表面,并保证装饰表面的平整美观。
所述装饰层取用的装饰纸为单色纸或者印刷纸;装饰层在压制的时候刻选择浮雕或亚光或高光表面效果的模型。
本发明抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板的生产方法,包括以下生产步骤:
(1)制备浸渍阻燃基板坯;
首先制备浸渍玻纤毡用的醇溶性酚醛树脂,然后按醇溶性酚醛树脂质量的40~110%添加径级为1~3um的Al2O3粉末,最后选用定量为50~120g/m2玻纤毡浸渍酚醛树脂并干燥,上胶量:300~500%,挥发份:6.0~7.5%;按规定尺寸要求裁切并按厚度要求选取合适层数搭配,得到浸渍阻燃基板坯;
(2)制备浸渍阻燃缓冲纸;
首先制备浸渍牛皮纸用的热固性醇溶性酚醛树脂,然后加入质量为热固性醇溶性酚醛树脂质量的10~20%的阻燃剂得到阻燃性酚醛树脂,最后用牛皮纸浸渍阻燃性酚醛树脂并干燥,上胶量:50~70%,挥发份:7.0~8.5%;按规定尺寸要求裁切得到的浸渍阻燃缓冲纸;
(3)制备浸渍粘接层;
首先制备浸渍牛皮纸用的热固性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,然后加入质量为热固性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂质量的8~10%阻燃剂得到阻燃性三胺树脂,最后用表层纸浸渍阻燃性三胺树脂并干燥,上胶量:180~230%,挥发份:7.5~9.0%;按规定尺寸要求裁切得到浸渍粘接层;
(4)制备预固化涂胶装饰纸;
取环氧丙烯酸树脂与交联剂按质量比2:1混合均匀,分别添加质量为环氧丙烯酸树脂与交联剂总质量2.3%的热固化剂、2‰的光固化剂、3.2‰的脱模剂和2‰的抗菌剂,搅拌均匀,得到装饰纸涂布用树脂;将装饰纸涂布树脂经紫外线灯照射预固化得到预固化涂胶装饰纸,上胶量为130~200g/m2
(5)将上述得到的浸渍阻燃基板坯、浸渍阻燃缓冲纸、浸渍粘接层、预固化涂胶装饰纸,按每层从下到上依次为底板、缓冲垫、热压成型模板、预固化涂胶装饰纸、浸渍粘接层、浸渍阻燃缓冲纸、浸渍阻燃基板坯、浸渍阻燃缓冲纸、浸渍粘接层、预固化涂胶装饰纸、热压成型模板、缓冲垫、盖板的顺序进行铺装,基板坯的层数由最终产品的厚度决定;
(6)装机完毕,在热压机中升压、升温,升温过程为12--15分钟,然后在温度130~135℃,单位压力5.0~6.2Mpa条件下压制30~45分钟后保压降温;降温过程为20~30分钟,采用加热介质为蒸汽或过热水,冷却介质为水;
(7)温度降至室温后卸压、卸机出板,进行锯边、背部砂毛后处理后得到抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板成品。
本发明抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板的生产方法的实施例一,包括以下步骤:(1)制备浸渍阻燃基板坯;
首先制备浸渍玻纤毡用的醇溶性酚醛树脂,然后按醇溶性酚醛树脂质量的40%添加径级为1~3um的Al2O3粉末,最后选用定量为80g/m2玻纤毡浸渍酚醛树脂并干燥,上胶量:500%,挥发份:6.7%;按规定尺寸要求裁切并按厚度要求选取合适层数搭配,得到浸渍阻燃基板坯;
(2)制备浸渍阻燃缓冲纸;
首先制备浸渍牛皮纸用的热固性醇溶性酚醛树脂,然后加入质量为热固性醇溶性酚醛树脂质量的10%的阻燃剂得到阻燃性酚醛树脂,最后用牛皮纸浸渍阻燃性酚醛树脂并干燥,上胶量:60%,挥发份:8%;按规定尺寸要求裁切得到的浸渍阻燃缓冲纸;
(3)制备浸渍粘接层;
首先制备浸渍牛皮纸用的热固性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,然后加入质量为热固性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂质量的8%阻燃剂得到阻燃性三胺树脂,最后用表层纸浸渍阻燃性三胺树脂并干燥,上胶量:180%,挥发份:7.5%;按规定尺寸要求裁切得到浸渍粘接层;
(4)制备预固化涂胶装饰纸;
取环氧丙烯酸树脂与交联剂按质量比2:1混合均匀,分别添加质量为环氧丙烯酸树脂与交联剂总质量2.3%的热固化剂、2‰的光固化剂、3.2‰的脱模剂和2‰的抗菌剂,搅拌均匀,得到装饰纸涂布用树脂;将装饰纸涂布树脂经紫外线灯照射预固化得到预固化涂胶装饰纸,上胶量为200g/m2
(5)将上述得到的浸渍阻燃基板坯、浸渍阻燃缓冲纸、浸渍粘接层、预固化涂胶装饰纸,按每层从下到上依次为底板、缓冲垫、热压成型模板、预固化涂胶装饰纸、浸渍粘接层、浸渍阻燃缓冲纸、浸渍阻燃基板坯、浸渍阻燃缓冲纸、浸渍粘接层、预固化涂胶装饰纸、热压成型模板、缓冲垫、盖板的顺序进行铺装,基板坯的层数由最终产品的厚度决定;
(6)装机完毕,在热压机中升压、升温,升温过程为13分钟,然后在温度132℃,单位压力5.3Mpa条件下压制42分钟后保压降温;降温过程为30分钟,采用加热介质为蒸汽或过热水,冷却介质为水;
(7)温度降至室温后卸压、卸机出板,进行锯边、背部砂毛后处理后得到抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板成品。
本发明抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板的生产方法的实施例二,包括以下步骤:(1)制备浸渍阻燃基板坯;
首先制备浸渍玻纤毡用的醇溶性酚醛树脂,然后按醇溶性酚醛树脂质量的70%添加径级为1~3um的Al2O3粉末,最后选用定量为120g/m2玻纤毡浸渍酚醛树脂并干燥,上胶量:400%,挥发份:7.5%;按规定尺寸要求裁切并按厚度要求选取合适层数搭配,得到浸渍阻燃基板坯;
(2)制备浸渍阻燃缓冲纸;
首先制备浸渍牛皮纸用的热固性醇溶性酚醛树脂,然后加入质量为热固性醇溶性酚醛树脂质量的15%的阻燃剂得到阻燃性酚醛树脂,最后用牛皮纸浸渍阻燃性酚醛树脂并干燥,上胶量:50%,挥发份:8.5%;按规定尺寸要求裁切得到的浸渍阻燃缓冲纸;
(3)制备浸渍粘接层;
首先制备浸渍牛皮纸用的热固性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,然后加入质量为热固性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂质量的10%阻燃剂得到阻燃性三胺树脂,最后用表层纸浸渍阻燃性三胺树脂并干燥,上胶量: 230%,挥发份:9.0%;按规定尺寸要求裁切得到浸渍粘接层;
(4)制备预固化涂胶装饰纸;
取环氧丙烯酸树脂与交联剂按质量比2:1混合均匀,分别添加质量为环氧丙烯酸树脂与交联剂总质量2.3%的热固化剂、2‰的光固化剂、3.2‰的脱模剂和2‰的抗菌剂,搅拌均匀,得到装饰纸涂布用树脂;将装饰纸涂布树脂经紫外线灯照射预固化得到预固化涂胶装饰纸,上胶量为130g/m2
(5)将上述得到的浸渍阻燃基板坯、浸渍阻燃缓冲纸、浸渍粘接层、预固化涂胶装饰纸,按每层从下到上依次为底板、缓冲垫、热压成型模板、预固化涂胶装饰纸、浸渍粘接层、浸渍阻燃缓冲纸、浸渍阻燃基板坯、浸渍阻燃缓冲纸、浸渍粘接层、预固化涂胶装饰纸、热压成型模板、缓冲垫、盖板的顺序进行铺装,基板坯的层数由最终产品的厚度决定;
(6)装机完毕,在热压机中升压、升温,升温过程为15分钟,然后在温度135℃,单位压力6.2Mpa条件下压制45分钟后保压降温;降温过程为25分钟,采用加热介质为蒸汽或过热水,冷却介质为水;
(7)温度降至室温后卸压、卸机出板,进行锯边、背部砂毛后处理后得到抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板成品。
本发明抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板的生产方法的实施例三,包括以下步骤:(1)制备浸渍阻燃基板坯;
首先制备浸渍玻纤毡用的醇溶性酚醛树脂,然后按醇溶性酚醛树脂质量的110%添加径级为1~3um的Al2O3粉末,最后选用定量为50g/m2玻纤毡浸渍酚醛树脂并干燥,上胶量:300%,挥发份:6.0%;按规定尺寸要求裁切并按厚度要求选取合适层数搭配,得到浸渍阻燃基板坯;
(2)制备浸渍阻燃缓冲纸;
首先制备浸渍牛皮纸用的热固性醇溶性酚醛树脂,然后加入质量为热固性醇溶性酚醛树脂质量的20%的阻燃剂得到阻燃性酚醛树脂,最后用牛皮纸浸渍阻燃性酚醛树脂并干燥,上胶量:70%,挥发份:7.0%;按规定尺寸要求裁切得到的浸渍阻燃缓冲纸;
(3)制备浸渍粘接层;
首先制备浸渍牛皮纸用的热固性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,然后加入质量为热固性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂质量的9%阻燃剂得到阻燃性三胺树脂,最后用表层纸浸渍阻燃性三胺树脂并干燥,上胶量:200%,挥发份:8.7%;按规定尺寸要求裁切得到浸渍粘接层;
(4)制备预固化涂胶装饰纸;
取环氧丙烯酸树脂与交联剂按质量比2:1混合均匀,分别添加质量为环氧丙烯酸树脂与交联剂总质量2.3%的热固化剂、2‰的光固化剂、3.2‰的脱模剂和2‰的抗菌剂,搅拌均匀,得到装饰纸涂布用树脂;将装饰纸涂布树脂经紫外线灯照射预固化得到预固化涂胶装饰纸,上胶量为170g/m2
(5)将上述得到的浸渍阻燃基板坯、浸渍阻燃缓冲纸、浸渍粘接层、预固化涂胶装饰纸,按每层从下到上依次为底板、缓冲垫、热压成型模板、预固化涂胶装饰纸、浸渍粘接层、浸渍阻燃缓冲纸、浸渍阻燃基板坯、浸渍阻燃缓冲纸、浸渍粘接层、预固化涂胶装饰纸、热压成型模板、缓冲垫、盖板的顺序进行铺装,基板坯的层数由最终产品的厚度决定;
(6)装机完毕,在热压机中升压、升温,升温过程为12分钟,然后在温度133℃,单位压力5.0Mpa条件下压制30分钟后保压降温;降温过程为20分钟,采用加热介质为蒸汽或过热水,冷却介质为水;
(7)温度降至室温后卸压、卸机出板,进行锯边、背部砂毛后处理后得到抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板成品。
综上所述,利用本发明技术方案可生产出防火、耐水、耐潮湿、耐冲击、尺寸稳定性好,甲醛释放量低,表面耐腐蚀、耐污染、耐磨,表面抗菌防霉,易于清洁、美观耐久的一次成型抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板;生产过程中铺装方便、快捷,生产效率高,一次性高温高压成型,模具表面和型态多样,表面耐性好,尺寸稳定性好,实用性强,可广泛用于家具、墙面板、台面等家用和公用室内装饰装修场所,生产时可在工厂预制加工后到施工现场进行组装,便于规模生产和施工。
本发明的其他实施例中,抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板的宽度、长度及厚度可根据产品要求的需要制成其他尺寸;装饰层色彩多样,装饰板表面处理可以是亚光、高光、麻面及其他浮雕形态等多种形式。

1.一种抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板,包括防火基板,其特征在于:所述防火基板上设置有缓冲层,所述缓冲层上设置有粘结层,所述粘结层上设置有装饰层,所述防火基板由多层浸渍了热固性醇溶酚醛树脂的玻纤毡制成;所述的缓冲层由浸渍了热固性醇溶酚醛树脂的牛皮纸制成;所述装饰层由涂覆了添加抗菌剂的热固化和光固化双固化体系的环氧树脂的装饰纸制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板,其特征在于:所述粘接层由浸渍了热固性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的表层纸制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板,其特征在于:所述防火基板选用的玻纤毡的定量为50~120g/m2
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板,其特征在于:所述缓冲层浸渍用热固性醇溶树脂含有径级为1~3um的Al2O3粉末,Al2O3粉末质量为树脂质量的40~110%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板,其特征在于:所述装饰层表面涂覆了添加有抗菌剂的热固化和光固化双固化体系的环氧树脂,抗菌剂的质量为树脂总质量的2‰。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板,其特征在于:所述粘接层浸渍表层纸用的热固性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂含有阻燃剂,阻燃剂质量为热固性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂质量的8~10%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板,其特征在于:所述的缓冲层浸渍牛皮纸用的热固性醇溶树脂含有阻燃剂,阻燃剂质量为热固性醇溶树脂质量的10~20%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板,其特征在于:所述装饰层取用的装饰纸为单色纸或者印刷纸。
9.一种权利要求1所述的抗菌防霉耐腐蚀防火高压装饰板的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下生产步骤:
(1)制备浸渍玻纤毡用的醇溶性酚醛树脂,按醇溶性酚醛树脂质量的40~110%添加径级为1~3um的Al2O3粉末;
(2)选用定量为50~120g/m2玻纤毡浸渍酚醛树脂并干燥,上胶量:300~500%,挥发份:6.0~7.5%,按规定尺寸要求裁切并按厚度要求选取合适层数搭配,得到浸渍阻燃基板坯;
(3)制备浸渍牛皮纸用的热固性醇溶性酚醛树脂,加入质量为热固性醇溶性酚醛树脂质量的10~20%的阻燃剂得到阻燃性酚醛树脂;
(4)用牛皮纸浸渍阻燃性酚醛树脂并干燥,上胶量:50~70%,挥发份:7.0~8.5%,按规定尺寸要求裁切得到的浸渍阻燃缓冲纸;
(5)制备浸渍牛皮纸用的热固性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂,加入质量为热固性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂质量的8~10%阻燃剂得到阻燃性三胺树脂;
(6)用表层纸浸渍阻燃性三胺树脂并干燥,上胶量:180~230%,挥发份:7.5~9.0%,按规定尺寸要求裁切得到浸渍粘接层;
(7)取环氧丙烯酸树脂与交联剂按质量比2:1混合均匀,分别添加质量为环氧丙烯酸树脂与交联剂总质量2.3%的热固化剂、2‰的光固化剂、3.2‰的脱模剂和2‰的抗菌剂,搅拌均匀后得到装饰纸涂布用树脂;
(8)将装饰纸涂布树脂经紫外线灯照射预固化得到预固化涂胶装饰纸,上胶量为130~200g/m2
(9)将上述步骤中得到的浸渍阻燃基板坯、浸渍阻燃缓冲纸、浸渍粘接层、预固化涂胶装饰纸,按每层从下到上依次为底板、缓冲垫、热压成型模板、预固化涂胶装饰纸、浸渍粘接层、浸渍阻燃缓冲纸、浸渍阻燃基板坯、浸渍阻燃缓冲纸、浸渍粘接层、预固化涂胶装饰纸、热压成型模板、缓冲垫、盖板的顺序进行铺装,基板坯的层数由最终产品的厚度决定;
(10)装机完毕,在热压机中升压、升温,升温过程为12--15分钟,然后在温度130~135℃,单位压力5.0~6.2Mpa条件下压制30~45分钟后保压降温;降温过程为20~30分钟,采用加热介质为蒸汽或过热水,冷却介质为水;
