本发明涉及建筑板材技术领域,尤其为一种耐腐蚀板材用牛皮纸浸泡压合制备工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤一:首先将油皮纸放入到浸泡在酚醛树脂溶液中备用;步骤二:然后将装饰纸浸泡在三聚氰胺胶中,然后进行取出烘干处理;步骤三:将步骤二中得到的装饰纸进行涂抹环氧树脂,然后由光束固化;步骤四:将步骤一中处理之后的牛皮纸和步骤三中处理之后的装饰纸贴合,然后进行高温高压压合,从而完全固化,形成耐腐蚀板材,本发明中,通过上述技术方案,可以有效的对牛皮纸进行加工处理,从而使得形成的牛皮纸板材具有较好的耐腐蚀的效果,从而大大的增加了牛皮纸板材的耐久性。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑板材技术领域,具体为一种耐腐蚀板材用牛皮纸浸泡压合制备工艺。
背景技术
牛皮纸,强度很高,通常呈黄褐色,半漂或全漂的牛皮纸浆呈淡褐色、奶油色或白色,定量80~120g/m2,裂断长一般在6000m以上。抗撕裂强度、破裂功和动态强度很高。多牛皮纸是坚韧耐水的包装用纸,呈棕黄色,用途很广,常用于制作纸袋、信封、作业本、唱片套、卷宗和砂纸等,定量范围为80克/平方米至120克/平方米,有卷筒纸和平板纸中、又有单面光、双面光和带条纹的区别,主要的质量要求是柔韧结实,耐破度高,能承受较大拉力和压力不破裂,牛皮纸具有很高的拉力,有单光、双光、条纹、无纹等。主要用于包装纸、信封、纸袋等和印刷机滚筒包衬等,因此,对一种耐腐蚀板材用牛皮纸浸泡压合制备工艺的需求日益增长。
目前市场上存在的一部分板材也会用牛皮纸作为原料进行生产使用,但是这类的板材一般耐腐蚀性都没有经过特殊的加工处理,从而导致板材的质量一般,不具备较高的耐腐蚀性,从而在一些特殊的场合进行使用时,其寿命较短,不利于进行长时间的使用,从而增加了使用的成本等,因此,针对上述问题提出一种耐腐蚀板材用牛皮纸浸泡压合制备工艺。

本发明的目的在于提供一种耐腐蚀板材用牛皮纸浸泡压合制备工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种耐腐蚀板材用牛皮纸浸泡压合制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:牛皮纸预处理:首先将油皮纸放入到浸泡在酚醛树脂溶液中备用;
步骤二:装饰纸预处理:然后将装饰纸浸泡在三聚氰胺胶中,然后进行取出烘干处理;
步骤三:装饰纸再处理:将步骤二中得到的装饰纸进行涂抹环氧树脂,然后由光束固化;
步骤四:板材整合:将步骤一中处理之后的牛皮纸和步骤三中处理之后的装饰纸贴合,然后进行高温高压压合,从而完全固化,形成耐腐蚀板材。
优选的,所述步骤一种牛皮纸的数量为5-150张,牛皮纸张数决定板材厚度。
优选的,步骤一中酚醛树脂溶液的溶剂为乙醇、乙二醇或异丙醇。
优选的,步骤二中装饰纸烘干的温度为80-160摄氏度,且装饰纸的烘干时间为10-30分钟。
优选的,所述步骤三中在涂抹环氧树脂时,采用淋喷的涂抹方式。
优选的,所述步骤四中进行压合时,压合温度为100-150摄氏度,压合时间为15-30分钟。

步骤二:装饰纸预处理:然后将装饰纸浸泡在三聚氰胺胶中,然后进行取出烘干处理;
步骤三:装饰纸再处理:将步骤二中得到的装饰纸进行涂抹环氧树脂,然后由光束固化;
步骤四:板材整合:将步骤一中处理之后的牛皮纸和步骤三中处理之后的装饰纸贴合,然后进行高温高压压合,从而完全固化,形成耐腐蚀板材。
