本发明涉及食品加工制作技术领域,具体涉及一种安神补气的滋养食物。
背景技术:
在中国有文字记载的历史中,粥的踪影伴随始终。关于粥的文字,最早见于周书:黄帝始烹谷为粥。
中国的粥在四千年前主要为食用,2500年前始作药用,《史记》扁鹊仓公列传载有西汉名医淳于意(仓公)用“火齐粥”治齐王病;汉代医圣张仲景《伤寒论》述:桂枝汤,服已须臾,啜热稀粥一升余,以助药力,便是有力例证。
进入中古时期,粥的功能更是将“食用”、“药用”高度融合,进入了带有人文色彩的“养生”层次。
而粥作为我国从古至今的一种食物,并且在现今的社会上越来越多的被人们食用,因为不管在家里还是在饭店乃至街边都能够吃到,但是现在的人们对于食物的营养的要求越来越高,这样对于制作者也是一个非常大的挑战。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷提供一种方法合理、味道鲜美、营养丰富的一种安神补气的滋养食物。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种安神补气的滋养食物,其特征在于:由以下重量份的材料制成,
配料1:核桃仁6份、粳米4份、红枣2份、糯米3份、黑米1份、红豆1份、羊肉粒3份、鸡肝2份、荷叶0.5份、青椒0.5份、胡萝卜丁4份、银耳2份、纯净水45份;
配料2:生姜末1份、蒜末2份、葱花3份、茴香1份、葡萄糖酸钙7份、蜂蜜2份、白砂糖2份、碘盐3份、牛奶1份、芒果汁6份;
配料3:柴胡1份、人参1份、山药1份、枸杞子2份、灵芝2份、白花蛇舌草3份、山茱萸3份、三七2份、地肤子3份、锁阳4份、黄芪4份、苍耳子5份、延胡索5份、清水44份;
包括以下制备步骤,
Ⅰ将上述需要清洗的材料用温水冲洗干净之后,自然晾干;
Ⅱ将配料3中的材料放入煮锅中,然后煎煮55-75分钟,然后过滤渣子留汤剂;
Ⅲ将配料1中纯净水放入铁锅中并且加热,其余的材料放入Ⅱ的汤剂中浸泡60-80分钟,然后过滤汤剂,将其余材料放入铁锅中煮制,煮制70-90分钟;
Ⅳ在煮制后将配料2中的材料放入铁锅中,然后搅拌5分钟,继续煮制10-15分钟,即可。

配料2:生姜末1份、蒜末2份、葱花3份、茴香1份、葡萄糖酸钙7份、蜂蜜2份、白砂糖2份、碘盐3份、牛奶1份、芒果汁6份;

配料3:柴胡1份、人参1份、山药1份、枸杞子2份、灵芝2份、白花蛇舌草3份、山茱萸3份、三七2份、地肤子3份、锁阳4份、黄芪4份、苍耳子5份、延胡索5份、清水44份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种安神补气的滋养食物,其特征在于:包括以下制备步骤,
Ⅰ将上述需要清洗的材料用温水冲洗干净之后,自然晾干;
Ⅱ将配料3中的材料放入煮锅中,然后煎煮55-75分钟,然后过滤渣子留汤剂;
Ⅲ将配料1中纯净水放入铁锅中并且加热,其余的材料放入Ⅱ的汤剂中浸泡60-80分钟,然后过滤汤剂,将其余材料放入铁锅中煮制,煮制70-90分钟;
Ⅳ在煮制后将配料2中的材料放入铁锅中,然后搅拌5分钟,继续煮制10-15分钟,即可。
