背景技术
核桃仁在中医上应用广泛。中国医学认为核桃性温、味甘、无毒,有健胃、补血、润肺、养神等功效。《神农本草经》将核桃列为久服轻身益气、延年益寿的上品。唐代孟诜著《食疗本草》中记述,吃核桃仁可以开胃,通润血脉,使骨肉细腻。宋代刘翰等著《开宝本草》中记述,核桃仁“食之令肥健,润肌,黑须发,多食利小水,去五痔。”明代李时珍著《本草纲目》记述,核桃仁有“补气养血,润燥化痰,益命门,处三焦,温肺润肠,治虚寒喘咳,腰脚重疼,心腹疝痛,血痢肠风”等功效。

本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种核桃养生露,按重量份计,由以下原料制成:核桃仁60-80份、石榴籽5-7份、黑豆10-20份、当归1-3份、枸杞子3-5份、红枣3-5份、甘草2-4份、黄酒10-20份、白砂糖30-40份、纯净水200-240份。
优选地,所述的核桃养生露,按重量份计,由以下原料制成:核桃仁70份、石榴籽6份、黑豆15份、当归2份、枸杞子4份、红枣4份、甘草3份、黄酒15份、白砂糖35份、纯净水220份。
上述核桃养生露的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将当归、枸杞子、红枣、甘草在室温条件下用黄酒浸泡2-3个月,过滤得黄酒浸提液;
(2)取黑豆,清洗干净后加适量纯净水送入豆浆机中打浆,得黑豆浆;
(3)取核桃仁进行脱皮,再和石榴籽同余下的纯净水混合,磨浆,得核桃原浆;
(4)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)制得的溶液与白砂糖混合;
(5)均质、罐装、灭菌。
本发明的优点是:本发明的核桃养生露经科学配方,具有补气养血、补血活血、养颜美容的功效,常食用可增强机体的免疫力,提高人体抗疲劳的作用。且味道香甜、甜而不腻、滋养可口。

2.根据权利要求1所述的核桃养生露,其特征在于按重量份计,由以下原料制成:核桃仁70份、石榴籽6份、黑豆15份、当归2份、枸杞子4份、红枣4份、甘草3份、黄酒15份、白砂糖35份、纯净水220份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的核桃养生露的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将当归、枸杞子、红枣、甘草在室温条件下用黄酒浸泡2-3个月,过滤得黄酒浸提液;
(2)取黑豆,清洗干净后加适量纯净水送入豆浆机中打浆,得黑豆浆;
(3)取核桃仁进行脱皮,再和石榴籽同余下的纯净水混合,磨浆,得核桃原浆;
(4)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)制得的溶液与白砂糖混合;
(5)均质、罐装、灭菌。
