Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗慢性胃肠炎的食用菌固体饮料,涉及食用菌饮品加工技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:猴头菇35‑40份、香菇10‑15份、有机玉米8‑12份、银耳6‑11份、香椿叶5‑9份、小米粉5‑9份、紫苏叶4‑8份、芦笋4‑8份、苦荞粉3‑6份、溶解助剂3‑6份、辣椒叶3‑6份、荷叶粉2‑4份、地皮菜2‑4份、红曲粉1‑2份、猕猴桃粉1‑2份、蓖麻子1‑2份、苦苣1‑2份、料酒0.5‑1份、橄榄油0.5‑1份、五倍子0.5‑1份、蜂胶0.3‑0.5份。本发明食用菌固体饮料对慢性胃肠炎具有显著的疗效,饮用安全性高,无不适反应和副作用;另外,在治疗慢性胃肠炎的同时能够提高人体免疫力,发挥保健功效,从而降低再次罹患慢性胃肠炎的风险。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及食用菌饮品加工技术领域,具体涉及一种治疗慢性胃肠炎的食用菌固体饮料。
背景技术:
真菌多糖是食用菌中含有的重要药理活性物质,被称为“生物反应调节剂”,可作为免疫增强剂和免疫激活剂,具有抗细菌、抗病毒和抗凝聚的作用,增强肝功能和解毒力,提高动物缺耐氧能力和氧的利用率,降低血液的粘稠度,增加心肌收缩力,改善心率,降血糖、镇静、镇痛、平喘、止咳、化痰等多种功效。目前,市售的食用菌固体饮料制成固态颗粒,饮用时用温水冲泡,形成液态饮品。为了严格控制食用菌的品质和食用安全性,食用菌固体饮料的加工采用一体化生产线,从食用菌培养到食用菌固体饮料的制成,严格把控每个工序,从而制得营养价值丰富且能放心饮用的食用菌固体饮料。
慢性胃肠炎是胃黏膜和肠黏膜发炎,其主要临床表现为食欲减退、上腹部不适和隐痛、嗳气、泛酸、恶心、呕吐等,是胃黏膜和肠黏膜发炎。最常见的是慢性浅表性胃炎和慢性萎缩性胃炎。中药治疗是临床常用的方法,其效果也较好,秉承中医脾胃同治,其胃乃安的理论,可达治愈的目的。针对上述情况,本公司开发出一种治疗慢性胃肠炎的食用菌固体饮料,具有服用方便、味道清香、疗效显著和安全性高的特点,以取代传统中药形式。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种服用方便、疗效显著、安全性高且能提高人体免疫力的治疗慢性胃肠炎的食用菌固体饮料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种治疗慢性胃肠炎的食用菌固体饮料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
猴头菇35-40份、香菇10-15份、有机玉米8-12份、银耳6-11份、香椿叶5-9份、小米粉5-9份、紫苏叶4-8份、芦笋4-8份、苦荞粉3-6份、溶解助剂3-6份、辣椒叶3-6份、荷叶粉2-4份、地皮菜2-4份、红曲粉1-2份、猕猴桃粉1-2份、蓖麻子1-2份、苦苣1-2份、料酒0.5-1份、橄榄油0.5-1份、五倍子0.5-1份、蜂胶0.3-0.5份;
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将猴头菇、香菇和银耳于80℃下恒温干燥,待含水量降低至5%以下时于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波膨化3min,然后粉碎成粉末,即得粉料I;
(2)将香椿叶、紫苏叶和辣椒叶经充分冷冻干燥后粉碎成粉末,然后加热至80-90℃保温混合10min,即得粉料II;
(3)将有机玉米、芦笋、地皮菜、蓖麻子、苦苣和五倍子加入等重量份水中,浸泡1h后经功率1.5kW磨浆机反复磨浆三次,过滤,向所得滤液中加入橄榄油和蜂胶,加热至沸腾状态保温混合10min,然后将所得混合物以10℃/min的速度冷却降温,并在0-5℃下保温静置3h,再加入小米粉、苦荞粉、荷叶粉和红曲粉,继续加热至沸腾状态保温混合10min,随后将所得混合物自然冷却,待温度降至25-30℃时送入冷冻干燥机,经充分干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末,即得粉料III;
(4)向粉料I中加入粉料II、粉料III、溶解助剂、猕猴桃粉和料酒,充分混合均匀,然后将混合粉料送入制粒机,最终制成30-60目的固体饮料颗粒。
所述溶解助剂由如下重量份数的原料混合制成:预糊化淀粉8份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮6份、水溶性壳聚糖5份、椰子粉3份、微晶纤维素3份、田菁胶2份、蛋清粉2份、聚乙二醇60002份、亲水性气相二氧化硅1份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯1份、烷基糖苷0.5份、柠檬酸钠0.5份、水溶性维生素0.5份。
所述亲水性气相二氧化硅的制备方法为:将10份气相二氧化硅加入等量乙醇中,充分分散后于0-5℃环境中静置1h,再加入2份羧甲基淀粉钠和0.5份硅烷偶联剂,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理3min,然后加入1份聚丙烯酸钠和0.5份甜菜碱,充分混合后继续微波处理2min,所得混合物送入喷雾干燥机,最后将所得颗粒研磨成粉末。
亲水性气相二氧化硅能够减少原料粉末之间的粘性,在与水接触时,其表面能吸附大量原料粉末,降低粉末粒子间的吸附性,避免细小粉末的团聚与结块,从而促进固体饮料的快速溶解。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以猴头菇为主要原料,辅以香菇和多种辅料制得食用菌固体饮料,该固体饮料溶解速度快,味道清香润口,饮用方便,只需温水冲泡后即可饮用;并且对慢性胃肠炎具有显著的疗效,饮用安全性高,无不适反应和副作用;另外,在治疗慢性胃肠炎的同时能够提高人体免疫力,发挥保健功效,从而降低再次罹患慢性胃肠炎的风险。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)将35份猴头菇、10份香菇和6份银耳于80℃下恒温干燥,待含水量降低至5%以下时于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波膨化3min,然后粉碎成粉末,即得粉料I;
(2)将5份香椿叶、5份紫苏叶和3份辣椒叶经充分冷冻干燥后粉碎成粉末,然后加热至80-90℃保温混合10min,即得粉料II;
(3)将8份有机玉米、5份芦笋、2份地皮菜、1份蓖麻子、2份苦苣和0.5份五倍子加入等重量份水中,浸泡1h后经功率1.5kW磨浆机反复磨浆三次,过滤,向所得滤液中加入0.5份橄榄油和0.5份蜂胶,加热至沸腾状态保温混合10min,然后将所得混合物以10℃/min的速度冷却降温,并在0-5℃下保温静置3h,再加入6份小米粉、4份苦荞粉、2份荷叶粉和1份红曲粉,继续加热至沸腾状态保温混合10min,随后将所得混合物自然冷却,待温度降至25-30℃时送入冷冻干燥机,经充分干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末,即得粉料III;
(4)向粉料I中加入粉料II、粉料III、4份溶解助剂、2份猕猴桃粉和0.5份料酒,充分混合均匀,然后将混合粉料送入制粒机,最终制成30-60目的固体饮料颗粒。
溶解助剂的制备:将8份预糊化淀粉、6份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、5份水溶性壳聚糖、3份椰子粉、3份微晶纤维素、2份田菁胶、2份蛋清粉、2份聚乙二醇6000、1份亲水性气相二氧化硅、1份蔗糖脂肪酸酯、0.5份烷基糖苷、0.5份柠檬酸钠和0.5份水溶性维生素充分混合均匀即得溶解助剂。
亲水性气相二氧化硅的制备:将10份气相二氧化硅加入等量乙醇中,充分分散后于0-5℃环境中静置1h,再加入2份羧甲基淀粉钠和0.5份硅烷偶联剂,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理3min,然后加入1份聚丙烯酸钠和0.5份甜菜碱,充分混合后继续微波处理2min,所得混合物送入喷雾干燥机,最后将所得颗粒研磨成粉末。
实施例2
(1)将40份猴头菇、15份香菇和6份银耳于80℃下恒温干燥,待含水量降低至5%以下时于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波膨化3min,然后粉碎成粉末,即得粉料I;
(2)将8份香椿叶、4份紫苏叶和3份辣椒叶经充分冷冻干燥后粉碎成粉末,然后加热至80-90℃保温混合10min,即得粉料II;
(3)将10份有机玉米、4份芦笋、2份地皮菜、1份蓖麻子、1份苦苣和0.5份五倍子加入等重量份水中,浸泡1h后经功率1.5kW磨浆机反复磨浆三次,过滤,向所得滤液中加入0.5份橄榄油和0.5份蜂胶,加热至沸腾状态保温混合10min,然后将所得混合物以10℃/min的速度冷却降温,并在0-5℃下保温静置3h,再加入8份小米粉、3份苦荞粉、2份荷叶粉和1份红曲粉,继续加热至沸腾状态保温混合10min,随后将所得混合物自然冷却,待温度降至25-30℃时送入冷冻干燥机,经充分干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末,即得粉料III;
(4)向粉料I中加入粉料II、粉料III、6份溶解助剂、1份猕猴桃粉和0.5份料酒,充分混合均匀,然后将混合粉料送入制粒机,最终制成30-60目的固体饮料颗粒。
溶解助剂的制备:将8份预糊化淀粉、6份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、5份水溶性壳聚糖、3份椰子粉、3份微晶纤维素、2份田菁胶、2份蛋清粉、2份聚乙二醇6000、1份亲水性气相二氧化硅、1份蔗糖脂肪酸酯、0.5份烷基糖苷、0.5份柠檬酸钠和0.5份水溶性维生素充分混合均匀即得溶解助剂。
亲水性气相二氧化硅的制备:将10份气相二氧化硅加入等量乙醇中,充分分散后于0-5℃环境中静置1h,再加入2份羧甲基淀粉钠和0.5份硅烷偶联剂,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理3min,然后加入1份聚丙烯酸钠和0.5份甜菜碱,充分混合后继续微波处理2min,所得混合物送入喷雾干燥机,最后将所得颗粒研磨成粉末。
对本发明制备的食用菌固体饮料进行毒性试验和预防研究:
1、动物急性毒性试验
试验对象:小白鼠,体重18-22g,雌雄各半;
试验方法:取小白鼠50只,分成5组,每组10只,其中一组为空白组,其余四组为试验组,试验组给药前禁食12h,将本发明食用菌固体饮料加水溶解后灌喂,以食用菌固体饮料干重计,每只每次灌喂1g,24h内分别灌喂1、2、3、4次,灌喂后观察7天;
试验结果:试验小白鼠活动正常,无毒性反应,无死亡。
2、动物长期毒性试验
试验对象:大白鼠,体重120-150g,雌雄各半;
试验方法:取大白鼠50只,分成5组,每组10只,其中一组为空白组,其余四组为试验组,将本发明食用菌固体饮料加水溶解后灌喂,以食用菌固体饮料干重计,试验组每日分别灌喂1g、2g、3g、4g,连续灌喂90天,监测体重,于最后一次给药后24h断头处死,测血、尿常规、肝功能、肾功能、取心、肾等内脏,观察组织形态的变化;
试验结果:试验组活动正常,无毒性反应,无死亡,处死后的各项检查与空白组无任何区别。
3、临床研究
研究对象:随机选取100名慢性胃肠炎患者,其中男性患者55名,女性患者45名;
使用方法:每人每天服用本发明食用菌固体饮料5g,温水冲服,连续服用1年;
预防效果:服用后未见任何毒副作用,随访3年未见复发。

Claims (3)
1.一种治疗慢性胃肠炎的食用菌固体饮料,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
猴头菇35-40份、香菇10-15份、有机玉米8-12份、银耳6-11份、香椿叶5-9份、小米粉5-9份、紫苏叶4-8份、芦笋4-8份、苦荞粉3-6份、溶解助剂3-6份、辣椒叶3-6份、荷叶粉2-4份、地皮菜2-4份、红曲粉1-2份、猕猴桃粉1-2份、蓖麻子1-2份、苦苣1-2份、料酒0.5-1份、橄榄油0.5-1份、五倍子0.5-1份、蜂胶0.3-0.5份;
其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将猴头菇、香菇和银耳于80℃下恒温干燥,待含水量降低至5%以下时于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波膨化3min,然后粉碎成粉末,即得粉料I;
(2)将香椿叶、紫苏叶和辣椒叶经充分冷冻干燥后粉碎成粉末,然后加热至80-90℃保温混合10min,即得粉料II;
(3)将有机玉米、芦笋、地皮菜、蓖麻子、苦苣和五倍子加入等重量份水中,浸泡1h后经功率1.5kW磨浆机反复磨浆三次,过滤,向所得滤液中加入橄榄油和蜂胶,加热至沸腾状态保温混合10min,然后将所得混合物以10℃/min的速度冷却降温,并在0-5℃下保温静置3h,再加入小米粉、苦荞粉、荷叶粉和红曲粉,继续加热至沸腾状态保温混合10min,随后将所得混合物自然冷却,待温度降至25-30℃时送入冷冻干燥机,经充分干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末,即得粉料III;
(4)向粉料I中加入粉料II、粉料III、溶解助剂、猕猴桃粉和料酒,充分混合均匀,然后将混合粉料送入制粒机,最终制成30-60目的固体饮料颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗慢性胃肠炎的食用菌固体饮料,其特征在于,所述溶解助剂由如下重量份数的原料混合制成:预糊化淀粉8份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮6份、水溶性壳聚糖5份、椰子粉3份、微晶纤维素3份、田菁胶2份、蛋清粉2份、聚乙二醇60002份、亲水性气相二氧化硅1份、蔗糖脂肪酸酯1份、烷基糖苷0.5份、柠檬酸钠0.5份、水溶性维生素0.5份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的治疗慢性胃肠炎的食用菌固体饮料,其特征在于,所述亲水性气相二氧化硅的制备方法为:将10份气相二氧化硅加入等量乙醇中,充分分散后于0-5℃环境中静置1h,再加入2份羧甲基淀粉钠和0.5份硅烷偶联剂,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率700W下微波处理3min,然后加入1份聚丙烯酸钠和0.5份甜菜碱,充分混合后继续微波处理2min,所得混合物送入喷雾干燥机,最后将所得颗粒研磨成粉末。
