本发明公开了一种ACF胶制作工艺,ACF胶包括有树脂和导电粒子,该ACF胶的制作包括以下步骤:步骤一:将树脂和导电粒子倒入容器桶中进行搅拌溶解混合,制造成ACF混合液;步骤二:将ACF混合液涂覆至基膜上,变成卷状的ACF半成品;步骤三:将卷状的ACF半成品切成一定的宽度;步骤四:切割后的ACF半成品重新卷取后,再次切割为成品ACF胶;步骤五:将成品ACF胶捆包包装;通过使用树脂和导电粒子来座原材料进行加工,本发明结构简单、操作方便、大大提高了ACF胶的使用性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及制作工艺领域,尤其涉及一种ACF胶的制作工艺。
背景技术
ACF —Anisotropic Conductive Film 中文含义为:各向异性导电膜,也称异方向性导电胶膜,随着电子产品朝轻、薄、短、小化快速发展,各种携带式电子产品几乎都以液晶显示器作为显示面板,手机摄像头也已经非常普及,液晶显示器除了液晶面板外,在其外围必须连动驱动芯片作为显示讯号的控制用途,许多液晶显示器的液晶面板与驱动IC系统的接口衔接技术及手机摄像头COB工艺都有用到ACF胶,但是现有的ACF胶制作效率较低,且ACF胶的性能不够理想,因此,解决这一类的问题显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种ACF胶制作工艺,通过使用树脂和导电粒子来座原材料进行加工,以解决现有ACF胶性能低的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种ACF胶制作工艺, ACF胶包括有树脂和导电粒子,该ACF胶的制作包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将树脂和导电粒子倒入容器桶中进行搅拌溶解混合,制造成ACF混合液;
步骤二:将ACF混合液涂覆至基膜上,变成卷状的ACF半成品;
步骤三:将卷状的ACF半成品切成一定的宽度;
步骤四:切割后的ACF半成品重新卷取后,再次切割为成品ACF胶;
步骤五:将成品ACF胶捆包包装。
进一步改进在于:所述树脂为丙烯酸或环氧树脂。
进一步改进在于:所述导电粒子为碳纤维或金属粒子或聚合物或绝缘涂布粒子。
本发明的有益效果是:液晶显示器用ACF胶中除了防湿气,连接,耐热及绝缘功能外主要为固定IC芯片与基板间电极相对位置,并提供一压迫力量已维持电极与导电粒子间的接触面积,手机摄像头用ACF胶中的树脂黏着剂功能除了耐热及绝缘功能外主要为固定PCB与FPC间电极相对位置,并提供一压迫力量已维持电极与导电粒子间的接触面积,本发明结构简单、操作方便、大大提高了ACF胶的使用性能。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明做进一步详述,本实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
本实施例提供了一种ACF胶制作工艺, ACF胶包括有树脂和导电粒子,该ACF胶的制作包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将树脂和导电粒子倒入容器桶中进行搅拌溶解混合,制造成ACF混合液;
步骤二:将ACF混合液涂覆至基膜上,变成卷状的ACF半成品;
步骤三:将卷状的ACF半成品切成一定的宽度;
步骤四:切割后的ACF半成品重新卷取后,再次切割为成品ACF胶;
步骤五:将成品ACF胶捆包包装。
所述树脂为丙烯酸或环氧树脂。所述导电粒子为碳纤维或金属粒子或聚合物或绝缘涂布粒子。
本发明的有益效果是:液晶显示器用ACF胶中除了防湿气,连接,耐热及绝缘功能外主要为固定IC芯片与基板间电极相对位置,并提供一压迫力量已维持电极与导电粒子间的接触面积,手机摄像头用ACF胶中的树脂黏着剂功能除了耐热及绝缘功能外主要为固定PCB与FPC间电极相对位置,并提供一压迫力量已维持电极与导电粒子间的接触面积,本发明结构简单、操作方便、大大提高了ACF胶的使用性能。

1.一种ACF胶制作工艺,其特征在于:ACF胶包括有树脂和导电粒子,该ACF胶的制作包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将树脂和导电粒子倒入容器桶中进行搅拌溶解混合,制造成ACF混合液;
步骤二:将ACF混合液涂覆至基膜上,变成卷状的ACF半成品;
步骤三:将卷状的ACF半成品切成一定的宽度;
步骤四:切割后的ACF半成品重新卷取后,再次切割为成品ACF胶;
步骤五:将成品ACF胶捆包包装。
2.如权利要求1所述的ACF胶制作工艺,其特征在于:所述树脂为丙烯酸或环氧树脂。
3.如权利要求1所述的ACF胶制作工艺,其特征在于:所述导电粒子为碳纤维或金属粒子或聚合物或绝缘涂布粒子。
