本发明公开了一种蓄光变色针织印花面料的制备方法,包括步骤:(1)选取涤纶和/或涤棉和/或粘胶纤维和/或棉纤维经织造得坯布;(2)将上述坯布经预定型—染色—复定型—制得功能性基布面料;(3)将蓄光变色染料混合于粘合剂中制得印色花浆,采用涂料印花的方式对步骤(2)织造的功能性基布面料进行直接印花;(4)将印花后的功能性基布面料采用柔软剂进行复定型处理,然后烘干,即得蓄光变色针织印花面料。本发明制得的针织印花面料的颜色可随着周围光线变化织物色泽能够实现稳定、均匀、可逆的变化,且性能长效、稳定、色牢度好,使用性能高。

一种蓄光变色针织印花面料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织面料技术领域,尤其涉及一种蓄光变色针织印花面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着科技进步,纺织品的功能化、差别化和时尚化已成为趋势,同时功能性纺织品本身所具有的高附加值也成为我国纺织行业一个新的经济增长点。由于对纺织品功能研究地不断深入,功能性纺织品的应用领域也不断拓宽,除传统的服装、家纺等应用领域外,不同功能的纺织品的应用之手已伸向人们生产生活的方方面面。
现如今,人们利用仿生学的原理与高新技术研制成功一种能自动变色的化学纤维,称为蓄光变色纤维,它是采用纤维中引入具有蓄光变色性化合物,或合成能变色的聚合物纺丝的方法。如申请号为专利CN103541113A公开了一种感光变色面料,其采用蓄光变色纤维、竹纤维和棉纤维,所述的感光变色面料由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述纬纱为蓄光变色纤维和棉纤维混纺而成;专利CN105386211A一种光敏纤维及感光变色面料的制备方法,该蓄光变色面料由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述经纱为蓄光变色纤维和聚酯纤维的混纺纱,所述纬纱为聚酯纤维和棉纤维的混纺纱;专利CN102094337A公开了一种变色面料,在基布上间隔涂覆有变色涂层;专利CN105386211A公开了一种适合应用于家纺面料的光敏纤维及感光变色面料的制备方法,其通过采用特殊的蓄光变色纤维光与聚酯纤维、棉纤维交织而成;以及专利CN105442346A公开了一种蓄光变色的芳香印花织物的制造工艺,其同样通过采用独特的蓄光变色印花浆配方,使生产的印花织物在留现有印花织物所有的功能的基础上具备蓄光变色功能。
但现有蓄光变色面料生产使用普通涂料涂层印花,且生产过程中使用传统的色浆配制工艺,印花工艺不能和底布的织造染整结合,手感硬且牢度差,易洗掉,性能单一;而且存在花型单一、固定、不能产生动态变化、性能不稳定、易脱落、变色不均匀、色牢度差等问题。因此如何提供一种吸湿速干功能且风格独特、性能稳定、变色均匀的针织面料成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术中的上述问题,提出一种织物色泽稳定、均匀且可逆变化的蓄光变色针织印花面料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明的第一个方面是提供一种蓄光变色针织印花面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取涤纶和/或涤棉和/或粘胶纤维和或棉纤维经织造得坯布;
(2)将上述坯布经预定型—染色—复定型—制得功能性基布面料;
(3)将蓄光变色染料混合于粘合剂中制得印色花浆,采用涂料印花的方式对步骤(2)织造的功能性基布面料进行直接印花,制得印花涂层;
(4)将印花后的迷彩面料采用粘合剂和/或柔软剂进行复定型处理,然后置于100-120℃的烘箱进行烘干,即得蓄光变色针织印花面料。
进一步地,按质量百分比计,所述步骤(1)中坯布全涤纶、全棉、锦纶、涤氨、锦氨或涤棉织造而成;或所述坯布由粘胶、涤纶、棉纤维交织或混纺织造而成。
进一步地,按质量百分比计,所述步骤(1)中坯布由30-70%的涤纶或涤棉与30-70%的吸湿速干纤维混纺织造而成;或所述坯布由40-60%的涤棉、20-30%的粘胶纤维、20-30%的吸湿速干纤维混纺织造而成。
优选地,按质量百分比计,所述步骤(1)中坯布由40%的涤纶或涤棉与60%的吸湿速干纤维或棉纤维织造而成;或所述坯布由50%的涤棉、25%的粘胶纤维、25%的吸湿速干纤维或棉纤维织造而成。
进一步地,所述步骤1织造的坯布为汗布、网眼、双面布或空气层、棉毛、绒布等单、双面的针织结构。
进一步地,所述步骤(3)中蓄光变色染料为萘吡喃、降冰片烯衍生物中的一种或两种;优选为萘吡喃。
进一步地,所述步骤(3)和步骤(4)中粘合剂为溶剂型胶黏剂。
进一步地,按重量份数计,所述步骤(3)中印色花浆由萘吡喃5-8份、降冰片烯衍生物3-6份、烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚2-5份、异丙醇5-10份、变色油墨10-15份、溶剂型粘胶剂5-10份配置而成。
优选地,按重量份数计,所述步骤(3)中印色花浆由萘吡喃6份、降冰片烯衍生物5份、烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚4份、异丙醇8份、变色油墨12份、溶剂型粘胶剂12份配置而成。
进一步地,所述步骤(3)中印色花浆由萘吡喃10-15份、溶剂型粘胶剂5-10份配置而成;优选地,由萘吡喃12份、溶剂型粘胶剂8份配置而成。
进一步地,所述步骤(4)中柔软剂为吸水性柔软剂FW-10。
进一步地,所述吸水性柔软剂FW-10的组分配比为20-40g/L。
进一步地,所述步骤(4)中复定型工艺为:将印花后的面料通过复定型机轧液槽,轧夜率70-90%,压辊压力3-5KPa,烘箱温度100-120℃、速度10-25m/s。
优选地,所述步骤(4)中复定型工艺为:将印花后的面料通过复定型机轧液槽,轧夜率80%,压辊压力4KPa,烘箱温度110℃、速度20m/min。
进一步地,所述步骤(4)制得的针织迷彩面料的印花涂层厚度为30-80μm;优选地,所述印花涂层厚度为40-60μm;更为优选地,所述印花涂层厚度为45-55μm。
本发明的第二个方面是提供一种采用上述方法制备的蓄光变色针织印花面料,该针织迷彩面料包括基布层和附着于所述基布层上的印花涂层,所述印花涂层的厚度为30-80μm。
本发明采用上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有如下技术效果:
本发明采用具有吸湿速干功能的基布表面涂覆蓄光变色有机涂料,一次成型,操作简便和生产效率高;由于蓄光变色有机涂料吸随着周围光线变化织物色泽能够实现稳定、均匀,可逆的变化,且底布具有吸湿速干性能,两者结合后面料风格独特,且面料性能稳定、具有功能性,服用性能优于普通蓄光变色面料,且色牢度好,具有良好的市场前景。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种蓄光变色针织印花面料及其制备方法,该针织迷彩面料包括基布层1和附着于所述基布层上的印花涂层2,印花涂层2的厚度为30-80μm,基布层1采用具有吸湿速干功能的针织面料,印花涂层2为蓄光变色染料与溶剂型粘胶剂的混合物。
下面通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细和具体的介绍,以使更好的理解本发明,但是下述实施例并不限制本发明范围。
实施例1 制备蓄光变色针织印花面料
(1)选取60%的棉与40%的吸湿速干纤维交织经织造得坯布;
(2)将上述坯布经预定型—染色—复定型—制得功能性基布面料;
(3)将蓄光变色染料混合于粘合剂中制得印色花浆,采用涂料印花的方式对步骤(2)织造的功能性基布面料进行直接印花,制得印花涂层;其中,所述印色花浆由萘吡喃8份、降冰片烯衍生物4份、烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚5份、异丙醇5份、变色油墨10份、溶剂型粘胶剂6份配置而成;
(4)将印花后的面料通过复定型机轧液槽,轧夜率70%,压辊压力3KPa,烘箱温度120℃、速度18m/min;然后置于120℃的烘箱进行烘干,即得蓄光变色针织印花面料。
实施例2 制备蓄光变色针织印花面料
(1)选取50%的吸湿速干涤、25%的粘胶纤维、25%的棉纤维混纺经织造得坯布;
(2)将上述坯布经预定型—染色—复定型—制得功能性基布面料;
(3)将蓄光变色染料混合于粘合剂中制得印色花浆,采用涂料印花的方式对步骤(2)织造的功能性基布面料进行直接印花,制得印花涂层;其中,所述印色花浆由萘吡喃12份、溶剂型粘胶剂8份配置而成;
(4)将印花后的面料通过复定型机轧液槽,轧夜率80%,压辊压力4KPa,烘箱温度120℃、速度15m/min;然后置于120℃的烘箱进行烘干,即得蓄光变色针织印花面料。
实施例3 制备蓄光变色针织印花面料
(1)选取100%的吸湿速干涤经织造得坯布;
(2)将上述坯布经预定型—染色—复定型—制得功能性基布面料;
(3)将蓄光变色染料混合于粘合剂中制得印色花浆,采用涂料印花的方式对步骤(2)织造的功能性基布面料进行直接印花,制得印花涂层;其中,印色花浆由萘吡喃6份、降冰片烯衍生物5份、烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚4份、异丙醇8份、变色油墨12份、溶剂型粘胶剂12份配置而成;
(4)将印花后的面料通过复定型机轧液槽,轧夜率80%,压辊压力4KPa,烘箱温度110℃、速度15m/min;然后置于110℃的烘箱进行烘干,即得蓄光变色针织印花面料。
性能测试:将实施例1-3制得的蓄光变色针织印花面料分别进行光敏测试和吸湿、快干性能检测。
光敏测试:色差检测在CIE1976标准要求下进行;灵敏度指在设定的测试温度条件下将印花面料放置3min后再放在15℃环境中颜色恢复原色时需要的时间,时间越短,灵敏度越高)。
吸湿性测试:测试试样(30cm×2.5cm)10分钟芯吸高度。
快干测试方法:将试样(10cm×10cm)置于烧杯口部,匝紧,试样表面要求平整,将其放置在温度20±1℃、相对湿度65±2%的环境下平衡24小时,然后放在准确度0.001g的电子天平上,以滴定管口从距离试样表面1cm高度处滴0.05mL蒸馏水于试样表面,测试60分钟后其水分残留率。
具体测试结果如下表所示:

(1)选取涤纶和/或涤棉和/或粘胶纤维和/或棉纤维经织造得坯布;
(2)将上述坯布经预定型—染色—复定型—制得功能性基布面料;
(3)将蓄光变色染料混合于粘合剂中制得印色花浆,采用涂料印花的方式对步骤(2)织造的功能性基布面料进行直接印花,制得印花涂层;
(4)将印花后的功能性基布面料采用柔软剂进行复定型处理,然后置于100-120℃的烘箱进行烘干,即得蓄光变色针织印花面料
其中,所述步骤(3)中,粘合剂为溶剂型胶黏剂,按重量份数计,印色花浆由萘吡喃5-8份、降冰片烯衍生物3-6份、烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚2-5份、异丙醇5-10份、变色油墨10-15份、溶剂型粘胶剂5-10份配置而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蓄光变色针织印花面料的制备方法,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,所述步骤(1)中坯布由全涤纶、锦纶、涤氨、锦氨或涤棉织造而成;或所述坯布由粘胶、涤纶、棉纤维交织或混纺织造而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蓄光变色针织印花面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1织造的坯布为汗布、网眼、双面布或空气层、棉毛、绒布单、双面的针织结构。

6.根据权利要求1所述的蓄光变色针织印花面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中柔软剂为吸水性柔软剂FW-10。
7.根据权利要求1所述的蓄光变色针织印花面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中复定型工艺为:将印花后的面料通过复定型机轧液槽,轧液 率70-90%,压辊压力3-5KPa,烘箱温度100-120℃、速度10-25m/s。
8.根据权利要求1所述的蓄光变色针织印花面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)制得的针织迷彩面料的印花涂层厚度为30-80μm。
9.如权利要求1-8任一项所述方法制备的蓄光变色针织印花面料。
