本发明公开了一种阻燃刺绣墙布及其生产工艺,生产工艺依次按如下步骤,选取绣布坯布,进行防水防霉功能整理,进行转移印花得到刺绣基布,电脑刺绣得到绣布,与亚麻苎麻混合纤维层复合,与阻燃无纺布进行复合,绣布刺绣的一面贴覆聚氨酯膜,阻燃无纺布一面与胶粘层复合,再在胶粘层上粘贴一层离型纸,得到阻燃刺绣墙布。本发明所涉及的一种阻燃刺绣墙布及其生产工艺,所采用的原料为阻燃材质,能够提高墙布整体的阻燃性能;而且还使用了苎麻和亚麻混合纤维层,具有吸湿散热、抑菌、抗静电、高阻燃、防腐耐磨、除臭等特点。本发明还使用了聚氨酯膜作为墙布的表面层,聚氨酯膜具有防水、透气、透明可视、抗菌等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及墙布装饰材料生产技术领域,尤其是一种阻燃刺绣墙布及其生产工艺。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对家居或服务场所的室内墙体装潢要求也越来越高。墙布作为一种经常用来装潢室内墙体的材料,近年来得到广泛的应用。但现有结构的墙布不防水,同时不透气,因此存在容易发霉的缺陷,而且还存在极限氧指数不高,易燃的情况,严重影响了室内墙体的美观和安全性。
现有的阻燃织物的阻燃性主要是通过对织物进行阻燃处理,这种阻燃织物在经过长时间使用后阻燃性会慢慢减弱。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种阻燃刺绣墙布生产工艺,使用本身能够阻燃的纤维材料,使得阻燃性随时间的下降更为微弱。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种阻燃刺绣墙布生产工艺,能够通过自身纤维的性质实现抗菌的效果。
本发明的目的是提供一种阻燃刺绣墙布,能够实现阻燃、抗菌、抗污等功能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是这样实现的:本发明所涉及的一种阻燃刺绣墙布生产工艺,依次按如下步骤,
步骤A、选取绣布坯布,所述绣布坯布的极限氧指数为28-38;
步骤B、对选取的绣布坯布进行防水防霉整理;
步骤C、对步骤B处理后的绣布坯布进行转移印花,得到刺绣基布;
步骤D、对步骤C得到的刺绣基布进行电脑刺绣,得到绣布;
步骤E、对步骤D得到的绣布与亚麻苎麻混合纤维层复合;
步骤F、对步骤E得到的复合材料中的亚麻苎麻混合纤维层与阻燃无纺布进行复合;
步骤H、对步骤F得到的复合材料在绣布刺绣的一面贴覆聚氨酯膜;
步骤I、对步骤H得到的复合材料在阻燃无纺布一面与胶粘层复合,再在胶粘层上粘贴一层离型纸,得到阻燃刺绣墙布;
步骤J、对步骤I得到的阻燃刺绣墙布进行检验、打包、入库。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,步骤A中,所选取的绣布坯布为机织物,平方米重量为60-200克,经纱为阻燃粘胶与芳砜纶混纺纱线,纬纱为阻燃涤纶长丝。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,步骤B中,所述的功能整理把绣布浸泡在含有防水剂和防霉剂的功能性整理溶液中,使防水剂、防霉剂均匀的粘附在绣布上,功能整理时的温度为80℃,浴比为1:15-1:20,处理时间为30-50min;再对浸过功能性整理溶液后的绣布进行干燥定型处理,是将绣布经过压辊把多余的浆液压出后,机器自动将布幅两端挂接在针板上,针板两端随机械运行牵带布幅进入烘箱,烘箱由电加热风机鼓风,根据面料不同烘箱温度保持在160℃到220℃,经过连续的恒温烘箱,经过冷却去静电后,得到具有防水防霉和阻燃功能的绣布;所述的功能性整理溶液是按如下方法配制,每公斤去离子水中加入防水剂10克-30克、防霉剂20-60克,使用烧碱调节pH值在7.5-8.5。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,步骤F中,所述的阻燃无纺布为水刺阻燃粘胶无纺布,所使用的阻燃粘胶纤维的细度为1.56dtex,长度为38mm,每平方米重量为为30-100克。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例一
结合图1和2,对本实施例所涉及的一种阻燃刺绣墙布及其生产工艺作详细说明。
阻燃刺绣墙布生产工艺依次按如下步骤:
步骤A、选取绣布坯布,绣布坯布的极限氧指数为28;所选取的绣布坯布为机织物,平方米重量为60克,经纱为阻燃粘胶与芳砜纶混纺纱线,细度为40支。纬纱为阻燃涤纶长丝,细度为21支。经纱中阻燃粘胶与芳砜纶的混合比例为70:30。
步骤B、对选取的绣布坯布进行防水防霉功能整理;防水防霉功能整理是把绣布浸泡在含有防水剂和防霉剂的功能性整理溶液中,使防水剂、防霉剂均匀的粘附在绣布上,功能整理时的温度为80℃,浴比为1:15,处理时间为30min;再对浸过功能性整理溶液后的绣布进行干燥定型处理,是将绣布经过压辊把多余的浆液压出后,机器自动将布幅两端挂接在针板上,针板两端随机械运行牵带布幅进入烘箱,烘箱由电加热风机鼓风,根据面料不同烘箱温度保持在160℃到220℃,经过连续的恒温烘箱,经过冷却去静电后,得到具有防水防霉和阻燃功能的绣布;所述的功能性整理溶液是按如下方法配制,每公斤去离子水中加入防水剂10克、防霉剂20克,使用烧碱调节pH值在7.5。
步骤C、对步骤B处理后的绣布坯布进行转移印花,得到刺绣基布。将基布采用活性印染技术对基布进行单面印花,印染出色调与花型丰富的印花布,作为刺绣的基布;活性印染的具体步骤为:首先要描稿,对设计出的底纹进行分色,然后根据分色进行制版印刷,之后在210℃的转移印花机上处理20秒,使分散染料转移到基布上固着,所用色浆中糊料的重量百分比为30%%。
步骤D、对步骤C得到的刺绣基布进行电脑刺绣,得到绣布2;根据步骤C经过转移印花所得到的图案进行绣花电脑制版设计好的图案录入电脑,根据图案进行电脑制版编程;将制作完成的合格的绣花程序录入电脑绣花机,把需要绣制的绣布坯布绷在框架上,打开绣花机进行连续重复刺绣。
步骤E、对步骤D得到的绣布与亚麻苎麻混合纤维层3复合;亚麻苎麻混合纤维层3是将亚麻苎麻纤维按照1:2的比例混合均匀,制成厚度为在0.5mm,平方米重量为45克的纤维网。复合是采用PU胶进行粘合。亚麻苎麻混合纤维层通过针刺工艺得到加固。
步骤F、对步骤E得到的复合材料中的亚麻苎麻混合纤维层3与阻燃无纺布4进行复合;阻燃无纺布4为水刺阻燃粘胶无纺布,所使用的阻燃粘胶纤维的细度为1.56dtex,长度为38mm,每平方米重量为为50克。复合是采用PU胶进行粘合。

步骤J、对步骤I得到的阻燃刺绣墙布进行检验、打包、入库。
根据上述的生产工艺可制得一种阻燃刺绣墙布,从上至下依次为聚氨酯膜、绣布、亚麻苎麻混合纤维层、阻燃无纺布、胶粘层和离型纸。
实施例二
结合图1和2,对本实施例所涉及的一种阻燃刺绣墙布及其生产工艺作详细说明。
阻燃刺绣墙布生产工艺依次按如下步骤:
步骤A、选取绣布坯布,绣布坯布的极限氧指数为38;所选取的绣布坯布为机织物,平方米重量为200克,经纱为阻燃粘胶与芳砜纶混纺纱线,细度为40支。纬纱为阻燃涤纶长丝,细度为21支。经纱中阻燃粘胶与芳砜纶的混合比例为30:70。
步骤B、对选取的绣布坯布进行防水防霉功能整理;防水防霉功能整理是把绣布浸泡在含有防水剂和防霉剂的功能性整理溶液中,使防水剂、防霉剂均匀的粘附在绣布上,功能整理时的温度为80℃,浴比为1:20,处理时间为50min;再对浸过功能性整理溶液后的绣布进行干燥定型处理,是将绣布经过压辊把多余的浆液压出后,机器自动将布幅两端挂接在针板上,针板两端随机械运行牵带布幅进入烘箱,烘箱由电加热风机鼓风,根据面料不同烘箱温度保持在160℃到220℃,经过连续的恒温烘箱,经过冷却去静电后,得到具有防水防霉和阻燃功能的绣布;所述的功能性整理溶液是按如下方法配制,每公斤去离子水中加入防水剂30克、防霉剂60克,使用烧碱调节pH值在8.5。
步骤C、对步骤B处理后的绣布坯布进行转移印花,得到刺绣基布。将基布采用活性印染技术对基布进行单面印花,印染出色调与花型丰富的印花布,作为刺绣的基布;活性印染的具体步骤为:首先要描稿,对设计出的底纹进行分色,然后根据分色进行制版印刷,之后在215℃的转移印花机上处理20-30秒,使分散染料转移到基布上固着,所用色浆中糊料的重量百分比为45%。
步骤D、对步骤C得到的刺绣基布进行电脑刺绣,得到绣布;根据步骤C经过转移印花所得到的图案进行绣花电脑制版设计好的图案录入电脑,根据图案进行电脑制版编程;将制作完成的合格的绣花程序录入电脑绣花机,把需要绣制的绣布坯布绷在框架上,打开绣花机进行连续重复刺绣。
步骤E、对步骤D得到的绣布与亚麻苎麻混合纤维层复合;亚麻苎麻混合纤维层是将亚麻苎麻纤维按照1:1的比例混合均匀,制成厚度为在0.5mm,平方米重量为45克的纤维网。复合是采用PU胶进行粘合。亚麻苎麻混合纤维层通过缝编工艺得到加固。
步骤F、对步骤E得到的复合材料中的亚麻苎麻混合纤维层与阻燃无纺布进行复合;阻燃无纺布为水刺阻燃粘胶无纺布,所使用的阻燃粘胶纤维的细度为1.56dtex,长度为38mm,每平方米重量为为100克。复合是采用PU胶进行粘合。
步骤H、对步骤F得到的复合材料在绣布刺绣的一面贴覆聚氨酯膜;聚氨酯膜具有防水、透气、透明可视、抗菌的特点。
步骤I、对步骤H得到的复合材料在阻燃无纺布一面与胶粘层复合,再在胶粘层上粘贴一层离型纸,得到阻燃刺绣墙布。
步骤J、对步骤I得到的阻燃刺绣墙布进行检验、打包、入库。
根据上述的生产工艺可制得一种阻燃刺绣墙布,从上至下依次为聚氨酯膜、绣布、亚麻苎麻混合纤维层、阻燃无纺布、胶粘层和离型纸。
以上详细描述了本发明的较佳具体实施例。应当理解,本领域的普通技术人员无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思做出诸多修改和变化。因此,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应在由权利要求书所确定的保护范围内。

Claims (6)

1.一种阻燃刺绣墙布生产工艺,其特征在于,依次按如下步骤,
步骤A、选取绣布坯布,所述绣布坯布的极限氧指数为28-38;
步骤B、对选取的绣布坯布进行防水防霉功能整理;
步骤C、对步骤B处理后的绣布坯布进行转移印花,得到刺绣基布;
步骤D、对步骤C得到的刺绣基布进行电脑刺绣,得到绣布;
步骤E、对步骤D得到的绣布与亚麻苎麻混合纤维层复合;
步骤F、对步骤E得到的复合材料中的亚麻苎麻混合纤维层与阻燃无纺布进行复合;
步骤H、对步骤F得到的复合材料在绣布刺绣的一面贴覆聚氨酯膜;
步骤I、对步骤H得到的复合材料在阻燃无纺布一面与胶粘层复合,再在胶粘层上粘贴一层离型纸,得到阻燃刺绣墙布;
步骤J、对步骤I得到的阻燃刺绣墙布进行检验、打包、入库。
2.如权利要求1所述的阻燃刺绣墙布生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤A中,所选取的绣布坯布为机织物,平方米重量为60-200克,经纱为阻燃粘胶与芳砜纶混纺纱线,纬纱为阻燃涤纶长丝。
3.如权利要求1所述的阻燃刺绣墙布生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤B中,所述的功能整理把绣布浸泡在含有防水剂和防霉剂的功能性整理溶液中,使防水剂、防霉剂均匀的粘附在绣布上,功能整理时的温度为80℃,浴比为1:15-1:20,处理时间为30-50min;再对浸过功能性整理溶液后的绣布进行干燥定型处理,是将绣布经过压辊把多余的浆液压出后,机器自动将布幅两端挂接在针板上,针板两端随机械运行牵带布幅进入烘箱,烘箱由电加热风机鼓风,根据面料不同烘箱温度保持在160℃到220℃,经过连续的恒温烘箱,经过冷却去静电后,得到具有防水防霉和阻燃功能的绣布;所述的功能性整理溶液是按如下方法配制,每公斤去离子水中加入防水剂10克-30克、防霉剂20-60克,使用烧碱调节pH值在7.5-8.5。
4.如权利要求1所述的阻燃刺绣墙布生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤F中,所述的阻燃无纺布为水刺阻燃粘胶无纺布,所使用的阻燃粘胶纤维的细度为1.56dtex,长度为38mm,每平方米重量为为30-100克。
5.如权利要求1所述的阻燃刺绣墙布生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤E和F中,所述的复合是采用PU胶进行粘合。
6.一种阻燃刺绣墙布,其特征在于,为权利要求1所述的一种刺绣墙布生产工艺制得,从上至下依次为聚氨酯膜、绣布、亚麻苎麻混合纤维层、阻燃无纺布、胶粘层和离型纸。
