Abstract

本发明公开一种阻燃型墙布用无纺布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1:将细纤维聚合物和粘合纤维的混合物由大螺杆高温熔融挤出,加热温度为260~280℃,得到熔融状态的聚合物A;S2:将聚合物A通过挤压机以4.8~5.3MPa加压喷丝,将喷丝经过拉伸器拉伸,形成纤维拉丝物B,并引导至浸泡液中进行浸泡4~8h,然后引导至成网机上;S3:当成网机上层叠三层或四层的纤维拉丝物B时,引导层叠物至热轧机中热轧,热轧时纤维拉丝物表面均匀喷洒树脂粉,热轧条件为160~180℃、4MPa,得到无纺布,卷绕成型。在保证强韧的基础上,具备阻燃能力,特别适合干燥的地区使用。

阻燃型墙布用无纺布的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布制备领域,具体涉及一种阻燃型墙布用无纺布的制备方法。
背景技术
无纺布是一种非织造布,它是直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料。具有柔软、透气和平面结构的新型纤维制品,优点是不产生纤维屑,强韧、耐用、丝般柔软,也是增强材料的一种,而且还有棉质的感觉,和棉织品相比,无纺布的袋子容易成形,而且造价便宜。
无纺布的应用领域的扩展,无纺布逐渐应用在家装的墙布领域,但是目前的无纺布墙布在阻燃方面效果不是很好,应用在室内装修时存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种阻燃型墙布用无纺布的制备方法,在保证强韧的基础上,具备阻燃能力,特别适合干燥的地区或者厨房区域使用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种阻燃型墙布用无纺布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将细纤维聚合物和粘合纤维的混合物由大螺杆高温熔融挤出,加热温度为260~280℃,得到熔融状态的聚合物A;
S2:将聚合物A通过挤压机以4.8~5.3MPa加压喷丝,将喷丝经过拉伸器拉伸,形成纤维拉丝物B,并引导至浸泡液中进行浸泡4~8h,然后引导至成网机上;
S3:当成网机上层叠三层或四层的纤维拉丝物B时,引导层叠物至热轧机中热轧,热轧时纤维拉丝物表面均匀喷洒树脂粉,热轧条件为160~180℃、4MPa,得到无纺布,卷绕成型。通过将纤维高温熔融喷丝形成拉丝物,初步成型并杀菌,然后进入浸泡液中浸泡,进一步提高阻燃能力,同时通过添加树脂粉,进一步增强无纺布的韧性和强度,使其不易断裂,所述的树脂粉可以是热固性树脂的一种。
进一步的,所述的步骤S3中喷洒树脂粉后经过红外线辐射2~3次进入热轧。经过紫外线辐射后,起到更好的杀菌和融合作用,提高无纺布的阻燃效果。
进一步的,所述的浸泡液组份如下:艾蒿提取物30~40份、丙烯酸酯20~40份、磷酸三酯0.4~0.6份、乙二醇30~40份。通过浸泡液的浸泡作用,使得无纺布在无菌的同时具有阻燃功效,且持续时间久,对人体无伤害,符合环保健康的要求。
更进一步的,所述的细纤维聚合物包括低熔点化学纤维、木匠纤维和木浆,低熔点化学纤维:木浆纤维:木匠=5:3:1。在此比例下制备出的无纺布的韧性好,强度高,不易开裂,且易上色。
进一步的,所述的成网机为气流成网机,气流成网机的成网定量为100g/m2~120g/m2。此成网密度在保证使用功能的同时,有利于图案的印制,太疏或太密均会影响印制效果。
本发明带来的有益效果为:1)本发明通过将纤维高温熔融喷丝形成拉丝物,初步成型并杀菌,然后进入浸泡液中浸泡,进一步提高阻燃能力,同时通过添加树脂粉,进一步增强无纺布的韧性和强度,使其不易断裂;
2)加入中药浸泡液,在提高了韧性的同时使其具有一定的阻燃能力,且符合环保健康的要求,对人体无伤害,特别适合干燥的地区或是厨房区域使用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
S1:所细纤维聚合物包括低熔点化学纤维、木匠纤维和木浆,低熔点化学纤维:木浆纤维:木匠=5:3:1,将细纤维聚合物和粘合纤维的混合物由大螺杆高温熔融挤出,加热温度为260℃,得到熔融状态的聚合物A;
S2:将聚合物A通过挤压机以4.8MPa加压喷丝,将喷丝经过拉伸器拉伸,形成纤维拉丝物B,并引导至浸泡液中进行浸泡4h,然后引导至气流成网机上,所述的浸泡液组份如下:艾蒿提取物30份、氢氧化铝阻燃颗粒6份、丙烯酸酯20份、磷酸三酯0.4份、乙二醇30份;
S3:当成网机上层叠三层的纤维拉丝物B时,引导层叠物至热轧机中热轧,热轧时纤维拉丝物表面均匀喷洒树脂粉,经过红外线辐射2次进入热轧,热轧条件为160℃、4MPa,得到无纺布,卷绕成型。

实施例2

S2:将聚合物A通过挤压机以5.3MPa加压喷丝,将喷丝经过拉伸器拉伸,形成纤维拉丝物B,并引导至浸泡液中进行浸泡8h,然后引导至气流成网机上,所述的浸泡液组份如下:艾蒿提取物40份、氢氧化铝阻燃颗粒10份、丙烯酸酯40份、磷酸三酯0.6份、乙二醇40份;
S3:当成网机上层叠四层的纤维拉丝物B时,引导层叠物至热轧机中热轧,热轧时纤维拉丝物表面均匀喷洒树脂粉,经过红外线辐射3次进入热轧,热轧条件为180℃、4MPa,得到无纺布,卷绕成型。

由表1可知,当未经过浸泡液浸泡或未添加树脂或改变纤维组成时,拉伸断裂强力、断裂强度明显降低,本申请的浸泡液不仅具有阻燃效果的同时能降低附着力,使其不易落灰,本发明不受上述实施例的限制,上述实施例和说明书中描述的只是说明本发明的原理,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下,本发明还会有各种变化和改进,这些变化和改进都落入要求保护的本发明的范围内。本发明要求保护的范围由所附的权利要求书及其等效物界定。

Claims (5)

1.一种阻燃型墙布用无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将细纤维聚合物和粘合纤维的混合物由大螺杆高温熔融挤出,加热温度为260~280℃,得到熔融状态的聚合物A;
S2:将聚合物A通过挤压机以4.8~5.3MPa加压喷丝,将喷丝经过拉伸器拉伸,形成纤维拉丝物B,并引导至浸泡液中进行浸泡4~8h,然后引导至成网机上;
S3:当成网机上层叠三层或四层的纤维拉丝物B时,引导层叠物至热轧机中热轧,热轧时纤维拉丝物表面均匀喷洒树脂粉,热轧条件为160~180℃、4MPa,得到无纺布,卷绕成型。
2.根据权利要1所述的阻燃型墙布用无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤S3中喷洒树脂粉后经过红外线辐射2~3次进入热轧。
3.根据权利要2所述的阻燃型墙布用无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的浸泡液组份如下:艾蒿提取物30~40份、氢氧化铝阻燃颗粒6~10份、丙烯酸酯20~40份、磷酸三酯0.4~0.6份、乙二醇30~40份。
4.根据权利要3所述的阻燃型墙布用无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的细纤维聚合物包括低熔点化学纤维、木匠纤维和木浆,低熔点化学纤维:木浆纤维:木匠=5:3:1。
5.根据权利要1-4任一所述的阻燃型墙布用无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的成网机为气流成网机。
