技术领域
本发明属于清洗添加剂领域,具体地,涉及一种用于碳氢清洗剂的油髓清洗剂及其制备和使用方法。
背景技术
碳氢清洗剂系通过蒸馏原油得到的留分溶剂,有石油系、石油系碳氢化合物、碳氢化合物系、烃(烃)、工业用汽油等,碳氢清洗剂具有良好的环保特性和清洗能力,碳氢清洗剂具有良好的环保特性和清洗能力,逐步成为一类重要的工业清洗剂之一。

此类油污一般来说是加工用油中的添加剂,在高温作用下,或者说在反复的作业下,逐步累积形成的集结物,介于积碳与重油污之间,是油品中添加剂的在设备上累积加热烧结形成的,极难清洗。在现有的清洗方式中,往往采用人工刷洗的方式来进行,该清洗的方式清洁效率不高,耗时耗力,且无法完全清晰所有的残渣。
而传统的积碳清洗剂对该类重油清洗无法实现彻底清洗的结果,且其残留量极大,对工件的后续加工存在安全操作的隐患的同时,还造成大量的清洗剂的浪费。
此外,针对有些封闭式的自动设备,基于其往往只能进行线上清洗的方式来进行,故而,往往无计可施,缩短设备寿命的同时造成严重的设备损耗。
由此可见,无论采用哪种现有的方案,在环保、安全、有效性的方面显然都存在一定的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服上述缺陷,提供一种可提高碳氢清洗剂工作效能,实现碳氢清洗剂被高效利用的、对操作工人的安全有保障的用于碳氢清洗剂的油髓清洗剂。

在使用的过程中,将该清洗剂添加在常规碳氢清洗剂中后,针对设备在长时间清洗作业后,设备的槽体内侧,底部,加热管周围产生的黄色重油污,有着高效的清洗力,且能在设备表面形成保护层,长期保持设备的清洁;特别能使加热管保持清洁,不会因局部过热形成积碳。
此外,本产品具有良好的沉降速度,在完成清洗后,快速分出污染物及非油溶性物质,从而有效防止清洗剂在清洗不洁净的设备的过程中,造成清洗剂的污染,影响清洗剂的使用寿命。

所述稳定剂选自氨基三甲叉膦酸、羟基乙叉二膦酸、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸钠、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸、2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸、多元醇磷酸酯、2-羟基膦酰基乙酸、己二胺四甲叉膦酸、多氨基多醚基甲叉膦酸、双1,6亚己基三胺五甲叉膦酸、高效溶锌剂,或丙烯酸、马来酸、丙烯酰胺、甲基丙磺酸丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸酯、膦酸、磺酸盐、膦酰基羧酸、环氧琥珀酸中的一种或几种的聚合物或共聚物,或氨基三甲叉膦酸四钠、氨基三甲叉膦酸五钠、氨基三甲叉膦酸钾、羟基乙叉二膦酸钠、羟基乙叉二膦酸二钠、羟基乙叉二膦酸四钠、羟基乙叉二膦酸钾、乙二胺四甲叉膦酸五钠、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸五钠、二乙烯三胺五亚甲基膦酸七钠、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸钠、2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸四钠、己二胺四甲叉膦酸钾盐、双1,6亚己基三胺五甲叉膦酸钠、碳原子数小于10的烯烃或聚烯烃中一种或几种;

所述保险剂选自碳原子数小于8的碳氢化合物;
所述保险剂的质量百分比含量为总原料的3-5%。
8.如权利要求1-7任一所述的一种用于碳氢清洗剂的油髓清洗剂,其特征在于,由如下质量百分比的组分制备而成:
9.如权利要求1-8任一所述的一种用于碳氢清洗剂的油髓清洗剂的制造方法,其特征在于:
于20-80℃的温度下,将各组分的物质搅拌0.5-3小时,至混合均匀后包装。
10.如权利要求9所述的一种用于碳氢清洗剂的油髓清洗剂的使用方法,其特征在于:
制得的油髓清洗剂与碳氢清洗剂混合均匀后使用;
其中,所述油髓清洗剂与碳氢清洗剂的质量比为1:0.5-15。
