Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于箱加注口颈的导流件。本发明还涉及一种用于机动车辆的箱加注口颈,其包括填充管、在填充管的端部围绕该填充管的填充头、设置在填充管与填充头之间的弹性体构成的密封件,和设置在填充管或填充头中的所述类型的导流件。最后,本发明还涉及具有所述类型的箱加注口颈的机动车辆。
背景技术
所述类型的导流件从现有技术是基本已知的。例如,在这方面,DE 20 2011 109524 U1公开了一种用于机动车辆的储罐的填充管布置,其具有延伸进入所述储罐的浸没管,并且具有布置在填充管布置的可接触区域内用于燃料泵喷嘴的分配管的引导元件,并且具有引导元件被保持在其上的盖部。
DE 10 2008 054 247 A1还公开了一种用于机动车辆的具有填充短截(fillerstub)的燃料储罐,其包括布置在所述储罐中的柔性软管,该柔性软管一直延伸到内罐底部,并在自由的下端具有朝向内罐底部的轴向出口开口。
根据现有技术,引导元件或导流件由塑料制成(例如,由聚缩醛(缩写为POM)、或由高密度聚乙烯(缩写为HDPE))和由金属制成,并且因此所得到的部件是相对刚性的。因此,箱加注口颈的各个部件的选定公差是相对窄的,以使得能够实现部件的无故障组装。然而,特别地,塑料填充管的制造工艺(吹塑工艺)是难以控制的,并且特别地,填充管的内部几何形状是难以再现的。与假定要求相反,填充管因而具有非常大的公差,使得箱加注口颈的部件的组装变得更难。
已知的箱加注口颈的另一缺点是,除了填充头和密封环的可能例外之外,对于不同型号使用相同部件是几乎不可能的。然而,在几乎所有的情况下,填充管和导流件必须匹配各个车辆的条件。
发明内容
因此,本发明的一个目的是详细说明一种改进的导流件、一种改进的箱加注口颈和改进的机动车辆。特别地,其意图是便于箱加注口颈的各个部件的装配。如果可能的话,其进一步的意图能够对不同型号使用比迄今为止更多的元件。
本发明的目的是通过在开始部分记载类型的导流件实现的,该导流件是至少部分地由弹性体或热塑性弹性体构成的。例如,丁腈橡胶(NBR)、氟碳橡胶(FKM)或氟硅橡胶(FVMQ)可以用作弹性体。
本发明的目的还通过具有上述类型导流件的在开始部分记载类型的箱加注口颈实现,所述箱加注口颈布置在填充管和/或填充头中。有利的是,填充管是由塑料构成的,并且特别地被设计为吹塑成型塑料管,并且有利的是,导流件被设计为比填充管短。填充头优选地由金属构成。
最后,本发明的目的是通过包括上述类型的箱加注口颈的机动车辆实现的。
凭借所选择材料的柔性,导流件可以更好地适应不同的安装情况,这尤其影响了所使用填充管的广泛的内部几何形状。这使得箱加注口颈的装配显著容易。通过所说明的材料选择,同一导流件也可用于型号不同的不同箱加注口颈。
本发明的进一步有利的实施例和发展将从从属权利要求并且从结合附图的描述中变得显而易见。
有利的是,导流件是单件式结构。导流件因而完全由弹性体或热塑性弹性体制造。独立部件的数量减少进一步简化了箱加注口颈的组装。
但是,同样有利的是,导流件是多件式结构。特别地,导流件具有导流短截,以及与其相连的导流管。以这种方式,可以对导流件的各部分会对它的每一个功能选择合适的材料。
在这样的背景下,特别有利的是,导流管是由弹性体或热塑性弹性体构成的,并且导流短截是由热塑性或热固性塑料构成的。以这种方式,一方面,导流件在所述填充管/填充头中的良好嵌合被确保,另一方面,导流件能很好的适应填充管的形状。
进一步有利的是,导流短截和导流管被可释放地连接到彼此,特别是通过闩锁连接。以这种方式,导流短截和导流管可被容易地连接,并且仍然可以由(完全)不同的材料构成。
但是,同样有利的是,导流短截和导流管被不可释放地连接到彼此,特别是焊接到彼此。这反过来导致储罐填充短截的部件数量较少,从而简化其装配。更具体地,如果它们由热塑性弹性体制造,则导流短截和导流管可被焊接到彼此,或者如果导流短截和导流管是由弹性体构成的,则它们可通过硫化彼此连接。

两个部件3和4中的至少一个是由弹性体或热塑性弹性体构成的。例如,导流管4可以由弹性体或热塑性弹性体构成,而导流短截3是由热塑性或热固性塑料构成的。这保证了导流件2在填充管5或填充头6的良好装配。此外,导流管4能很好地适应于填充管5的形状。但是,特别地,还可以想到的是,两个部件4也可以都由弹性体或热塑性弹性体构成。一般地说,丁腈橡胶(NBR)、氟碳橡胶(FKM)或氟硅橡胶(FVMQ)可以提供为弹性体。

5.根据权利要求4所述的导流件(2),其特征在于,所述导流管(4)由弹性体或热塑性弹性体构成,并且所述导流短截(3)由热塑性或热固性塑料构成。
