技术领域
本发明涉及车辆的燃料箱设备。
背景技术
用于接收机动车辆燃料的燃料箱是众所周知的。填充管通常用于填充箱并且可以从箱颈部延伸到箱,箱颈部可用于补给燃料。最近,还使用由塑料制成的箱以及由塑料制成的填充管,这些由塑料制成的箱及填充管比以前由金属制成的传统的箱和填充管更轻且制造成本效益更高。然而,即使箱本身和/或至少其填充管由塑料制成,燃料箱设备的一些部件仍然由金属制成,例如张力带或隔热板。
对于这种金属部件,尽管其附近有塑料部件,但仍存在将部件接地的问题。例如,金属部件在与塑料填充管一起使用时通过接地电缆接地,该接地电缆沿着填充管布置并且其端部在箱颈部区域中与车身连接。然而,这种解决方案制造起来复杂且昂贵,因为接地电缆的精确路径必须固定在多个位置并在生产过程中进行监控,例如通过摄像机检查(camera inspection)。由于接地电缆较长,在生产过程中处理箱更加困难。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是在这方面改进所述类型的车辆的燃料箱设备,特别是,提供一种燃料箱设备,其能够快速且有利地生产,同时能够使燃料箱设备的金属部件可靠接地。
该目的通过一种车辆的燃料箱设备实现,其包括燃料箱、由塑料制成的用于填充燃料箱的填充管和燃料箱设备的至少一个金属部件,其中所述填充管具有导电外层,其中所述金属部件通过电连接件连接至填充管的导电外层,其中所述金属部件通过所述连接件和所述填充管的所述导电外层接地。
根据本发明,箱的金属部件,例如金属张紧带,通过由塑料制成的填充管接地,而无需沿着填充管布置电线。相反,填充管,即多层塑料填充管的导电外层,直接用于将部件接地。金属部件通过合适的导电连接件连接至填充管的导电外层。然后最终通过填充管的另一端实现接地或接地连接,在该端,填充管的外层以导电的方式连接至合适的电接地,特别是连接到机动车辆的车身。
连接件优选地包括由金属制成的连接凸耳,其中所述连接凸耳从所述填充管中引出,其中在所述连接凸耳和所述填充管的导电外层之间建立导电连接。
连接凸耳优选地也被注入到填充管的塑料结构中,特别是注入到管线保持器中,例如注入到管线夹中。管线保持器可以优选地用于固定通风管线。管线保持器,特别是管线夹,优选地由导电材料组成。
连接件,特别是连接凸耳,优选地形成在填充管远离燃料补给口的端部处,即形成在靠近安装位置中的填充管底端的填充管区域中。然后在很大程度上通过填充管发生接地,并在较小程度上通过连接至连接件的接地电缆发生接地。
部件的接地通过所述连接件和所述填充管的导电外层发生,其中所述填充管的导电外层在填充管面向燃料补给口的端部优选地以导电的方式连接至车身,以便通过车身实现接地。
所述填充管的导电外层在填充管面向燃料补给口的端部优选地以导电的方式连接至金属制成的封闭基部。所述封闭基部可以设计成接收泵喷嘴并且可以由封闭帽封闭。
所述填充管的导电外层通过压接能够以导电的方式连接至由金属制成的封闭基部,其中封闭基部优选地抵靠填充管的外侧并且因此抵靠导电外层。优选地,在压接区域中在所述填充管的外侧形成肋。
要接地的金属部件特别地可以是燃料箱检修口的加强环、隔热板和/或张紧带。
金属部件可以通过接地电缆以导电的方式连接至连接件,特别是连接至连接凸耳,其中接地电缆优选设计为短的,短于填充管并且优选短于填充管的一半。接地电缆优选设计为短于30cm,特别优选短于20cm。

具体实施方式
图1示出了本发明的燃料箱设备的填充管1的底端(从安装位置看),该底端远离填充管1的填充口。
填充管1由塑料制成并具有导电外层。电连接件2,即由金属制成的连接凸耳(connection lug),从填充管1引出。连接件2以导电的方式连接到填充管1的外层。
连接件2,特别是连接凸耳,形成在填充管1的远离燃料补给口的端部处,即形成在填充管的位于安装位置底部的区域中。
连接凸耳也被注入到填充管1的塑料结构中,即注入到管线夹3中,一个或多个通风管线7可以夹在该管线夹中。管线夹3由导电材料构成,优选由导电塑料构成。
如图2所示,燃料箱设备的金属部件,例如燃料箱检修口的加强环、隔热板或张紧带,同样设置在靠近填充管底端的位置,该金属部件至少在某些部分,通过短接地电缆6以导电的方式连接到连接件2,特别是连接凸耳。
金属部件通过电连接件2和填充管1的导电外层接地。
在连接件2和填充管1的导电外层之后,部件的接地在填充管1面向燃料补给口的端部(如图3所示)经由车身发生。为此,填充管1通过导电连接部分8连接到车身。
填充管1的导电外层也以导电的方式在填充管面向燃料补给口的端部处连接到由金属制成的封闭基部4。
填充管1的导电外层通过压接(press connection)以导电的方式连接到由金属制成的封闭基部4,封闭基部4紧靠填充管的外侧。在压接区域中,在填充管1外侧形成导电肋5。

Claims (9)
1.一种车辆的燃料箱设备,包括燃料箱、由塑料制成的用于填充燃料箱的填充管(1)和燃料箱设备的至少一个金属部件,其中所述填充管(1)具有导电外层,其中所述金属部件通过电连接件(2)连接至所述填充管(1)的导电外层,其中所述金属部件通过所述连接件(2)和所述填充管(1)的导电外层接地。
2.如权利要求1所述的燃料箱设备,
其特征在于,所述连接件(2)包括由金属制成的连接凸耳,其中所述连接凸耳从所述填充管(1)中引出,其中在所述连接凸耳和所述填充管(1)的导电外层之间建立导电连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的燃料箱设备,
其特征在于,所述连接凸耳也被注入到所述填充管(1)的塑料结构中,特别是注入到管线保持器(3)中。
4.如权利要求1所述的燃料箱设备,
其特征在于,所述连接件(2),特别是连接凸耳,形成在所述填充管(1)的远离燃料补给口的端部处。
5.如权利要求1所述的燃料箱设备,
其特征在于,部件的接地通过所述连接件(2)和所述填充管(1)的导电外层发生,其中所述填充管(1)的导电外层在填充管(1)面向燃料补给口的端部以导电的方式连接至车身。
6.如权利要求1所述的燃料箱设备,
其特征在于,所述填充管(1)的导电外层在填充管面向燃料补给口的端部以导电的方式连接至由金属制成的封闭基部(4)。
7.如权利要求6所述的燃料箱设备,
其特征在于,所述导电外层通过压接以导电的方式连接至由金属制成的封闭基部(4),其中肋(5)优选地形成于压接区域中的所述填充管(1)的外侧。
8.如权利要求1所述的燃料箱设备,
其特征在于,所述金属部件为燃料箱检修口的加强环、隔热板和/或张紧带。
9.如权利要求1所述的燃料箱设备,
其特征在于,所述金属部件通过接地电缆(6)以导电的方式连接至连接件(2),特别是连接至连接凸耳。
