Description
本发明涉及一种与吊索或吊链配合使用的配件。
已知的先有技术有授予克鲁克(Crook)等人的美国专利4102295,该装置用来直观地显示加在其上的载荷大小。授予阿彻(Archer)的美国专利4409841具有一个疲劳损坏显示器,该显示器包括第一和第二较厚部件,一个薄板连接该二部件,该装置设置成使应力施加在薄板上或使其承受剪力,薄板的断裂即向操作者显示设备上已有过度疲劳应力,应予停止使用。
本发明的一个目的,是提出一种配合负载提升吊索或吊链等使用的配件。
本发明的另一目的,是提出一种配件,在配件的工作部分上有指示记号,指示提升索的直线负载状态和倾斜负载状态,吊索包括钢丝绳、吊链、链、带、合成绳、及其他配合使用的配件。
本发明的又一目的,是提出一种配件工作部上的指示记号,可用于吊索的直线负载状态和倾斜负载状态,提供与配件及/或与之配合使用的吊索有关的工作负载极限的信息。
本发明的又一目的,是在提升配件上提供有量度的指示记号,对配件的超载或变形作视感的指示。
本发明提供一种配合一条或多条承载索或链使用的配件,在该配件工作部上的至少一个指示记号,使用该配件时,该记号指示该吊索或吊链相对于正向直线负载位置的倾斜负载状态。
本发明的上述及其他目的,参照附图,说明及附随的权利要求,便可立刻了解。

在详细解说本发明前,应理解本发明不限制用于附图所示的结构及部件安排的细节。发明可用于其他实施方案,用各种方法实施。应理解本文使用的语汇及术语,目的只为说明,并非为作限制。
负载吊升领域的工程人员及操作者,对配件,和将配件与负载连接的吊绳或钢缆吊索,及吊链等的工作负载极限的资料都很了解,或易于取得。熟知配件,吊索或吊链等的工作负载极限为吊索或吊链与配件连接角度的函数。例如,将下表与图10-13对照,便可说明合金吊链的典型工作负载极限(磅)。

因此,根据上表,操作者可知,当吊链以对负载小于30°的水平倾角相对于配件布置时,链的工作负载极限比直线负载降低。在另一方面,操作者又可以知道,当吊链相对于负载的倾斜姿态为60°时,工作负载极限升高。
本发明提出一种指示措施,操作者可藉以用视感察知吊索相对于负载的倾斜姿态,以根据对吊索的了解,即对链或钢绳的尺寸的了解,察知正确的工作负载极限。
现参看图1,一个柄杆吊钩用号10标示其整体,已知本发明可用于其他类型的钩,诸如转钩,弹簧钩,眼环吊钩等。
在本说明书中,钩的工作部分,一般包括图号12标示的钩腹。突出部14在钩的两侧布置,因而当将单索吊升负载放在钩的工作部中时,有时称为线上负载,如图10所示。突出记号16及18表示与水平负载倾斜60°的负载,如图11所示。突出记号20及22表示与直线负载或水平负载倾斜45°的突出记号(见图12)。这种突出的记号最好在钩体30上形成,诸如通过锻造,焊接或其他熟悉本领域者常见的方式形成。应理解本文所述的记号也可为凹孔或凹陷。
本发明的另一方面,是设置变形记号40及42,在配件上依固定的距离D设置,例如精确的英寸或半英寸的距离单位,于是就为操作者/工程人员/技术员等设置措施,随时可确定吊钩是否仍符合原出厂工作负载指标。即,如距离D指示的量度大于或小于该英寸或半英寸单位时,就说明吊钩已被超载使用,不再能在其工作负载极限内使用,应予拆换。
图4及5说明本发明使用方法,此处使用吊链。图4如图10,为单索直线负载,其链环50对正直线负载记号14。例如,根据上表,链的尺寸为1/4英寸时,工作负载极限为3,250磅。
现参看图5,示用两个吊链52及54提升一个负载,操作者便知道,由于吊链的方向与负载倾斜45°,如图12,并如记号20及22所示,1/4英寸的工作负载极限为4,600磅。与此相似,如吊链52与54挂在负载上的方向,为与指示记号17及19平行,操作者便知,这时如链的尺寸为1/4英寸,工作负载的极限便是3,250磅(见图13)。
本发明构思可同样用于许多吊索配件,如图6之凸肩螺栓,图7之钩环,图8之无缝环与图9所示之链环等等。
现参看图6,被直线拉动的吊环螺栓与记号或凸出部60一致,决定于使用的吊索,便可指示给定的和公布的吊索或链和/或吊环螺栓的工作负载极限。但假如提升链的方向为62或64的指示位置,则使工作负载的极限降低。例如,拉力方向为45°时(标图号为66及67),便将工作负载调节到额定工作负载的30%。假如拉力方向为90°(标图号为70或71),则将工作负载调节到额定工作负载的25%。易言之,即向操作者报告,拉力负载应不超过额定工作负载的25%。
图7示将本发明的同构思应用于钩环,即直线记号为80,60°记号82及84,45°记号为86及88,30°记号为90及92。举例而言,如将双吊链(如图5所示)固定在图7中有间距的钩环上,钩环与已知的负载(未示)连接,则操作者取决于钩环的间距,应能从吊链相对于记号的位置,确定吊升是否可安全进行。
相同的构思可转移到图8中的无缝环和图9所示的链环。
虽然本文关于本发明的说明及附图,与负载的扯起及提升相关,本发明范围包括一切形式的静态及动态负载,诸如拖引,栓系,牵拉等等。
Claims (10)
1、一种配合一条或多条承载索或链使用的配件,其特征为包括:在该配件工作部上的至少一个指示记号,使用该配件时,该记号指示该吊索或吊链相对于正向直线负载位置的倾斜负载状态。
2、如权利要求1所述之配件,其特征为该配件为吊钩。
3、如权利要求1所述之配件,其特征为该配件为无缝环。
4、如权利要求1所述之配件,其特征为该配件为吊链环节。
5、如权利要求1所述之配件,其特征为该配件为吊环螺栓。
6、如权利要求1所述之配件,其特征为该配件为钩环。
7、如权利要求1所述之配件,其特征为该配件有指示记号,指示固定的间距大小。
8、如权利要求1,2,3,4,6或7所述之配件,其特征为该指示记号为直线凸起。
9、如权利要求1,2,3,4,5或6所述之配件,其特征为该斜线负载状态指示记号,与该直线负载状态倾斜30度,45度及60度。
10、如权利要求1,2,3,4,5,6或7所述之配件,其特征为该指示记号为直线凹槽。
