本发明提供了一种螺旋藻茶寿面及制作方法,属于食品加工技术领域。本发明以螺旋藻粉、绿茶粉、桑叶茶粉、茉莉花茶粉、乌龙茶粉、银杏茶粉、鲜鸡蛋、小麦面粉为主要原料,将小麦面粉与螺旋藻粉、绿茶粉、桑叶茶粉、茉莉花茶粉、乌龙茶粉、银杏茶粉、鲜鸡蛋、精碘盐和饮用水,充分搅拌混合均匀,再按常规方法制成螺旋藻茶寿切面、螺旋藻茶寿挂面或螺旋藻茶寿方便面。本品“天然绿色,营养均衡,清热排毒,养肝明目,益气生血,馨香味醇,有益健康”。具有食用与保健双重功效。
Description
本发明涉及食品加工技术领域,尤其是一种螺旋藻茶寿面及制作方法。
健康是人类生命中永恒的主题。随着经济的发展,人们的物质生活条件日益改善,餐桌越来越丰盛,鸡鸭鱼肉、生猛海鲜,成了家常便饭。然而,物质条件越优越,吃喝越好的人群,疾病却越来越多,尤其高血脂、高血压、心脏病、肥胖、糖尿病等现代富贵病的发病率居高不下。因此,人们开始吃素,寻求回归自然,追捧健康饮食成为一种最时尚的新潮流。
本发明的特点:将传统的中医理论与现代营养学紧密结合,海选食物中七种最有营养、最有益健康的食物——螺旋藻、茶类和蛋类,将其科学配伍,制成三餐膳食需要的绿色营养面条。本品“天然绿色,营养均衡,清热排毒,养肝明目,益气生血,馨香味醇,有益健康”,具有食用与保健双重功效,是一种难得的绿色全营养面。为人们的餐桌增添了一份美的享受、美的生活,更重要的是既能获得高营养,又能的到健康体魄,可谓“一举三得”。
本发明的目的是通过如下措施来实现的:
如上所述一种螺旋藻茶寿面的配方,按重量份计为:小麦面粉65-85份、螺旋藻粉0.3-3份、绿茶粉0.3-1份、桑叶茶粉0.3-1份、茉莉花茶粉0.2-0.8份、乌龙茶粉0.2-0.6份、银杏茶粉0.2-0.8份、鲜鸡蛋3-8份、精碘盐0.5-1.8份、饮用水18-26份。
为进一步实现本发明的目的,本发明采用如下方法进行实施的,该制作方法步骤如下:
(1)按螺旋藻茶寿面的配方称量所需的小麦面粉、螺旋藻粉、绿茶粉、桑叶茶粉、茉莉花茶粉、乌龙茶粉、银杏茶粉、鲜鸡蛋、精碘盐、饮用水以备用;
(2)将螺旋藻粉、绿茶粉、桑叶茶粉、茉莉花茶粉、乌龙茶粉、银杏茶粉、小麦面粉,放入同一容器充分混合搅拌均匀备用;
(3)将新鲜鸡蛋打碎去壳,用打蛋机将蛋搅拌成均匀的蛋液,再将蛋液与饮用水混合,搅拌均匀备用;
(4)将精碘盐用饮用水化开备用;
(5)最后将盐水和蛋水倒入已经混合搅拌均匀的上述螺旋藻与茶类混合面粉中充分搅拌均匀,再按常规方法制成螺旋藻茶寿切面、螺旋藻茶寿挂面或螺旋藻茶寿方便面。
本发明与现有的技术相比较,具有以下四大优势:

下面给出本发明的具体实施方案:
实施例一:
(1)将72千克小麦面粉与0.8千克螺旋藻粉、0.3千克绿茶粉、0.3千克桑叶茶粉、0.2千克茉莉花茶粉、0.2千克乌龙茶粉、0.2千克银杏茶粉放入一专门容器中充分混合搅拌均匀备用;
(2)再把5千克鲜鸡蛋打碎去壳,用打蛋机将蛋搅拌成均匀的蛋液,再把蛋液与10千克饮用水混合均匀制成蛋水备用;
(3)把1千克精碘盐用10千克饮用水化开备用,
(4)将蛋水和盐水倒入螺旋藻与茶类等混合的面粉中充分混合搅拌均匀,再按常规方法制成螺旋藻茶寿切面、螺旋藻茶寿挂面或螺旋藻茶寿方便面等面。
实施例二:
(1)将71%的小麦面粉与1%的螺旋藻粉、0.4%的绿茶粉、0.3%的桑叶茶粉、0.3%的茉莉花茶粉、0.2%的乌龙茶粉、0.2%的银杏茶粉放入一专门容器中充分混合搅拌均匀备用;
(2)再把5.6%的鲜鸡蛋打碎去壳,用打蛋机将蛋搅拌成均匀的蛋液,再把蛋液与10%的饮用水混合均匀制成蛋水备用;
(3)把1%的精碘盐用10%饮用水化开备用;
(4)将蛋水和盐水倒入螺旋藻与茶类混合的面粉中充分混合搅拌均匀,再按常规方法制成螺旋藻茶寿切面、螺旋藻茶寿挂面或螺旋藻茶寿方便面等面。
实施例三:
(1)将73千克小麦面粉与0.6千克螺旋藻粉、0.5千克绿茶粉、0.4千克桑叶茶粉、0.4千克花茶粉、0.3千克乌龙茶粉、0.3千克银杏茶粉放入一专门容器中充分混合搅拌均匀备用;
(2)再把4.5千克鲜鸡蛋打碎去壳,用打蛋机将蛋搅拌成均匀的蛋液,再把蛋液与10千克饮用水混合均匀制成蛋水备用;
(3)把1千克精碘盐用9千克饮用水化开备用,
(4)将蛋水和盐水倒入螺旋藻与茶类混合的面粉中充分混合搅拌均匀,再按常规方法制成螺旋藻茶寿切面、螺旋藻茶寿挂面或螺旋藻茶寿方便面等面。

1.一种螺旋藻茶寿面,特征在于其配方按重量份计为:
小麦面粉65-85份、螺旋藻粉0.3-3份、绿茶粉0.3-1份、桑叶茶粉0.3-1份、茉莉花茶粉0.2-0.8份、乌龙茶粉0.2-0.6份、银杏茶粉0.2-0.8份、鲜鸡蛋3-8份、精碘盐0.5-1.8份、饮用水18-26份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺旋藻茶寿面,特征在于其配方按重量份计为:
小麦面粉72份、螺旋藻粉0.8份、绿茶粉0.3份、桑叶茶粉0.3份、茉莉花茶粉0.2份、乌龙茶粉0.2份、银杏茶粉0.2份、鲜鸡蛋5份、精碘盐1份、饮用水20份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种螺旋藻茶寿面,特征在于其配方按重量份计为:
小麦面粉71%、螺旋藻粉1%、绿茶粉0.4%、桑叶茶粉0.3%、茉莉花茶粉0.3%、乌龙茶粉0.2%、银杏茶粉0.2%、鲜鸡蛋5.6%、精碘盐1%、饮用水20%。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种螺旋藻茶寿面的制作方法,特征在于该制作方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按螺旋藻茶寿面的配方称量所需的小麦面粉、螺旋藻粉、绿茶粉、桑叶茶粉、茉莉花茶粉、乌龙茶粉、银杏茶粉、鲜鸡蛋、精碘盐、饮用水以备用;
(2)将螺旋藻粉、绿茶粉、桑叶茶粉、茉莉花茶粉、乌龙茶粉、银杏茶粉、小麦面粉,放入同一容器充分混合搅拌均匀备用;
(3)将新鲜鸡蛋打碎去壳,用打蛋机将蛋搅拌成均匀的蛋液,再将蛋液与饮用水混合,搅拌均匀备用;
(4)将精碘盐用饮用水化开备用;
