Abstract

本发明公开了一种三元过充电池用电解液,包括有机溶剂、锂盐和添加剂,所述有机溶剂为碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸甲丙酯、碳酸二丁酯和碳酸甲乙酯;所述锂盐为双三氟甲基磺酰亚胺锂;所述添加剂为碳酸亚乙烯酯、1,3丙烷磺酸内酯、二氟联苯、环已基苯、联苯和1,3,6‑己烷三腈中的一种或多种。本发明采用合理配比性能稳定的有机溶剂混合液,加入新型锂盐添加剂,增加SEI膜致密均匀但却不增加阻抗,引入过充添加剂,对正极和负极起到成膜保护作用,明显改善了电解液的安全性能。

一种三元过充电池用电解液
技术领域
本发明属于锂离子电池技术领域,特别是涉及一种三元过充电池用电解液。
背景技术
锂离子动力电池能量密度高、高低性能优异、电池的循环性能良好,且绿色无污染等明显优势,成为研究的焦点,并逐渐取代传统铅酸、镍氢、镍镉等电池走向动力电池市场。锂离子电池优点很多,但是锂离子电池在过充时其安全性能不太稳定。因此需要提高三元锂离子电池的过充性能,提高其在安全方面的稳定性。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于锂离子电池安全性的提高,为三元动力锂电池提供更可靠的保证。
为达到上述目的,本发明是按照以下技术方案实施的:
一种三元过充电池用电解液,包括有机溶剂、锂盐和添加剂,所述有机溶剂为碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸甲丙酯、碳酸二丁酯和碳酸甲乙酯;所述锂盐为双三氟甲基磺酰亚胺锂;所述添加剂为碳酸亚乙烯酯、1,3丙烷磺酸内酯、二氟联苯、环已基苯、联苯和1,3,6-己烷三腈中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸甲丙酯、碳酸二丁酯和碳酸甲乙酯的体积比为1:0.5: 0.25: 2。
进一步的,所述锂盐的用量为1.1 mol/L。
进一步的,所述添加剂为1,3丙烷磺酸内酯。
进一步的,所述添加剂为碳酸亚乙烯酯和1,3丙烷磺酸内酯。
进一步的,所述添加剂的用量占电解液总质量的2-10%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的有机溶剂中加入稳定性较高的碳酸甲丙酯和碳酸二丁酯,提高电解液在低温下的流动性和离子传输能力;添加剂中加入成膜性好的碳酸亚乙烯酯和1,3丙烷磺酸内酯;锂盐采用双三氟甲基磺酰亚胺锂,其在有机溶剂中易溶解,在溶液中的解离度大,离子迁移率高,电导率高,稳定性较高。本发明采用合理配比性能稳定的有机溶剂混合液,加入新型锂盐添加剂,增加SEI膜致密均匀但却不增加阻抗,引入过充添加剂,对正极和负极起到成膜保护作用,明显改善了电解液的安全性能。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,在此发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种三元过充电池用电解液,包括有机溶剂、锂盐和添加剂,所述有机溶剂为碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸甲丙酯、碳酸二丁酯和碳酸甲乙酯;碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸甲丙酯、碳酸二丁酯和碳酸甲乙酯的体积比为1: 0.5: 0.25: 2。所述锂盐为双三氟甲基磺酰亚胺锂,用量为1.1 mol/L;所述添加剂为碳酸亚乙烯酯和1,3丙烷磺酸内酯,用量占电解液总质量的3.5%。
实施例2
一种三元过充电池用电解液,包括有机溶剂、锂盐和添加剂,所述有机溶剂为碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸甲丙酯、碳酸二丁酯和碳酸甲乙酯;碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸甲丙酯、碳酸二丁酯和碳酸甲乙酯的体积比为1: 0.5: 0.25: 2。所述锂盐为双三氟甲基磺酰亚胺锂,用量为1.1 mol/L;所述添加剂为1,3丙烷磺酸内酯,用量占电解液总质量的7.5%。
实施例3
一种三元过充电池用电解液,包括有机溶剂、锂盐和添加剂,所述有机溶剂为碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸甲丙酯、碳酸二丁酯和碳酸甲乙酯;碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸甲丙酯、碳酸二丁酯和碳酸甲乙酯的体积比为1: 0.5: 0.25: 2。所述锂盐为双三氟甲基磺酰亚胺锂,用量为1.1 mol/L;所述添加剂为碳酸亚乙烯酯、1,3丙烷磺酸内酯和1,3,6-己烷三腈,用量占电解液总质量的5%。
实施例4
一种三元过充电池用电解液,包括有机溶剂、锂盐和添加剂,所述有机溶剂为碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸甲丙酯、碳酸二丁酯和碳酸甲乙酯;碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸甲丙酯、碳酸二丁酯和碳酸甲乙酯的体积比为1: 0.5: 0.25: 2。所述锂盐为双三氟甲基磺酰亚胺锂,用量为1.1 mol/L;所述添加剂为碳酸亚乙烯酯、1,3丙烷磺酸内酯、二氟联苯和1,3,6-己烷三腈,用量占电解液总质量的5%。
本发明的技术方案不限于上述具体实施例的限制,凡是根据本发明的技术方案做出的技术变形,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种三元过充电池用电解液,包括有机溶剂、锂盐和添加剂,其特征在于,所述有机溶剂为碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸甲丙酯、碳酸二丁酯和碳酸甲乙酯;所述锂盐为双三氟甲基磺酰亚胺锂;所述添加剂为碳酸亚乙烯酯、1,3丙烷磺酸内酯、二氟联苯、环已基苯、联苯和1,3,6-己烷三腈中的一种或多种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三元过充电池用电解液,其特征在于,所述碳酸乙烯酯、碳酸甲丙酯、碳酸二丁酯和碳酸甲乙酯的体积比为1: 0.5: 0.25: 2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的三元过充电池用电解液,其特征在于,所述锂盐的用量为1.1mol/L。
4.根据权利要求1所述的三元过充电池用电解液,其特征在于,所述添加剂为1,3丙烷磺酸内酯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的三元过充电池用电解液,其特征在于,所述添加剂为碳酸亚乙烯酯和1,3丙烷磺酸内酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的三元过充电池用电解液,其特征在于,所述添加剂的用量占电解液总质量的2-10%。
