Abstract

本发明涉及一种喷嘴集成式SCR催化消声器,包括依次连接的进气总成、催化总成及消声总成,进气总成包括进气管、进气筒体、混合管、进气端盖及隔板,进气管连接进气筒体与发动机排气管路,进气管上设置有添蓝喷嘴,进气管下端连通混合管,混合管位于进气筒体内,混合管上设置有出气孔,本发明是将添蓝喷嘴设置在SCR催化消声器的进气管上,同时改变进气管结构,使尾气与添蓝能够在进气管内充分混合后进入催化消声器内,从而缩短发动机排气管路的长度,节约空间降低成本,同时,还能对尾气起到一定的保温作用,有利于催化还原反应的进行。

Description

喷嘴集成式SCR催化消声器
技术领域:
本发明属于汽车尾气排放消声设备技术领域,具体涉及一种喷嘴集成式SCR催化消声器。
背景技术:
随着汽车工业的发展及民众购买能力的增强,截止2011年末,我国民用汽车保有量即达1.06亿辆,中国汽车进入一个快速发展的轨道。汽车的生产量和保有量的增加,汽车尾气带来的污染越来越严重,成为各国首要控制的污染问题。
随着环保要求的提高、发动机排放标准的升级,国四、国五排放标准的发动机大都开始采用SCR排气后处理系统。该系统添蓝,添蓝是指用于SCR排气后处理系统的国四以上排放标准柴油发动机的专用还原剂,俗称车用高纯尿素溶液,使用添蓝可有效降低柴油机发动机废气中氮氧化合物有毒物质,通过选择性催化还原作用,把氮氧化合物NOx转变成氮气和水,使柴油发动机达到国四以上的排放标准。
目前,市场上的柴油发动机所采用的SCR排气后处理系统需要额外增加添蓝喷射装置,该装置通过增加器将添蓝输送到添蓝喷嘴,然后进入排气系统,对 柴油发动机尾气进行催化还原处理,现有的柴油发动机大多将添蓝喷嘴布置在发动机增加器后的排气管上,添蓝与尾气通过一定长度的排气管路混合后再进入SCR催化消声器内,为保证添蓝与尾气的充分混合,排气管路需要有足够的长度,这就导致现有的柴油发动机的汽车排气管路较长,占用空间较大,成本较高,而且该排气管路必须使用高耐腐性材质,另外,尾气与添蓝在排气管路中流动,尾气会有相应的温度降低,不利于催化还原反应的进行。
发明内容:
综上所述,为了克服现有技术问题的不足,本发明提供了一种喷嘴集成式SCR催化消声器,它是将添蓝喷嘴设置在SCR催化消声器的进气管上,同时改变进气管结构,使尾气与添蓝能够在进气管内充分混合后进入催化消声器内,从而缩短发动机排气管路的长度,节约空间降低成本,同时,还能对尾气起到一定的保温作用,有利于催化还原反应的进行。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种喷嘴集成式SCR催化消声器,其中:包括依次连接的进气总成、催化总成及消声总成,所述的进气总成包括进气管、进气筒体、混合管、进气端盖及隔板,所述的进气管连接进气筒体与发动机排气管路,进气管上设置有添蓝喷嘴,所述的进气管下端连通混合管,混合管位于进气筒体内,混合管上设置有出气孔,所述的进气筒体的一端通过进气端盖封堵,所述的进气筒体的另一端连接催化总成的催化筒体,其连接处设置有隔板,所述的隔板上设置有透气孔,所述的催化总成包括催化筒体及催化剂载体,催化筒体内设置有催化剂载体,催化剂设置在催化剂载体上,催化剂载体上设置有小孔;所述的消声总成包括消声筒体、消声管及后端盖,所述的消声筒体的一端连通催化筒体,所述的消声筒体的另一端由后端盖封堵,消声管设置在后端盖上。
本发明的技术方案还可以是这样实现的:所述的混合管包括竖管、横管及堵板,所述的竖管与横管相互连通,竖管竖直连接在横管的中部,横管的靠近隔板的一端设置有堵板,横管的另一端开口,堵板、横管壁及竖管壁上均设置有透孔。
本发明的技术方案还可以是这样实现的:所述的进气筒体包括由外至内依次设置的外壳、保温层及内壳。
本发明的技术方案还可以是这样实现的:所述的进气端盖包括由外至内依次设置的进气外端盖、端盖保温层及进气内端盖。
本发明的技术方案还可以是这样实现的:所述的后端盖包括由外至内依次设置的消声外端盖、消声棉层及消声内端盖。
本发明的技术方案还可以是这样实现的:所述的消声管的与消声棉层接触部分的管壁上设置有消声孔。
本发明的技术方案还可以是这样实现的:所述的催化剂载体通过衬垫与催化筒体内壁固定。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明是将添蓝喷嘴设置在SCR催化消声器的进气管上,同时改变进气管结构,使尾气与添蓝能够在进气管内充分混合后进入催化消声器内,从而缩短发动机排气管路的长度,节约空间降低成本,同时,还能对尾气起到一定的保温作用,有利于催化还原反应的进行。
2、本发明的由竖管、横管及堵板组成的混合管,尾气与添蓝一起从竖管进入,在竖管段竖直向下流动,进入横管后,经横管壁的阻挡,气流改为横向流动,而横管一端的堵板上设置有透孔,横管的另一端开口,则气流只能流向横管的开口端,从开口端进入进气筒体内,同时,本发明的横管、竖管及堵板上均设置有透孔,气流在流动过程中部分气流从透孔进入进气筒体,对筒体内的气流产生扰动,从而加速气流中的尾气与添蓝更加充分均匀的混合。
3、本发明的横管靠近隔板的一端封堵,靠近进气端盖的一端开口,则从竖管进入横管的气流先向进气端盖一侧流动,遇到进气端盖阻隔后反向朝隔板流动,使尾气与添蓝混合更加均匀,使转化效率更高,结晶风险更小。
4、本发明的进气筒体与进气端盖均设置有保温层,保温层对进入混合管的气体起保温作用,使催化单元前端温度不至降低过快,为尾气中污染物发生催化还原反应提供足够的温度。
4、本发明结构简单,使用方便,安全可靠,制作简单,适合批量化生产的要求,使添蓝与尾气混合用的排气管路缩短,方便整车布置,间接降低了整车成本。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图1~6所示,一种喷嘴集成式SCR催化消声器,包括依次连接的进气总成、催化总成及消声总成,所述的进气总成包括进气管1、进气筒体2、混合管3、进气端盖4及隔板5,所述的进气管1连接进气筒体2与发动机排气管路,进气管1上设置有添蓝喷嘴14,所述的进气管1下端连通混合管3,混合管3位于进气筒体2内,混合管3包括竖管301、横管302及堵板303,所述的竖管301与横管302相互连通,竖管301竖直连接在横管302的中部,横管302的靠近隔板5的一端设置有堵板303,横管302的另一端开口,该开口为出气口,堵板303、横管302壁及竖管301壁上均设置有透孔304。所述的进气筒体2包括由外至内依次设置的外壳201、保温层202及内壳203,进气筒体2的一端通过进气端盖4封堵,进气端盖4包括由外至内依次设置的进气外端盖401、端盖保温层402及进气内端盖403。所述的进气筒体2的另一端连接催化总成的催化筒体8,其连接处设置有隔板5,所述的隔板5上设置有透气孔7,所述的催化总成包括催化筒体8及催化剂载体9,催化筒体8内设置有催化剂载体9,催化剂载体9通过衬垫10与催化筒体8内壁固定,催化剂设置在催化剂载体9上,催化剂载体9上设置有小孔;所述的消声总成包括消声筒体11、消声管12及后端盖13,所述的消声筒体11的一端连通催化筒体8,所述的消声筒体11的另一端由后端盖13封堵,消声管12设置在后端盖13上。后端盖13包括由外至内依次设置的消声外端盖131、消声棉层132及消声内端盖133。消声管12的与消声棉层132接触部分的管壁上设置有消声孔134。
使用时,将本发明的进气管1与发动机排气管连接,消声管12与排气尾管连接。使用时,发动机产生的废气通过管气管进入混合管3,进气管1上设置有添蓝喷嘴14,添蓝喷嘴14连通添蓝泵,添蓝从添蓝喷嘴14进入进气管1,与尾气一起进入混合管3,然后流入进气筒体2内,尾气与添蓝在混合管3及进气筒体2内混合均匀,然后经隔板5上的透气孔7进入催化总成,在催化剂载体9内发生化学反应,最后进入消声总成进行消声排气。最后从排气尾管排出。

1.一种喷嘴集成式SCR催化消声器,其特征在于:包括依次连接的进气总成、催化总成及消声总成,所述的进气总成包括进气管(1)、进气筒体(2)、混合管(3)、进气端盖(4)及隔板(5),所述的进气管(1)连接进气筒体(2)与发动机排气管路,进气管(1)上设置有添蓝喷嘴(14),所述的进气管(1)下端连通混合管(3),混合管(3)位于进气筒体(2)内,混合管(3)上设置有出气孔(6),所述的进气筒体(2)的一端通过进气端盖(4)封堵,所述的进气筒体(2)的另一端连接催化总成的催化筒体(8),其连接处设置有隔板(5),所述的隔板(5)上设置有透气孔(7),所述的催化总成包括催化筒体(8)及催化剂载体(9),催化筒体(8)内设置有催化剂载体(9),催化剂设置在催化剂载体(9)上,催化剂载体(9)上设置有小孔;所述的消声总成包括消声筒体(11)、消声管(12)及后端盖(13),所述的消声筒体(11)的一端连通催化筒体(8),所述的消声筒体(11)的另一端由后端盖(13)封堵,消声管(12)设置在后端盖(13)上。
