Abstract

本发明公开了一种可降解承重卡板及其制备方法,所述卡板包括上盖、填充料中层及下盖,所述下盖的底部设置若干个卡板支撑脚,所述下盖与若干个卡板支撑脚一体成型,填充料中层填充设置于下盖及若干个卡板支撑脚的内部,上盖盖合于填充料中层及下盖上方,所述卡板支撑脚的剖面设置为倒梯形。所述卡板支撑脚底端中部设置下沉凹槽,每排的卡板支撑脚之间一连接板,连接板卡装于下沉凹槽内。本发明增加稳固性及承重强度,避免因较大外力造成突然出现断裂或者松动的情况;卡板支撑脚设置为剖面为倒梯形,角度设置为30‑60度,能够实现较轻的重量,承载较重的物品;所使用的材料均为环保材料,易于自然降解及回收,避免了环境污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及航空运输用承重卡板技术,特别是涉及一种可降解承重卡板及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有技术中的卡板有木卡板、 铁卡板、免检卡板、消毒卡板、免熏蒸卡板、塑料卡板及镀铬卡板等。卡板具备运输的功能,且越来越多地应用在航空运输上。在飞机产品的装配工装型架上卡板的设计与制造过程中,经常遇到多站位大尺寸,各站位外形相同或类似,各站位有相同或类似元件的卡板的设计与制造。现有技术通常在各站位均设置卡板,卡板上设置工作元件(定位器、压紧器等),卡板需要起吊,有时还需设计与制造卡板放置架,这种结构的卡板使用不方便,起吊存在安全隐患,存放占用厂房空间大,因此这种结构的卡板成本较高。
例如,申请号为 201510076439.7 的专利公开了一种发泡栈板及其制作方法所述栈板脚由牛皮纸或 PVC 材料的外壳包裹 PU 硬质发泡材料发泡成型制作而成,所述栈板脚的 PU 硬质发泡材料向上延伸出与栈板本体衔接用的预留衔接体,由牛皮纸包裹 PU 硬质发泡材料形成的栈板本体将栈板脚上的预留衔接体包裹,整体发泡成型从而形成带栈板脚的发泡栈板。所述栈板脚上的预留衔接体带有倒勾;其包括两部分,分别为:位于栈板脚顶部的凸台,以及位于栈板脚侧部的倒勾;所述凸台上设置有环型卡槽。但是,该申请所使用的栈板脚和栈板本体是分离的,使用时间长时,容易造成分裂,影响使用寿命。另外,栈板质量重,有航空运输经验的人都知道,货物的重量越重,运费也就越高,因此,如果能够减轻货物的重量,将为企业减少大量运输成本。
另外,现有技术中的卡板不容易降解,造成环境污染大,且回收成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可降解承重卡板及其制备方法,重量轻,承重能力强,防滑耐磨,易于自然降解及回收。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种可降解承重卡板,包括上盖、填充料中层及下盖,所述下盖的底部设置若干个卡板支撑脚,所述下盖与若干个卡板支撑脚一体成型,填充料中层填充设置于下盖及若干个卡板支撑脚的内部,上盖盖合于填充料中层及下盖上方,所述卡板支撑脚的剖面设置为倒梯形。
作为本发明的较佳实施例,本发明所述下盖的底部设至少三排卡板支撑脚,每排至少设置三个卡板支撑脚,所述卡板支撑脚底端中部设置下沉凹槽,每排的卡板支撑脚之间设有一连接板,连接板卡装于下沉凹槽内。
作为本发明的较佳实施例,本发明所述连接板的外表面设置防滑波浪纹。
作为本发明的较佳实施例,本发明所述卡板支撑脚的剖面设置为倒梯形,靠近下盖底部一端的长度大于远离下盖底部另一端的长度,所述倒梯形的倾斜角设置为 30-60度。

作为本发明的较佳实施例,本发明所述上盖与填充料中层之间还设置一 IC 芯片,上盖上设置一显示窗,IC 芯片嵌装于显示窗内。
作为本发明的较佳实施例,本发明所述填充料中层由以下质量份的组分制备而成:
聚醚多元醇 4110 0.5-0.7 份;
聚醚多元醇 635 0.1-0.2 份;
聚醚多元醇 380 0.03-0.05 份;
双胺醚溶液 0.0003-0.0005 份;
N,N-二甲基环己胺 0.003-0.006 份;
六氢三嗪催化剂 0.002-0.003 份;
C18 季铵盐催化剂 0.008-0.01 份;
DBU 季铵盐催化剂 0.00008-0.0001 份;
硅油 0.016-0.018 份;
环戊烷 0.116-0.120 份;
PAPI 多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯 1.3-1.4 份。
作为本发明的较佳实施例,本发明所述双胺醚溶液的浓度质量百分比是 60-80%。
本发明还公开了一种制成所述的可降解承重卡板的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、制作下盖和若干个卡板支撑脚一体成型的模具,采用 PET 材料制作成卡板下盖;
S2、制作上盖的模具,采用 PET 材料制作成卡板上盖;
S3、制作填充料中层的材料,将各组分按照质量比称重后混合搅拌均匀;
S4、将下盖置于水平操作台上,将步骤 S3 混合搅拌均匀的材料均匀注入下盖内,在注入时首先注入各个卡板支撑脚,然后再注入下盖内,平齐下盖时停止注入;
S5、待填充料中层成型后,将上盖扣合于下盖上。
作为本发明的较佳实施例,本发明所述上盖与下盖之间通过粘贴固定。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:设置上盖、填充料中层及下盖,下盖的底部设置若干个与下盖一体成型的卡板支撑脚,填充料中层填充设置于下盖及若干个卡板支撑脚的内部,通过设置一体成型的结构,增加稳固性及承重强度,避免因较大外力造成突然出现断裂或者松动的情况;卡板支撑脚设置为剖面为倒梯形,且角度可设置为 30-60 度,从工程力学的角度来讲,能够实现较轻的重量,承载较重的物品;在卡板支撑脚之间设置连接板,能够增强承载能力,防止断裂,延长使用寿命;填充料中层所采用的材料为环保材料,在具有较强的支撑能力,增强产品韧性、表面硬度及防折断应力,整个产品仅重 2.8-3KG,承重能力可达到1000-3600KG,为木质卡板的 1/2 到 1/4,重量轻,为目前相同重量承重最大的卡板,特别适用于航空运输,节约成本,提高了载重强度;填充料中层为环保材料,上盖和下盖采用 PET 材料,均为环保材料,易于自然降解及回收,避免了环境污染,不再使用后直接进行掩埋,一年左右可实现完全降解;在支撑脚之间设置连接板,增加稳固性;设置 IC芯片,具有记忆功能,能够随时扫描追踪卡板的位置信息。

具体实施方式
本发明的主旨在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可降解承重卡板及其制备方法,承重能力强,质量轻,不易折断,能够实现自动降解,特别适用于航空运输。下面结合实施例参照附图进行详细说明,以便对本发明的技术特征及优点进行更深入的诠释。
本发明的整体结构示意图如图 1-2 所示,一种可降解承重卡板,包括上盖 1、填充料中层 2 及下盖 3,所述下盖 3 的底部设置若干个卡板支撑脚 4,所述下盖 3 与若干个卡板支撑脚 4 一体成型,填充料中层 2 填充设置于下盖 3 及若干个卡板支撑脚 4 的内部,上盖 1 盖合于填充料中层 2 及下盖 3 上方,所述卡板支撑脚 4 的剖面设置为倒梯形。传统的结构的卡板,一般卡板支撑脚和卡板主体是分离的,分开加工,然后再组合使用。但是在航空运输中,容易造成多次使用折断或断裂的情况,本实用新型所述的下盖 3与若干个卡板支撑脚 4 一体成型,填充料中层 2 填充设置于下盖 3及若干个卡板支撑脚4 的内部,使支撑脚和主体一体填充成型,避免了断裂的情况,且一体成型的结构增加稳固性及承重强度,避免因较大外力造成突然出现断裂或者松动的情况。
本发明所述卡板支撑脚 4 的剖面设置为倒梯形,靠近下盖 3 底部一端的长度大于远离下盖 3 底部另一端的长度,所述倒梯形的倾斜角设置为30-60 度。本发明与其他现有技术不同的是,设置倒梯形的倾斜角设置为30-60 度,从工程力学的角度来讲,能够实现较轻的重量,承载较重的物品,例如,设置角度为 30 度、45 度或 60 度,不同的角度承载物体的强度有所不同,根据材料和需要设置角度。
如图 2、3 所示,本发明所述下盖 3 的底部设至少三排卡板支撑脚 4,每排至少设置三个卡板支撑脚 4,所述卡板支撑脚 4 底端中部设置下沉凹槽 41,每排的卡板支撑脚 4 之间一连接板 5,连接板 5 卡装于下沉凹槽 41内。卡装连接板 5 两端的下沉凹槽41 设置止回部,即仅设置一半下沉凹槽,另一半设置与底部平齐,这样使得连接板 5 能够更稳固的卡接于下沉凹槽 41 内,连接各个卡板支撑脚 4,增加承重能力。在卡板使用过程中,承重时容易造成物品与卡板之间的滑动,本发明所述连接板 5 的外表面设置防滑波浪纹。本实用新型中,卡板可以使用连接板 5,也可以不用连接板 5 单独使用。
目前,随着航空运输的发展,卡板的需求量越来越大,而随着卡板的新旧交替,旧的卡板必然需要回收和降解,才能不造成环境污染,而本发明所述上盖 1 及下盖 3 采用PET 材料(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)制成。上盖 1 和下盖 3 采用 PET 材料,对回收的卡板进行掩埋,自动降解。本发明所述上盖 1 及下盖 3 的外表面分布设置防滑波浪纹,增加卡板与物品之间的摩擦力。填充料中层 2 也可以采用 PET 材料完成自动降解,当然本实用新型并不限于 PET 材料,也可以采用 PVC 材料。
如图 4 所示,本实用新型所述上盖 1 与填充料中层 2 之间还设置一 IC芯片6,上盖 1 上设置一显示窗,IC 芯片6嵌装于显示窗内,所述 IC 芯片6为记忆芯片,具有记忆追踪功能。通过扫描 IC 芯片6,可以记忆追踪该卡板的位置,当然本实用新型所述的 IC芯片6 也可以设置于上盖 1 的侧面,通过扫描枪扫描获得物流信息,扫描枪获取到物流信息,从而与互联网相连,用户及时掌握卡板动态。为了使本发明所采用的材料完全自动降解,本发明所述填充料中层由以下质量份的组分制备而成,以下为几个实施例。
实施例 1
聚醚多元醇 4110 0.5 份;
聚醚多元醇 635 0.1 份;
聚醚多元醇 380 0.03 份;
双胺醚溶液 0.0003 份;
N,N-二甲基环己胺 0.003 份;
六氢三嗪催化剂 0.002 份;
C18 季铵盐催化剂 0.008 份;
DBU 季铵盐催化剂 0.00008 份;
硅油 0.016 份;
环戊烷 0.116 份;
PAPI 多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯 1.3 份。
上 述 实 施 例 中 , 聚 醚 多 元 醇 简 称 聚 醚 , 是 主 链 含 有 醚 键(—R—O—R—),端基或侧基含有大于 2 个羟基(—OH)的低聚物,由起始剂(含活性氢基团的化合物)与环氧乙烷(EO)、环氧丙烷(PO)、环氧丁烷(BO)等在催化剂存在下经加聚反应制得。聚醚产量最大者为以甘油(丙三醇)作起始剂和环氧化物,通过改变 PO 和 EO 的加料方式(混合加或分开加)、加量比、加料次序等条件,生产出各种通用的聚醚多元醇。
聚醚多元醇 4110 的平均官能度为 4.0-5.0,羟值为 430-470mgKOH/g;聚醚多元醇 635 的平均官能度为 3.5-4.2,羟值为 470-490mgKOH/g;聚醚多元醇 380 的平均官能度为 3.4-3.8,羟值为 380-420mgKOH/g。例如,本实施例 1 中,聚醚多元醇 4110 的官能度为 4.0,羟值为 430mgKOH/g;聚醚多元醇 635 的官能度为 3.5,羟值为 470mgKOH/g;聚醚多元醇 380 的官能度为 3.4,羟值为 380mgKOH/g。
聚醚多元醇 4110 是用蔗糖、丙二醇、环氧丙烷合成,为蔗糖起始剂。聚醚多元醇635 为山梨醇起始剂。聚醚多元醇 635 及聚醚多元醇 4110 为硬泡聚醚,一般为聚氧化丙烯四醇或者六醇,以季戊四醇、乙二胺、糖、山梨醇等为起始剂,官能度较高,反应活性比软泡聚醚高很多。聚氨酯硬泡大量使用于家电保温、建筑外墙保温、大型冷库建设等,用量很大。这类聚醚生产相对简单,国内市场鱼龙混杂,市场价格比软泡聚醚稍低。软泡和硬泡聚醚的国内生产厂家相对集中,因其主要材料环氧丙烷和环氧乙烷的主要来自山东和进口货源。主要生产商:上海高桥石化、南京钟山石化、山东东大、山东德信联邦、天津三石化、抚顺佳化、中海壳牌、南京锦湖等。聚醚多元醇 380(聚醚多元醇 SA-380)为高活性聚醚,其反应活性高,例如河北廊坊生产的聚醚多元醇 380。本发明中所使用的聚醚多元醇 4110、聚醚多元醇 635 及聚醚多元醇 380 为溧阳化工厂提供的产品。
环戊烷用作溶剂、制取聚氨酯泡沫时的发泡剂(替代氟利昂) 及色谱分析标准物质等,环戊烷为纯品,浓度为 99.9-100%。PAPI 多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯,或称粗 MDI,浅黄色至褐色粘稠液体.有刺激性气味,加入卡板制作中,改善卡板各组分的粘接性能。贮存于阴凉、通风、干燥的库房内,远离火种、热源。严格防水、防潮,避免光照。PAPI 相对密度(20℃/20 ℃)1.2,燃点 218℃。凝固点<10℃,黏度(25℃)200-1000mPa.s,例如,本实施例中,黏度(25℃)200mPa.s。PAPI 是由 50%MDI 与 50%官能度大于 2 以上的多异氰酸酯组成的混合物。由于 PAPI 的蒸气压较低,挥发度低,且成本低,所以以 PAPI 为原料,既环保健康,又降低了原料成本。
双胺醚溶液为 70%双(二甲基胺基乙基)醚溶液,由质量分数为 70%的双(二甲氨基乙基)醚与 30%一缩二丙二醇(DPG)配成的催化剂最常用。N,N-二甲基环己胺(氮氮二甲基环己胺)为无色至浅黄色透明液体,能溶于醇及醚类溶剂,主要用作聚氨酯硬泡催化剂。六氢三嗪催化剂为羟乙基六氢三嗪,形状为淡黄色透明粘稠状液体,含量 74.00~78.00%。C18 季铵盐催化剂为2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚,也可以提供C18季铵盐的盐溶液,盐溶液的浓度为 60-80%。DBU 季铵盐催化剂为 1,8-二氮杂二环十一碳-7-烯,也可以提供 DBU季铵盐的盐溶液,盐溶液的浓度为 60-80%。双胺醚溶液、N,N-二甲基环己胺、六氢三嗪催化剂、C18 季铵盐催化剂、DBU 季铵盐催化剂为具有延迟作用的聚氨酯类催化剂,均为溧阳化工厂的产品,当以上催化剂提供盐溶液时,质量比为 60-80%。例如,在实施例中,以上的盐溶液浓度质量比可以为 60%。以上催化剂调节发泡和凝胶反应达到平衡,从而达到理想的发泡效果,使整个卡板具有较好的承压效果及透气效果。
硅油为环状聚二甲基硅氧烷,是由二甲基二氯硅烷加水水解制得初缩聚环体,环体经裂解、精馏制得低环体,然后把环体、封头剂、催化剂放在一起调聚就可得到各种不同聚合度的混合物,经减压蒸馏除去低沸物就可制得硅油。硅油的粘度为 100-200(25℃)cs,KS6840 硅油是表面活性剂,南京凯盛公司提供,例如,硅油粘度为 100(25℃)cs。
实施例 2
聚醚多元醇 4110 0.6 份;
聚醚多元醇 635 0.15 份;
聚醚多元醇 380 0.04 份;
双胺醚溶液 0.0004 份;
N,N-二甲基环己胺 0.0045 份;
六氢三嗪催化剂 0.0025 份;
C18 季铵盐催化剂 0.009 份;
DBU 季铵盐催化剂 0.00009 份;
硅油 0.017 份;
环戊烷 0.118 份;
PAPI 多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯 1.35 份。
双胺醚溶液、N,N-二甲基环己胺、六氢三嗪催化剂、C18 季铵盐催化剂、DBU 季铵盐催化剂为具有延迟作用的聚氨酯类催化剂,均为溧阳化工厂的产品,当以上催化剂提供盐溶液时,质量比为 70%。
聚醚多元醇 4110 的官能度为 4.5,羟值为 450mgKOH/g;聚醚多元醇635 的官能度为 3.9,羟值为 480mgKOH/g;聚醚多元醇 380 的平均官能度为 3.6,羟值为 400mgKOH/g,例如,硅油粘度为 150(25℃)cs,PAPI 黏度(25℃)600mPa.s。
实施例 3
聚醚多元醇 4110 0.7 份;
聚醚多元醇 635 0.2 份;
聚醚多元醇 380 0.05 份;
双胺醚溶液 0.0005 份;
N,N-二甲基环己胺 0.006 份;
六氢三嗪催化剂 0.003 份;
C18 季铵盐催化剂 0.01 份;
DBU 季铵盐催化剂 0.0001 份;
硅油 0.018 份;
环戊烷 0.120 份;
PAPI 多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯 1.4 份。
双胺醚溶液、N,N-二甲基环己胺、六氢三嗪催化剂、C18 季铵盐催化剂、DBU 季铵盐催化剂为具有延迟作用的聚氨酯类催化剂,均为溧阳化工厂的产品,当以上催化剂提供盐溶液时,质量比为 80%。
聚醚多元醇 4110 的平均官能度为 5.0,羟值为 470mgKOH/g;聚醚多元醇 635的平均官能度为 4.2,羟值为 490mgKOH/g;聚醚多元醇 380 的平均官能度为 3.8,羟值为420mgKOH/g,例如,硅油粘度为 200(25℃)cs,PAPI黏度(25℃)1000mPa.s。
通过以上实施例生产的填充料中层 2 仅重 2.8-3KG,承重能力可达到1000-3600KG,为木质卡板的 1/2 到 1/4,重量轻,特别适用于航空运输,节约成本,提高了载重强度,且为环保材料,能够自然降解。
本发明还公开了一种制成所述的可降解承重卡板的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、制作下盖 3 和若干个卡板支撑脚 4 一体成型的模具,采用 PET 材料制作成卡板下盖 3;本实用新型中,首先制作下盖 3 和若干个卡板支撑脚 4 一体成型的模具,模具包括上模和下模,通过在上模和下模之间注入PET 材料,一次注塑成型下盖 3 和若干个卡板支撑脚 4,例如,图 1 中包括 9 个卡板支撑脚 4,分为 3 行,在纵排的 3 个卡板支撑脚 4 中设置下沉凹槽 41,在两侧的卡板支撑脚 4 设置止回部,方便卡装连接板 5;
S2、制作上盖 1 的模具,采用 PET 材料制作成卡板上盖 1;制作上盖1 的模具,模具包括上模和下模,通过在上模和下模之间注入 PET 材料,一次注塑成型上盖 1;
S3、制作填充料中层 2 的材料,将各组分按照质量比称重后混合搅拌均匀倒入发泡模具内;室温熟化,按照填充料中层 2 的材料混合均匀,制成填充材料,待填充;
S4、将下盖 3 置于水平操作台上,将步骤 S3 混合搅拌均匀的材料均匀注入下盖3 内,在注入时首先注入各个卡板支撑脚 4,然后再注入下盖3 内,平齐下盖 3 时停止注入;本发明也可以采用单独制作填充料中层 2,制作完成后再安装上盖 1、下盖 3,例如设置填充料中层 2 的模具,模具包括上模和下模,将步骤 S3 中的按照质量比称重后混合搅拌均匀材料填充进模具内,成型后脱模,待组装;
S5、待填充料中层 2 成型后,将上盖 1 扣合于下盖 3 上,本发明所述上盖 1 与下盖 3 之间通过粘贴固定,例如可以为双面胶或者胶水。
通过以上实施例中的技术方案对本发明进行清楚、完整的描述,显然所描述的实施例为本发明一部分的实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种可降解承重卡板,包括上盖(1)、填充料中层(2)及下盖(3),其特征在于:所述下盖(3)的底部设置若干个卡板支撑脚(4),所述下盖(3)与若干个卡板支撑脚(4)一体成型,填充料中层(2)填充设置于下盖(3)及若干个卡板支撑脚(4)的内部,上盖(1)盖合于填充料中层(2)及下盖(3)上方,所述卡板支撑脚(4)的剖面设置为倒梯形;所述填充料中层由以下质量份的组分制备而成:
聚醚多元醇 4110 0.5-0.7 份;
聚醚多元醇 635 0.1-0.2 份;
聚醚多元醇 380 0.03-0.05 份;
双胺醚溶液 0.0003-0.0005 份;
N,N-二甲基环己胺 0.003-0.006 份;
六氢三嗪催化剂 0.002-0.003 份;
C18 季铵盐催化剂 0.008-0.01 份;
DBU 季铵盐催化剂 0.00008-0.0001 份;
硅油 0.016-0.018 份;
环戊烷 0.116-0.120 份;
PAPI 多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯 1.3-1.4 份。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的可降解承重卡板,其特征在于:所述双胺醚溶液的浓度质量百分比是 60-80%。
3.根据权利要求 2 所述的可降解承重卡板,其特征在于:所述下盖(3)的底部设至少三排卡板支撑脚(4),每排至少设置三个卡板支撑脚(4),所述卡板支撑脚(4)底端中部设置下沉凹槽(41),每排的卡板支撑脚(4)之间设有一连接板(5),连接板(5)卡装于下沉凹槽(41)内。
4.根据权利要求 3 所述的可降解承重卡板,其特征在于:所述卡板支撑脚(4)的剖面设置为倒梯形,靠近下盖(3)底部一端的长度大于远离下盖(3)底部另一端的长度,所述倒梯形的倾斜角设置为 30-60 度。
5.根据权利要求 4 所述的可降解承重卡板,其特征在于:所述上盖(1)及下盖(3)采用PET 材料制成。
6.根据权利要求 5 所述的可降解承重卡板,其特征在于:所述上盖(1)、下盖(3)及连接板(5)的外表面均设置防滑波浪纹。
7.根据权利要求 6 所述的可降解承重卡板,其特征在于:所述上盖(1)与填充料中层(2)之间还设置一 IC 芯片(6),上盖(1)上设置一显示窗,IC 芯片(6)嵌装于显示窗内。
8.根据权利要求 1-7中任一项所述的可降解承重卡板的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
S1、制作下盖(3)和若干个卡板支撑脚(4)一体成型的模具,采用PET 材料制作成卡板下盖(3);
S2、制作上盖(1)的模具,采用 PET 材料制作成卡板上盖(1);
S3、制作填充料中层(2)的材料,将各组分按照质量比称重后混合搅拌均匀;
S4、将下盖(3)置于水平操作台上,将步骤 S3 混合搅拌均匀的材料均匀注入下盖(3)内,在注入时首先注入各个卡板支撑脚(4),然后再注入下盖(3)内,平齐下盖(3)时停止注入;
S5、待填充料中层(2)成型后,将上盖(1)扣合于下盖(3)上。
9.根据权利要求8 所述的可降解承重卡板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述上盖(1)与下盖(3)之间通过粘贴固定。
