汽车在行驶过程中,所排出的尾气含热非常高,从而会使汽车排气管发烫,排气管散热非常慢,排气管长时间受热不仅会影响其使用寿命,而且这些热量现在也没有进行再利用,不仅污染环境,而且造成能源的浪费,房车作为人们户外游玩的新选择,得到了越来越来人的青睐,作为一种移动式移动装置,对于能源的利用效率就显得尤为重要,特别是尾气管余热的有效利用。

一种房车排气管余热回收装置,包括尾气管,水箱,板式换热器,泵体;所述尾气管由三段直径依次缩小的管体在端处通过焊接连接而成,分别为第一管体、第二管体、第三管体,所述第一管体一端为尾气入口,第三管体另一端与所述板式换热器上的尾气弯管一端密封连接,所述尾气弯管与冷水弯管交错紧密排列在板式换热器上,尾气弯管另一端为尾气排出口,冷水弯管一端与水箱底部的出水口连接,另一端与缠绕在第一管体、第二管体外壁上的弯曲管连接,所述弯曲管靠近第一管体尾气入口处与直管连接,所述泵体安装在该直管中,所述直管另一端分为第一分支管和第二分支管,所述第一分支管与水箱上部的入水口连接,第二分支管上安装有阀门。
进一步,所述尾气管外壁蒸镀有传热层,该传热层由以下重量份的原料组成:
碳0.03%-0.04%,硫0.02%-0.06%,磷0.04%-0.07%,锰0.02%-0.05%,硅0.03%-0.08%,钒0.03%-0.08%,钼0.05%-0.09%,钛0.04%-0.07%,铋0.03%-0.04%,石墨烯0.03%-0.08%,余量为铁。
进一步,所述弯曲管外壁蒸镀有吸热层,该吸热层由以下重量份的原料组成:
碳0.13%-0.15%,钼0.02%-0.07%,钛0.04%-0.05%,铋0.05%-0.07%,钴0.01%-0.03%,锡0.02%-0.04%,镁0.02%-0.06%,钕0.03%-0.07%,铝0.04%-0.06%,二氧化钛0.02%-0.06%,铜铝合金粉0.04%-0.08%,余量为铁。

本发明的有益效果为:通过将尾气管设置为直径逐渐缩小的三段,与管体内尾气温度逐渐降低相匹配,能够充分利用尾气管壁的余热,将最末端与板式换热器上的尾气弯管连接,可以利用末端的余热先对冷水进行预热,而后再通过缠绕在尾气管外壁上的弯曲管进行进一步加热,一方面对整个尾气管壁的热量进行了利用,另一方面也使得最终排出尾气管的尾气温度降低,在尾气管外壁和缠绕在尾气管外壁上的弯曲管外壁分别蒸镀一层传热层和吸热层,进一步提高余热利用效率。

一种房车排气管余热回收装置,包括尾气管1,水箱18,板式换热器7,泵体14;尾气管1由三段直径依次缩小的管体在端处通过焊接连接而成,分别为第一管体2、第二管体3、第三管体4,将尾气管设计为直径逐渐缩小的三段管体可以使尾气管与管体内尾气温度逐渐降低相适应,更有效的利用尾气管中的余热,其中第一管体2一端为尾气入口,第三管体4另一端与板式换热器7上的尾气弯管5一端密封连接,尾气弯管5与冷水弯管6交错紧密排列在板式换热器7上,尾气弯管5另一端为尾气排出口,第三管体4直径与尾气弯管5直径相等,冷水弯管6一端与水箱18底部的出水口8连接,另一端与缠绕在第一管体2、第二管体3外壁上的弯曲管11连接,弯曲管11紧密缠绕在第一管体2、第二管体3外壁上以便充分利用尾气管中的预热,弯曲管11靠近第一管体2尾气入口处与直管12连接,直管12中安装有泵体14,通过泵体14实现水箱18内水的循环,直管12另一端分为第一分支管17和第二分支管15,第一分支管17与水箱18上部的入水口10连接,第二分支管15上安装有阀门16,通过第二分支管15可以直接使用经过尾气管余热加热过的热水而不需再经过水箱,保证了水温。直管12、第一分支管17、第二分支管15外壁分别包裹有保温材料13,保证水体在传输过程中热量不被散发。水箱18设置有中空层9,保证水箱内水的温度。
尾气管1外壁蒸镀有传热层,该传热层由以下重量份的原料组成:
碳0.03%-0.04%,硫0.02%-0.06%,磷0.04%-0.07%,锰0.02%-0.05%,硅0.03%-0.08%,钒0.03%-0.08%,钼0.05%-0.09%,钛0.04%-0.07%,铋0.03%-0.04%,石墨烯0.03%-0.08%,余量为铁。

碳0.13%-0.15%,钼0.02%-0.07%,钛0.04%-0.05%,铋0.05%-0.07%,钴0.01%-0.03%,锡0.02%-0.04%,镁0.02%-0.06%,钕0.03%-0.07%,铝0.04%-0.06%,二氧化钛0.02%-0.06%,铜铝合金粉0.04%-0.08%,余量为铁。
4.如权利要求1所述的房车排气管余热回收装置,其特征在于,所述第三管体直径与所述尾气弯管直径相等。
5.如权利要求1所述的房车排气管余热回收装置,其特征在于,所述弯曲管紧密缠绕在第一管体、第二管体外壁上。
6.如权利要求1所述的房车排气管余热回收装置,其特征在于,所述直管、第一分支管、第二分支管外壁分别包裹有保温材料。
7.如权利要求1所述的房车排气管余热回收装置,其特征在于,所述水箱设置有中空层,保证水箱内水的温度。
8.如权利要求1所述的房车排气管余热回收装置,其特征在于,所述弯曲管外壁包覆有保温层。
