Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于干馏气热回收的管道,包括内管、外管和保温层,所述内管为正方形,外管为圆管,内管中心和外管圆心重合,所述外管包裹聚氨酯管壳,聚氨酯管壳外包裹镀锌钢板。内管采用方形,提高了干馏气与介质水的换热面积,本管道适合于内管管径≥500mm管道。

技术领域
本发明属于生物质处理技术领域,具体地,涉及一种用于干馏气热回收的管道。
背景技术
生物质能就是太阳能以化学能形式贮存在生物质中的能量形式,即以生物质为载体的能量。它直接或间接地来源于绿色植物的光合作用,可转化为常规的固态、液态和气态燃料,取之不尽、用之不竭,是一种可再生能源,同时也是唯一一种可再生的碳源。生物质能源技术是一种具有广阔发展前途的新能源技术。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于干馏气热回收的管道。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
一种用于干馏气热回收的管道,包括内管、外管和保温层,所述内管为正方形,外管为圆管,内管中心和外管圆心重合,所述外管包裹聚氨酯管壳,聚氨酯管壳外包裹镀锌钢板。
进一步的,所述内管由耐高温钢制作而成;
所述外管为螺旋缝钢管;
所述聚氨酯管壳的厚度为100-150mm;
所述镀锌钢板的厚度为0.2-0.3mm。
干馏气经过内管,换热介质为水,从内管和外管之间的空间流过,干馏气和水逆流换热。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供的用于干馏气热回收的管道,内管采用方形,提高了干馏气与介质水的换热面积,本管道适合于内管管径≥500mm管道。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明实施例所述用于干馏气热回收的管道,包括内管1、外管2和保温层3,所述内管1为正方形,外管2为圆管,内管1中心和外管2圆心重合,所述外管2包裹聚氨酯管壳3,聚氨酯管壳3外包裹镀锌钢板4。内管1由15CrMo钢板制作,外管2为螺旋缝钢管,裹聚氨酯管壳3的厚度为100-150mm,镀锌钢板4的厚度为0.2-0.3mm。运行时,干馏气从内管1流过,换热介质水从内管1和外管2中间流过,逆流运行。

1.一种用于干馏气热回收的管道,包括内管、外管和保温层,其特征在于,所述内管为正方形,外管为圆管,内管中心和外管圆心重合,所述外管包裹聚氨酯管壳,聚氨酯管壳外包裹镀锌钢板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于干馏气热回收的管道,其特征在于,所述内管由耐高温钢制作而成;
所述外管为螺旋缝钢管;
所述聚氨酯管壳的厚度为100-150mm;
所述镀锌钢板的厚度为0.2-0.3mm。
