本发明公开了一种太阳能集热沼气发生罐,包括圆筒形产气仓、保温层和储气层,所述产气仓顶部设有输气管与储气层相连,所述保温层处于产气仓和储气层之间包裹于所述产气仓外,还包括太阳能集热管,循环泵和加热层,所述加热层处于保温层和产气仓之间,加热层设有进水和出水口,所述进水口与循环泵相连,出水口与太阳能集热管相连,所述太阳能集热管,循环泵和加热层通过管道构成一个加热水循环回路。本发明利用太阳能集热管加热水流用于加热产气仓,维持沼气产生所需最佳环境温度,特别适用于冬季周围环境温度低下时使用。

太阳能集热沼气发生罐
技术领域
本发明涉及一种产生沼气的发酵罐,特别是涉及一种利用太阳能加热的沼气发生罐。
背景技术
沼气是有机物质在一定温度、湿度、酸碱度和厌氧条件下,经各种微生物发酵及分解作用而产生的一种以甲烷为主要成分的混合可燃气体。由于沼气的发生需要在一定的温度、湿度、酸碱度和厌氧条件,因此需要一可调节温度、湿度、酸碱度的密封容器存放有机物质以便进行发酵产生沼气。
现有技术中,专利CN102250759A公开了一种卧式三层结构的沼气发生器罐体。该罐体集合了产气仓、储气仓。在保温层和储气仓壳体内安装龙骨和保温材料,提到了罐体强度,解决了仓内热辐射、热对流等问题,提高了保温性能。这种沼气发生器罐体仍然需要外部加热设备对其进行加热以维持仓内温度稳定,适用加热设备将产生额外的产气成本。而不适用加热设备,则尤其是在环境温度较低的冬季,虽然保温材料阻隔了仓内与外界环境的部分热交换,但是仍然无法避免的在不加热的情况下仓内温度会逐渐降低,无法维持在沼气发生所需要的20-40℃最佳产气温度,影响罐内产气效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种利用太阳能加热水流以控制沼气发生罐罐内温度的太阳能集热沼气发生罐,解决在环境温度降低影响沼气产生的问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样的:一种太阳能集热沼气发生罐,包括圆筒形产气仓、保温层和储气层,所述产气仓顶部设有输气管与储气层相连,所述保温层处于产气仓和储气层之间包裹于所述产气仓外,其特征在于:还包括太阳能集热管,循环泵和加热层,所述加热层处于保温层和产气仓之间,加热层设有进水和出水口,所述进水口与循环泵相连,出水口与太阳能集热管相连,所述太阳能集热管,循环泵和加热层通过管道构成一个加热水循环回路。
为了准确控制进入加热层的热水量,以便控制产气仓内温度,所述加热水循环回路上设置有可调节开度的阀门。
为了获得更好地保温效果,优选地,所述保温层内填充有玻璃棉保温材料。
本发明所提供的技术方案的优点在于,利用太阳能集热管加热水流用于加热产气仓,维持沼气产生所需最佳环境温度,特别适用于冬季周围环境温度低下时使用。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但不作为对本发明的限定。
如图1所示,太阳能集热沼气发生罐,包括圆筒形产气仓1、保温层2和储气层3,所述产气仓1顶部设有输气管4与储气层3相连,所述保温层2处于产气仓1和储气层3之间包裹于所述产气仓1外,其特征在于:还包括太阳能集热管5,循环泵6和加热层7,所述加热层7处于保温层2和产气仓1之间,加热层7设有进水和出水口,所述进水口与循环泵6相连,出水口与太阳能集热管5相连,所述太阳能集热管5,循环泵6和加热层7通过管道构成一个加热水循环回路。在循环泵6前端还设置有一个可调节开度的阀门8,夏季环境温度较高时,无需对产气仓进行额外加热,可关闭阀门8,太阳能集热管内产生的热水可用于其他日常生活用水。当冬季环境温度较低时,打开阀门8,运行循环泵,使得太阳能集热管内热水流入加热层7,加热产气仓1,维持适当的沼气发生温度。

1.一种太阳能集热沼气发生罐,包括圆筒形产气仓(1)、保温层(2)和储气层(3),所述产气仓(1)顶部设有输气管(4)与储气层(3)相连,所述保温层(2)处于产气仓(1)和储气层(3)之间包裹于所述产气仓(1)外,其特征在于:还包括太阳能集热管(5),循环泵(6)和加热层(7),所述加热层(7)处于保温层(2)和产气仓(1)之间,加热层(7)设有进水和出水口,所述进水口与循环泵(6)相连,出水口与太阳能集热管(5)相连,所述太阳能集热管(5),循环泵(6)和加热层(7)通过管道构成一个加热水循环回路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能集热沼气发生罐,其特征在于:所述加热水循环回路上设置有可调节开度的阀门(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能集热沼气发生罐,其特征在于:所述保温层(2)内填充有玻璃棉保温材料。
