Abstract
本发明涉及一种寒冷地区增保温叁层膜式沼气池,是一种利用太阳能(或其它能源)对循环水加温,有保温隔热层可实现自动恒温控制高效产沼气的软体沼气池。适合畜禽粪便、农作物秸秆产沼气等的综合利用,属环境工程所需设备装置。本发明沼气池体有叁层膜构成,最外层以保温隔热材料填充,中间层为加热装置:内层与粪污接触表面设计为梯形褶皱,为发酵菌床,用于发酵菌着床。系统由太阳能(或其它能源)加热水循环系统组成,自动控制温度保持恒温发酵,产气率高;池体可实现机械化生产,使用推广方便;它既可以高效厌氧处理粪污还可高效生产沼气,为大规模推广使用沼气处理粪污,保护环境,提供了一个新的选择。

本发明涉及一种寒冷地区增保温叁层膜式沼气池,是一种利用太阳能对循环水集热加温或其它能源对循环水加温,有保温隔热层可实现自动恒温控制高效产沼气的软体沼气池。适合畜禽粪便、农作物秸秆产沼气等的综合利用,属环境工程所需设备装置。
背景技术
贯彻科学发展观,实现人与自然和谐发展,拓展资源再生利用,促进生物质能的科学利用,保护生态环境,努力构建生态绿色和谐家园,优化整合社会资源,推动科技、畜禽养殖事业又好又快发展。党中央、国务院已将大力发展推广沼气工作列入发展规划和新农村建设。
沼气作为一种新型的再生能源,正是一种对生物质能的有效利用,但目前没有得到很好的利用。现有的传统沼气池不能很好的解决高寒地区沼气的冬季生产问题,占地面积大,成本高、利用率低、发酵不完全,一年只有半年好用,对粪污的处理不彻底、不迅速等缺陷。
发明内容
为了更好的实现对粪污的综合处理,及废弃的有机物进行有效利用,本发明提供了一种寒冷地区增保温叁层膜式沼气池,它利用太阳能对循环水集热加温或其它能源对循环水加温,有保温隔热层,可实现自动恒温控制高效产沼气的软体沼气池。实现本发明的具体技术方案为:一种沼气发生装置,沼气池体有叁层膜构成,以高弹力增强橡塑尼龙布为基材,最外层以保温隔热材料填充,中间层为加热装置:内设扁型可循环加热盘管(内为循环水),内层与粪污接触表面设计为梯形褶皱,梯形表面为凹凸相间的圆柱小体,为发酵菌床,用于发酵菌着床。沼气池上设有进料管、出料管、循环加热盘管进出口、沼气出气管、温度探头等组成。本发明沼气池可实现工厂化、机械化生产,多道工序各部件集成一体,有利于推广;可实现:1、系统中的发酵液可实现恒温(35℃左右)发酵,温度可实现自动调整控制;2、沼气池内层与粪污接触表面设计为梯形褶皱,梯形表面为凹凸相间的圆柱小体,用于发酵菌着床,为发酵菌提供适宜的环境,从而提高发酵效率、反应速度,提高产气量;3、系统可实现高效率低能耗。本发明为增保温叁层膜式沼气池,内层发酵菌床、中层为循环热水加热装置、外层保温隔热,大幅度降低系统能量损失,从而实现高效率低能耗;4、系统为软体沼气池,发酵的不同阶段压力不同,从而避免了池内结壳,。
本发明结构合理,运行高效,适合广大北方农牧区,可利用本装置对养殖场及人粪便等粪污进行高效发酵处理产生沼气,沼气作为一种新的能源,不仅节约了资源,而且净化了环境,实现可持续发展。

具体实施方式
如图所示的是一种寒冷地区增保温叁层膜式沼气池。沼气池壳体1由叁层膜构成,以高弹力增强橡塑尼龙布为基材,经多道工序合成而成,最外层10以保温隔热材料填充,中间层9为加热装置:内设扁型可循环加热盘管(内为循环热水),内层8与粪污接触表面设计为梯形褶皱,梯形表面为凹凸相间的圆柱小体,为发酵菌床,用于发酵菌着床。所述的7进料管和2出料管以及5沼气出气管由PVC材料制成,4循环加热盘管进出口材料由市售特种聚氯乙烯材料制成,3温度探头为市售普通探头,本发明沼气池具有耐腐蚀、增保温、高效率、使用寿命长等特点。具体实施方式为:将本发明沼气池安装于地下2.5米处,裸露在外的管道要作保温处理。安装好后,将调整好浓度的粪污通过进料管7打入沼气池壳体1内,打入的料液以不超过发酵液液面6为界限,此时温度探头3显示温度低于35℃,太阳能或其它能源即对循环水加温,热水从盘管进出口4打入壳体膜中层(加热装置)9中进行对料液的循环加热,这时壳体膜外层(保温隔热层)10起到保温降低系统能量损耗的作用,壳体膜内层(发酵菌床)8最先得到热量,立即吸引发酵菌着床发酵从而产生新的能量,通过不断热循环使温度达到35℃,沼气大量生成通过沼气出气管5向用户输送。当料液温度高于系统设定值时,如55℃,温度探头3显示温度,太阳能(或其它能源)热水循环系统自动停止对料液的循环加热。经过发酵后,沼渣、沼液可通过出料管2运出,可用于农业生产。
Claims (4)
1.一种寒冷地区增保温叁层膜式沼气池,是一种利用太阳能对循环水集热加温或其它能源对循环水加温,有保温隔热层,可实现自动恒温控制高效产沼气的软体沼气池。主要为沼气池体有叁层膜构成,最外层为保温隔热层,中间层为加热装置,内层为发酵菌床。沼气池上设1.沼气池壳体,它由8.壳体膜内层(发酵菌床)9.壳体膜中层(加热装置)10.壳体膜外层(保温隔热层)叁层经多道工序合成而成,另还有2.出料管3.温度探头4.循环加热盘管进出口5.沼气出气管7.进料管等组成。其主要特征在于沼气池壳体由叁层膜合成而成,同时可以起到隔热保温、增温、发酵菌床的多重作用,占地面积小,沼气生产效率高。
2.根据权利要求1所述的寒冷地区增保温叁层膜式沼气池,其特征是:1.沼气池壳体由8.壳体膜内层(发酵菌床)9.壳体膜中层(加热装置)10.壳体膜外层(保温隔热层)叁层经多道工序合成而成,同时可以起到隔热保温、增温、发酵菌床的多重作用,1.沼气池壳体和沼气池其它构件,经多道工序各部件集成一体,可实现机械化生产,使用推广方便。
3.根据权利要求1所述的寒冷地区增保温叁层膜式沼气池,其特征是:它是由新型的四季太阳能热水循环系统、加热装置(含其它能源热水加热装置)、温度探头、控制面板、传感器、循环泵、模块等构成循环热水系统,实现恒温发酵。若温度高时,太阳能(或其它能源)热水循环系统自动停止对料液的循环加热。
4.根据权利要求1所述的寒冷地区增保温叁层膜式沼气池,其特征是:8.壳体膜内层为(发酵菌床),它由梯形褶皱组成,梯形表面为凹凸相间的圆柱小体可充分吸引发酵菌,可作为发酵菌温床,另梯形结构可以对池体起到加固作用,散热效果也较好。
