Abstract

沼气发生器用白钢板或冷轧板做出沼气发生器的内外壁,然后在内外壁形成的空腔中注入聚氨酯泡沫塑料进行保温;为处于沼气发生器内壁的白钢板或冷轧板涂一层有机玻璃钢防腐材料(防腐涂层也可以用高熔点沥青代替),防止内壁的白钢板或冷轧板受腐蚀。沼气发生器内外壁的材料也可以用塑料或PVC材料代替,而处于内壁的塑料或PVC则不再需要防腐处理。散热水箱通过保温管与外界太阳能集热器保温水箱相连,将太阳能集热器产生的热水通过散热水箱向沼气发生器散发热量,两个温控器分别检测太阳能集热器和沼气发生器内的温度,并控制热水循环泵的工作状态,使沼气发生器内沼液的温度保持在恒定温度,保证四季都能正常产气。

Description

新型恒温沼气发生器
技术领域    本发明属于沼气发生器领域,是一种保温性能好并可以移动的沼气发生器。
技术背景    农村典型的沼气池有水压式沼气池和浮罩式沼气池。其中,北方地区一般采用底层出料水压式沼气池型;南方地区采用上流式浮罩沼气池。然而这两种沼气池体积大(最小的沼气池规格是6m3),产气效率低,在冬季气温低的时节很难满足用气需求,基本处于闲置状态。这类沼气池是砖砌结构,运行一段时间后容易开裂漏气,很难修补。随着国家对农村沼气池推广的重视,一些商品化沼气池开始投放到市场中,其中典型的有玻璃钢沼气池和塑料沼气池。其中玻璃钢沼气池的生产原料成本高,因此沼气池的售价也高,不利于在农村大力推广。而塑料沼气池的建设一般采用模压或注塑生产技术,建厂时的设备投资要求高,同时塑料的成本高;这样生产出来的沼气池的售价较高,很难让农户购买使用。玻璃钢或塑料的原料成本高,很难将商品化的沼气池池壁做厚,保温效果并不好,不能在冬季正常使用它。不论是砖混结构沼气池还是商品化沼气池都不具有保温功能,在冬季根本无法使用;它们的通病是产气量小,池容体积过大,建池安装困难。
发明内容    本发明是在克服上述沼气发生器的缺点基础上,研制了一种成本低、工厂化生产、耐腐蚀性强、强度高、不渗漏开裂、安装方便、重量轻易运输、售后维修方便和常年稳定供气的可移动式太阳能高温沼气发生器。
本发明是由以下技术方案实现的:
所述的新型恒温沼气发生器主要由沼气发生器,热水管循环泵,温控器,太阳能集热器,散热水箱,保温管,进料口,出料口,溢水口,沼气收集口组成。
其特征是:用白钢板或冷轧板做出沼气发生器的内外壁,然后在内外壁形成的空腔中注入聚氨酯泡沫塑料进行保温;为处于沼气发生器内壁的白钢板或冷轧板涂一层有机玻璃钢防腐材料(防腐涂层也可以用高熔点沥青代替),防止内壁的白钢板或冷轧板受腐蚀。沼气发生器内外壁的材料也可以用塑料或PVC材料代替,而处于内壁的塑料或PVC则不再需要防腐处理。散热水箱通过保温管与外界太阳能集热器保温水箱相连,将太阳能集热器产生的热水通过散热水箱向沼气发生器散发热量,两个温控器分别检测太阳能集热器和沼气发生器内的温度,并控制热水循环泵的工作状态,使沼气发生器内沼液的温度保持在恒定温度,保证四季都能正常产气。
这种恒温沼气池内池水温度高恒定可调,产气量大,性能优越。它的成本较低,使用寿命长,具有可移动性和方便安装等优点。适合绝大多数农村家庭生产和生活使用,便于推广应用,有效的缓解了国家不可再生能源的利用压力。

具体实施方式    图1所示的新型恒温沼气发生器,主要包括太阳能集热器1、沼气发生器2、散热水箱3、保温管4、热水循环泵5、太阳能温控器6、沼液温控器7,沼气收集管8、进料口9、溢水口10和出料口11组成。
沼气发生器2用白钢板或冷轧板材料做出沼气发生器的内外壁,然后在内外壁形成的空腔中注入聚氨酯泡沫塑料进行保温;为处于沼气发生器内壁的白钢板涂一层有机玻璃钢防腐材料(防腐涂层也可以用高熔点沥青代替),防止内壁的白钢板或冷轧板受腐蚀;沼气池壁截面结构如图2所示。沼气发生器内外壁的材料也可以用塑料或PVC材料代替,而处于内壁的塑料或PVC则不再需要防腐处理。
散热水箱3通过保温管4连接太阳能集热器1,热水循环泵5连接在保温管上,将太阳能集热器1中的热水抽入散热水箱3,为沼气发生器2内的热水进行加热。其中,太阳能温控器6和沼液温控器7的控制线接在热水循环泵5的火线上,控制热水循环泵5的工作。将太阳能温控器6的温度传感器置入太阳能集热器1的保温水箱中,并设定热水循环泵工作的下限温度。将沼液温控器7的温度传感器置入沼气发生器2的沼液中,并设定热水循环泵工作的上限温度。当太阳能温度集热器中的水温超过上限值时,太阳能温控器6的继电器开关k1闭合,当沼液温度低于上限时,沼液温控器7的继电器开关口K2闭合,k1和k2都闭合时,热水循环泵5开始工作,为沼液加热。电路图如图3所示。
沼气发生器2产生的沼气通过沼气收集管8连接到燃气器具中,供用户使用。人畜粪便通过进料口9自动流入沼气发生器2,沼气发生器内多余的沼液通过溢水口10流出,每次换料时将发酵好的沼液从出料口11抽出。

Claims (3)

1.新型恒温沼气发生器的沼气发生器部分,其特征是:沼气发生器用白钢板或冷轧板材料制作出沼气发生器的内外壁,然后在内外壁形成的空腔中注入聚氨酯泡沫塑料进行保温;为处于沼气发生器内壁的白钢板或冷轧板涂一层有机玻璃钢防腐材料(防腐涂层也可以用高熔点沥青代替),防止内壁的白钢板或冷轧板受腐蚀。
2.新型恒温沼气发生器的沼气发生器部分,其特征是:沼气发生器内外壁的材料可以用塑料或PVC材料代替,而处于内壁的塑料或PVC则不再需要防腐处理。
3.新型恒温沼气发生器的太阳能集热器加热部分,其特征是:散热水箱通过保温管连接太阳能集热器,热水循环泵连接在保温管上,将太阳能集热器中的热水抽入散热水箱,为沼气发生器内的热水进行加热。其中,太阳能温控器和沼液温控器的控制线接在热水循环泵的火线上,控制热水循环泵的工作。将太阳能温控器的温度传感器置入太阳能集热器的保温水箱中,并设定热水循环泵工作的下限温度。将沼液温控器的温度传感器置入沼气发生器的沼液中,并设定热水循环泵工作的上限温度。当沼液温度和太阳能温度集热器中的水温符合要求时,热水循环泵开始工作,为沼液加热。
