Abstract

沼气发酵物外循环加热装置,现有的沼气池中常温发酵温度比较低,而且现有的沼气池的发酵还受到季节的限制,因为每个季节的温度是不同的,使得沼气池的发酵温度比较低,并且沼气池的产气量也比较低,冬季不能发酵,所以由于没有专用的沼气发酵物外循环加热装置使得沼气池发酵温度低从而影响沼气池的产气效果,本实用新型沼气发酵物外循环加热装置可以解决以上问题,其组成包括:喷头1,所述的喷头1下部连接有换热器2,所述的换热器下部连接有泵3。本装置适用于沼气池的加热。

本实用新型涉及一种给沼气发酵物加热的装置。
背景技术:
现有的沼气池中常温发酵温度比较低,而且现有的沼气池的发酵还受到季节的限制,因为每个季节的温度是不同的,使得沼气池的发酵温度比较低,并且沼气池的产气量也比较低,冬季不能发酵,所以由于没有专用的沼气发酵物外循环加热装置使得沼气池发酵温度受到限制从而影响沼气池的产气效果,冬季不能产气,特别是在北方,室外的沼气池无法使用。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种通过热交换给沼气池进行加热的沼气发酵物外循环加热装置。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种沼气发酵物外循环加热装置,其组成包括:喷头,所述的喷头下部连接有换热器,所述的换热器上连接有泵。
上述的沼气发酵物外循环加热装置,所述的换热器包括:外壳以及装在外壳内的一组换热管,所述的换热管两端镶嵌有挡板,在所述的外壳上开有进水口与出水口。
这个技术方案有以下有益效果:
1.本实用新型产品,用自产沼气加热,实现沼液外循环,直接换热系统。
2.本实用新型产品,外界的热介质通过进水口进入到换热管与换热管之间的空间内,通过介质给换热管加热,与此同时,沼液在泵的作用下通过管箱入口进入到每个换热管中,通过介质对换热管的加热达到对沼液的加热,最后加热后的沼液通过喷头进入到沼气池中,从而完成沼气发酵物的加热,实现了用自产沼气并且由于循环加热的作用达到了对沼液的搅拌和消除沼液面结壳及机械自动除渣的作用的加热,节省了大量外加的能源。使得沼气池在北方也能常年应用。

实施例1:
一种沼气发酵物外循环加热装置,其组成包括:喷头1,所述的喷头下部连接有换热器2,所述的换热器下部连接有泵3。
实施例2:
实施例1所述的沼气发酵物外循环加热装置,所述的换热器包括:外壳2-4以及装在外壳内的一组换热管2-1,所述的换热管两端镶在管板2-2上,在所述的外壳上开有进水口2-3与出水口2-5。
工作时外界的热水通过进水口2-3进入到换热管2-1与换热管之间的空间内,通过热水给换热管加热,与此同时,沼液在泵3的作用下通过管箱入口3-1进入到每个换热管2-1中,通过热水对换热管的加热达到对沼液的加热,最后打开管箱出水口喷头上的阀4-1,关闭阀4-2使得加热后的沼液通过喷头进入到沼气池中,给沼气池加热,冷却后的热水通过外壳上出水口2-5流出。

2.根据权利要求1所述的沼气发酵物外循环加热装置,其特征是:所述的换热器包括:外壳以及装在外壳内的一组换热管,所述的换热管两端镶嵌在管板上,在所述的外壳上开有进水口与出水口。
