本发明涉及一种耐热型润滑脂,包括亚磷酸二丁酯、低分子聚乙烯蜡、三元共聚物、磷酸三甲酚酯、二氧化钛、磷酸二氢钾、香精,各组分的质量份数为:亚磷酸二丁酯20‑30、低分子聚乙烯蜡5‑11、三元共聚物3‑8、磷酸三甲酚酯2‑5、二氧化钛1.5‑3.9、磷酸二氢钾26‑30、香精1.8‑2.1。本发明耐热型润滑脂采用先进的生物技术,用于塑胶齿轮和金属滑动零部件上的一种高性能的油脂,含有特殊的聚合物使它具有优异的耐热性。耐高温,粘度高,不易跑油,持久高效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑材料,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种耐热型润滑脂。
背景技术
润滑脂是为了解决设备在运转时产生离心力的状态下,为减少设备摩擦磨损需要的一种润滑材料。
润滑脂是在基础油中分散纤维状的增稠剂而制成半固体状的润滑剂,与润滑油相比,易附着于润滑部、不易流出。因此,可将润滑系统制成简单的结构,主要用于滚动轴承、滑动轴承、滚珠丝杠、直线运动引导件、齿轮等机械元件的润滑,广泛用于工业用机械、输送用机械系统等。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的耐热型润滑脂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种耐热型润滑脂,包括亚磷酸二丁酯、低分子聚乙烯蜡、三元共聚物、磷酸三甲酚酯、二氧化钛、磷酸二氢钾、香精,各组分的质量份数为:亚磷酸二丁酯20-30、低分子聚乙烯蜡5-11、三元共聚物3-8、磷酸三甲酚酯2-5、二氧化钛1.5-3.9、磷酸二氢钾26-30、香精1.8-2.1。
作为优选,所述的耐热型润滑脂,其特征在于:所述耐热型润滑脂还包括亚磷酸二丁酯20、低分子聚乙烯蜡5、三元共聚物3、磷酸三甲酚酯2、二氧化钛1.5、磷酸二氢钾26、香精1.8。
作为优选,所述的耐热型润滑脂,其特征在于:所述香精优选为柠檬香精,改善耐热型润滑脂味道。
作为优选,所述的耐热型润滑脂的制备方法,按照质量分数称取原料 :亚磷酸二丁酯、低分子聚乙烯蜡、三元共聚物、磷酸二氢钾加入反应釜中,加热至 150-180℃搅拌2.5h,然后加入磷酸三甲酚酯、二氧化钛降温至 60-90℃搅拌,适当加入香精,搅拌均匀得到白色晶透的粘性膏状体,即得本实施例的润滑脂。
本发明的耐热型润滑脂制造简单、制备方案经济实用,可使普通润滑脂的防锈防腐功能大幅提升,并且在提升润滑脂防锈防氧化的同时,提高润滑脂的各种综合性能,并可延长润滑脂的使用周期,对汽车、火车、船舶、各种汽油机、柴油机均可起到良好的保护作用。

本发明提供一种耐热型润滑脂,包括亚磷酸二丁酯、低分子聚乙烯蜡、三元共聚物、磷酸三甲酚酯、二氧化钛、磷酸二氢钾、香精,各组分的质量份数为:亚磷酸二丁酯20-30、低分子聚乙烯蜡5-11、三元共聚物3-8、磷酸三甲酚酯2-5、二氧化钛1.5-3.9、磷酸二氢钾26-30、香精1.8-2.1。
作为优选,所述的耐热型润滑脂,其特征在于:所述耐热型润滑脂还包括亚磷酸二丁酯20、低分子聚乙烯蜡5、三元共聚物3、磷酸三甲酚酯2、二氧化钛1.5、磷酸二氢钾26、香精1.8。
作为优选,所述的耐热型润滑脂,其特征在于:所述香精优选为柠檬香精,改善耐热型润滑脂味道。
作为优选,所述的耐热型润滑脂的制备方法,按照质量分数称取原料 :亚磷酸二丁酯、低分子聚乙烯蜡、三元共聚物、磷酸二氢钾加入反应釜中,加热至 150-180℃搅拌2.5h,然后加入磷酸三甲酚酯、二氧化钛降温至 60-90℃搅拌,适当加入香精,搅拌均匀得到白色晶透的粘性膏状体,即得本实施例的润滑脂。

1.一种耐热型润滑脂,其特征在于:包括亚磷酸二丁酯、低分子聚乙烯蜡、三元共聚物、磷酸三甲酚酯、二氧化钛、磷酸二氢钾、香精,各组分的质量份数为:亚磷酸二丁酯20-30、低分子聚乙烯蜡5-11、三元共聚物3-8、磷酸三甲酚酯2-5、二氧化钛1.5-3.9、磷酸二氢钾26-30、香精1.8-2.1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐热型润滑脂,其特征在于:所述耐热型润滑脂还包括亚磷酸二丁酯20、低分子聚乙烯蜡5、三元共聚物3、磷酸三甲酚酯2、二氧化钛1.5、磷酸二氢钾26、香精1.8。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐热型润滑脂,其特征在于:所述香精优选为柠檬香精,改善耐热型润滑脂味道。
4.一种如权利要求 1-3任一所述的耐热型润滑脂的制备方法,按照质量分数称取原料:亚磷酸二丁酯、低分子聚乙烯蜡、三元共聚物、磷酸二氢钾加入反应釜中,加热至 150-180℃搅拌 2.5h,然后加入磷酸三甲酚酯、二氧化钛降温至 60-90℃搅拌,适当加入香精,搅拌均匀得到白色晶透的粘性膏状体,即得本实施例的润滑脂。
