Description

具有胶粘的气囊装置的设备部件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有气囊装置的设备部件,该气囊借助主连接件和副连接件固定在设备部件上,其中主连接件包括粘合剂,使得气囊装置与设备部件不可分离地连接。
背景技术
如今,在现代车辆中通常布置有多个气囊。为了不影响汽车内部空间的外观形象,气囊装置通常设置在各设备部件的远离观察者的一侧上。由于在触发气囊时极大的力作用在内部设备部件和气囊装置本身上,所以必须保证气囊装置牢固地固定在内部设备部件上。由此还可以防止气囊装置例如从内部设备部件炸开。
在背景技术中,例如通常将气囊装置用螺钉固定在内部设备部件上。但问题是:为了能够抵挡产生的作用力,螺钉和螺纹都必须由金属制成。由于内部设备部件通常由塑料制成,所以必须使至少一个连接件一体地形成到内部设备部件的塑料中。
例如DE 10 160 185 B4公开了一种内部设备部件和一种制造该内部设备部件的方法,其中在注塑过程中使插入件一体地形成到内部设备部件中。此处插入件包括螺纹,之后气囊装置能够固定到该螺纹上。
可选的,在背景技术中,一种由塑料制成的气囊装置,例如通过超声波或红外焊接工艺与由相同的塑料制成的内部设备部件相连。例如DE 10 2014 006 070 A1公开了这种气囊装置。特别有问题的是这种方法只能在已经制成的内部设备部件上实施。但高的温度记录对已经设置好的装饰件特别不利。通常,高的温度记录会导致在内部设备部件的可见侧上留下印记,从而导致损害部件。
另外,这种焊接方法需要局部熔化气囊装置和内部设备部件的塑料,以能够建立两个组件之间的连接。但是熔化将不可避免地改变塑料的材料特性,这特别地能够严重降低塑料的机械强度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供过一种具有气囊装置的设备部件,其中气囊装置布置在设备部件上,而该布置不对设备部件的可见元件产生消极影响。
上述本发明的目的通过根据独立权利要求的特征的设备部件和用于制造该设备部件的方法解决。从属权利要求、说明书及附图中公开了本发明的其他有利的方案。
根据本发明用于机动车辆内部空间的具有气囊装置的设备部件包括载体、安全气囊模块、至少一个主连接件以及至少一个副连接件。载体形成了内部设备部件的支撑结构,承受所产生的并且施加到内部设备部件上的作用力。该载体例如可以由热塑性塑料或纤维复合材料,特别是天然纤维复合元素制成。安全气囊模块布置在载体上,其中载体与安全气囊模块之间至少部分地形成有接合处。这可以理解为:载体和安全气囊模块布置成彼此间至少局部地有一定间距。
主连接件包括粘合剂,该粘合剂设置在接合处内部,并且与载体和安全气囊模块都不可分离地相连。至少在主连接件布置在接合处的区域中,安全气囊模块与载体之间的间距由主连接件,特别是粘合剂完全填充。通过接合处能够保障载体与安全气囊模块之间布置有足够的主连接件的粘合材料,使得粘合剂能够至少吸收和导出触发气囊时产生的作用力,使得安全气囊模块保持固定在载体上。主连接件的粘合剂例如可以是单组分粘合剂或双组分粘合剂,并且由硅基、环氧基系统、聚氨酯基或者基于改性硅烷聚合物(MS-Polymere)组成。
本文中的不可分离的连接可以理解为一种在正常条件下只有将连接件破坏才能分离的连接。
副连接件用于在载体与安全气囊之间借助主连接件形成不可分离的连接之前,将安全气囊模块临时固定在载体上。即,副连接件可以特别用于将安全气囊模块预先固定到载体上。使用副连接件具有以下优点:在施加粘合剂并将安全气囊模块布置到载体上之后,安全气囊模块至少如此牢固地保持固定在载体上,使得主连接件的粘合剂能够无压力的反应。这样的优势在于,在将安全气囊模块固定在载体上之后能够立刻继续加工设备部件。因此能够消除有不利于随后的胶粘作用的作用力以及压力施加到粘合剂上的风险。此外,也不需要设置其他固定件来确保气囊装置的功能。
主连接件可以包括一种或多种粘合剂。如果主连接件中使用多种粘合剂,则当这些粘合剂在其种类和/或组成上有所区别时是有利的。例如当车辆经受温度波动变化大的情况时,必须使用多种粘合剂,使得在所有温度范围内都能在载体与安全气囊模块之间形成足够强的连接。主连接件例如能够包括两种粘合剂,其中第一粘合剂例如在50℃至200℃的温度范围内保持稳定,第二粘合剂则在-40℃至50℃的温度范围内保持稳定。
为了方便布置主连接件,特别是方便将其布置在接合处,主连接件可以具有形状稳定的基底,该基底涂覆有粘合剂。这种情况下,基底能够提高粘合剂的加工性能。因为形状稳定,可以简单地将其调整到接合处,而不损害主连接件在本发明中的功能。在此有利的是,主连接件的粘合剂具有高粘度,使得标准条件下粘合剂不从基底流动。此外,特别有利的是基底由薄层组成,例如由塑料制成的层。这种情况下,所述薄层还可以包含纺织品。
主连接件的粘合剂优选地选自胶粘剂(Haftklebstoffe)的组群。胶粘剂因其具备粘弹特性并且相应地是粘性的而特别地突出。粘合剂及主连接件能够尤其精确地分布在接合处,而不产生粘合剂在自身布置之后流进不应有粘合剂的区域的风险。
为了确保能够例如在必要的修理机架中将安全气囊模块无损害地从载体分离,主连接件的粘合剂可以是所谓的“根据命令脱离”的粘合剂,只要粘合剂超过一定的温度,则该粘合剂就能够失去其连接功能。为了确保在正常使用中该粘合剂在安全气囊模块与载体之间形成不可分离的连接,有利的是这种粘合剂在温度高于160℃,优选地高于180℃时才失去其连接功能。为了确保在不损害与载体或安全气囊模块相邻的组件,例如装饰层的情况下实现升温,粘合剂能够借助微波或类似的高频辐射升温。
安全气囊模块与载体之间可以布置有间隔器。通过间隔器,能够以简单的方式使得在安全气囊模块与载体之间界定地形成接合处。间隔器可以例如以脊片或圆顶(Dome)的形式布置在载体或者安全气囊模块上。需要明确指出的是这里的间隔器不必仅为一个间隔器。还可以在载体或安全气囊模块上布置多个间隔器。这种情况下,也可以优选地在载体上布置一定数量的间隔器,并且在安全气囊模块上布置一定数量的间隔器。另外,间隔器的高度可以符合接合处的宽度。这时可以通过间隔器的高度确定接合处的宽度,即安全气囊模块与载体间的间距。特别有利的是,间隔器的高度在1mm至5mm之间,优选的在2mm至3mm之间。
副连接件可以布置在间隔器之中或者间隔器之上。如果副连接件例如由诸如锁紧钩或夹具这样的机械连接元件组成,那么夹具就能够直接布置在间隔器上。同样可行的是,间隔器例如具有凹槽,凹槽中存储有粘合剂。这使得在将安全气囊模块布置在载体上时能够特别简单地定量和定位粘合剂。同时确保连接件与载体及安全气囊模块直接连接。
有利的是,载体和/或安全气囊模块在接合处的区域中具有凹槽,凹槽至少部分地由主连接件填充。此时特别优选的是凹槽由主连接件的粘合剂填充。通过这些凹槽能够形成粘合剂存储部,使得至少局部地形成厚的粘合剂层。这些加厚部的优点在于,主连接件的粘合剂能够在触发气囊时更有效地吸收突然产生的作用力。从而进一步减少安全气囊模块从载体脱离的风险。这时,凹槽可以仅布置在载体中或者仅布置在安全气囊模块中。也可以既布置在载体中又布置在安全气囊模块中。对于凹槽既布置在载体中又布置在安全气囊模块中的情况,特别有利的是将这些凹槽相对地布置,从而能够形成特别大的粘合剂存储部。
有利的是,安全气囊模块不仅具有气囊,还包括发射通道,该发射通道在气囊膨胀时将气囊朝内部设备部件的方向,即车辆的内部空间的方向引导。发射通道可以相应地具有朝向载体的开口。优选地,安全气囊模块在开口周围具有其上可以形成接合处的边缘。其优点在于,主连接件和副连接件能够在载体与安全气囊模块之间制造连接,而不损害发射通道的开口。
为了确保主连接件的粘合剂不进入发射通道,可以在载体与安全气囊模块之间的接合处区域布置至少一个密封件,该密封件将接合处对于发射通道密封。根据使用的粘合剂不同,不能排除粘合剂在将安全气囊模块布置到载体上以后还具有一定流动性。如果此时粘合剂进入发射通道,或许将妨碍气囊的展开。同时,用于形成载体与安全气囊模块之间的不可分离的连接的粘合剂用量也会降低。借助密封件能够简单地防止粘合剂进入发射通道。
对于载体与安全气囊模块之间的借助主连接件的不可分离的连接有利的是,接合处的高度为1mm至5mm,特别优选的2mm至3mm。这里,接合处的高度可以理解为接合处区域的载体与安全气囊模块之间的间距。这是因为在该区域中在载体与安全气囊模块之间压入了足够的粘合剂,使得粘合剂尽可能广泛地分布在接合处,并同时保持其中布置有足够粘合材料的间隙,以抵抗气囊触发时的大的特别是突然产生的作用力。
为了进一步降低在主连接件的粘合剂还未完全反应的期间就有压力作用到该粘合剂上的风险,可以将副连接件布置在接合处内。由此,在接合处区域直接作用到载体和/或安全气囊模块上的力或者作用到与接合处邻接的区域上的力可以由副连接件吸收和导出。这里值得提及的是,副连接件也可以布置在接合处内,并且至少部分地被主连接件包围。这实现了尤其有效的力的导出。此外,能够特别紧凑地实施至少载体和安全气囊模块彼此连接的连接区域。
为了进一步简化根据本发明的设备部件的生产,副连接件可以与载体和/或安全气囊模块一体地实施。当副连接件的连接是借助诸如锁紧(Verkrallen)或夹接(Verclipsen)等机械连接实现时,上述一体化是尤其有利的。例如可以在安全气囊模块上一体地设置夹具,并在载体上相对地设置用于夹具的容纳部,该容纳部与载体同样一体地形成。这种情况下,安全气囊模块可以简单地夹紧在载体上。为了提高副连接件的连接作用,可以在载体和/或安全气囊模块上分布多个副连接件。重要的仅仅是所有副连接件都在载体与安全气囊模块之间形成同一连接。
可选地,同样可行的是,使用与主连接件的粘合剂不同的粘合剂作为副连接件。这里的主要不同特征可以例如是粘合剂完全形成连接作用所需的反应时间。因为副连接件在载体与安全气囊模块之间建立的连接必须至少维持到主连接件的粘合剂完全反应,所以作为副连接件使用的粘合剂的反应时间必须明显短于主连接件的粘合剂的反应时间。只有这样才能保障副连接件足够快速地形成载体与安全气囊模块之间的连接,使得保证主连接件反应时处于无压力状态。
已证明,能够热激活的粘合剂,特别是热熔粘合剂特别适合这种应用。热熔粘合剂的优点在于,其在达到熔融温度时立刻具有粘性功能,并在低于该温度后立刻具有连接作用。由此能够在载体与安全气囊模块之间特别快速和有效地形成连接,直到主连接件完全发挥其连接作用。
为了促进主连接件的粘合剂的分配,可以在接合处区域在载体或安全气囊模块中布置至少一个引导肋。借助该引导肋,在将安全气囊模块布置在载体上时,将特别是膏状或低粘度的粘合剂限定地分配在接合处。根据导向肋部的形状和布置,能够简单地限定粘合剂分布。该引导肋能够实施为朝接合处内突出的肋部,或者可选地为设置在载体或安全气囊模块中的针对性的凹槽。
除了根据本发明的设备部件,本发明还包括用于制造这种设备部件的方法。根据本发明的方法,安全气囊模块上或载体上布置有至少一个副连接件。此外,载体插入第一工件模具中,而安全气囊模块插入第二工件模具中。主连接件施加或布置在载体和/或安全气囊模块上。借助工件模具,安全气囊模块在主连接件的粘合剂的反应期之前或反应期间压紧到载体上。安全气囊模块与载体之间至少部分地保持有接合处,该接合处至少部分地由主连接件填充。此外,根据本发明的方法包括借助副连接件将安全气囊模块固定到载体上。该固定步骤在主连接件的粘合剂完全硬化前进行。在固定步骤之后进行主连接件的粘合剂的完全硬化。
有利的是,将安全气囊模块压紧到载体上之后才进行副连接件的固定。这是因为,压紧之后才实现了部件的定位以及粘合剂在接合处的分布。副连接件的连接还服务于以下目的,即保持定位,直至主连接件的粘合剂反应结束。
在借助副连接件固定安全气囊模块之后,所有其余的作用力或压力都作用到主连接件上,因此有利的是,在主连接件的粘合剂反应期间或硬化期间就将载体和安全气囊模块从第一和第二工件模具中取出。因为安全气囊模块借助副连接件固定在载体上,所以设备部件能够从工件模具中取出。工件模具内部的定位和固定是不必要的。这不仅缩短了制造设备部件的工期,还能够更有效率地使用工件及工件模具。
主连接件的粘合剂的反应时间可以理解为,特别是激活粘合剂后直至粘合剂完全形成连接作用并形成载体与安全气囊模块之间的不可分离的连接所需的时间。
为了使该方法更有效,主连接件可以以膏状的形式施加到载体和/或安全气囊模块上。膏状的优点在于:一方面主连接件还是流动的,容易分配到载体和安全气囊模块上,另一方面它也是粘稠的,不会无限制地流到载体和安全气囊模块上,由此可以明显更简单地定量。
为了能够更确切地控制主连接件的粘合剂的反应行为,能够有利的是,在压紧之后或压紧期间才激活主连接件的粘合剂。通过例如在压紧步骤期间或之后创造反应所需的环境条件的方式实现上述激活。同样可行的是,在压紧步骤期间或之后添加粘合剂反应所需的介质到该粘合剂中。
已证明,借助电磁辐射,特别是微波辐射、高频辐射或感应辐射能够特别有效地并且节省材料地进行主连接件的粘合剂的激活。这种情况下使用一种能够被上述辐射激活的粘合剂。这种激活的优点在于:在选择合适的材料的情况下,能够进行穿过安全气囊模块或载体的辐射。一方面能更容易地将安全气囊模块定位到载体上,另一方面载体或安全气囊模块都不会因为各辐射而负重。
本发明说明了一种方法和一种装置。如未另作说明,关于方法的实施方式能够类似地应用到装置上。当然反之亦可,由此装置的设计方案也能够体现在方法中。

具体实施方式
图1以剖面图示出根据本发明的设备部件。该设备部件由布置有安全气囊模块1的载体2组成。安全气囊模块1由发射通道18和气囊14共同组成。发射通道18在面向载体2的一侧上具有开口。在气囊14展开时,气囊14通过发射通道而被引导至开口方向。在开口处有气囊阀12,该气囊阀借助气囊铰链11固定在发射通道18上。此外,通过载体弱化部13在开口区域弱化载体2。当气囊14被触发时,通过发射通道18将气囊14朝载体2方向引导,从而使气囊挤压载体2。通过气囊14的压力和载体2的弱化部13,使得气囊14冲破载体2。随之产生的气囊阀12通过气囊铰链11而被载体2固定。载体2的可见侧10上有装饰层9,从而使得气囊装置在正常使用时不可见。
安全气囊模块1经由多个未示出的主连接件和副连接件固定在载体2上。为此,主、副连接件布置在发射通道18的朝向载体2的边缘19上。为了提高连接作用,边缘19比发射通道18的其余壁部更宽。通过这种方式的连接,使得不再需要在安全气囊模块1或载体2上设置其他固定件,以保障气囊14的完整的、特别是安全的功能。因此能够提供一种气囊装置,该气囊装置不仅满足气囊14的安全要求,还能够以低生产成本的方式生产。
图2a和图2b示出根据本发明的设备部件的载体2与安全气囊模块1之间的连接区域的放大图。与图1的实施例相似地,安全气囊模块1借助发射通道18固定在载体2上。载体2与发射通道18之间设计有接合处6。该接合处6填充有主连接件3。在本实施例中,主连接件3由基于聚氨酯的粘合剂制成。粘合剂形成了载体2与安全气囊模块1之间的不可分离的连接。接合处6在朝向发射通道1的开口具有密封件17。密封件17包括橡胶密封件。橡胶密封件保障了特别是在生产设备部件时粘合剂不会进入发射通道18中,并且该粘合剂不会阻止气囊14的展开。图2b中,在发射通道的边缘区域18中设置有凹槽7,以取代橡胶密封件。凹槽7构成了一种槽道,其有利于使得朝向发射通道18的开口分布的粘合剂不进入发射通道18。通过凹槽7形成了较大的空腔,在粘合剂能够进入发射通道18之前,该空腔必须先填充满粘合剂。如果在接合区域6中按量(dosiert)置入粘合剂,则能够充分地预防粘合剂侵入发射通道18的开口。
图3a同样以放大图示出了安全气囊模块1与载体2之间的连接区域中的部分。除了同样由粘合剂制成的主连接件3,接合区域6中还布置有间隔器5,该间隔器使得能够明确限定接合处6的形式。这时,间隔器5"有利于对于发射通道18密封接合处6。相应地,间隔器5"不间断地围绕整个开口边缘18分布。密封的间隔器5"与安全气囊模块1一体地形成。另一间隔器5'被布置成与发射通道18的开口间具有明显间隔。间隔器5'随后施加到载体2上,不过要在将安全气囊模块1布置在载体2上之前。间隔器5'包括热熔粘合剂形式的副连接件4。热熔粘合剂在生产前以液态的形式施加到间隔器5'上。接着,将安全气囊模块1压紧在载体2上。配备有热熔粘合剂的间隔器5'比密封的间隔器5"的高度低。这是因为,为了热熔粘合剂而保留了粘合缝隙,使得压紧之后,在间隔器5'与安全气囊模块1之间还有足够的粘合材料。
在两个间隔器5之间布置有主连接件3。安全气囊1和载体2二者都具有凹槽7,这些凹槽相互对置地布置。通过凹槽7形成了由主连接件3的粘合剂填充的空腔。这些空腔或粘合剂存储部的优点在于形成了粘合剂层的局部加厚。这些加厚部明显增加了粘合剂的连接作用,因为在这些区域中能够吸收特别多的粘合剂能量。
图3b中,副连接件4实施为焊接圆顶(Schweiβdom)。该焊接圆顶能够与安全气囊模块1或载体2一体地形成。为了次级连接,在将安全气囊模块1压紧到载体上之后,借助超声波焊接机15使载体或安全气囊模块1局部强烈振动,使得其升温并且将焊接圆顶熔牢。从而能够实现载体2与安全气囊模块1之间的强制的(formschlüssig)连接,该连接能够作为副连接件4。
图3c示出另一可选的实施方式,其中通过铆钉连接形成副连接件4。铆钉自身与载体2一体地形成,使得安全气囊模块1的发射通道18能够借助为此设置的开口而装载铆钉上。一旦定位发射通道18,则借助相应的铆钉装置使铆钉的突出部相应地变形,由此将发射通道18及安全气囊模块1固定在载体2上。使用这样的连接件作为副连接件4具有这样的优点:不仅能够实现快速的预先固定,还能够以简单、安全的方式将安全气囊模块定位在载体上。
图3d示出根据本发明的设备部件的另一可选的实施方式,其中主连接件3由胶带形成。主连接件3具有形状稳定的基底,其上至少部分地布置有粘合剂。这种连接件的优点在于:一方面能够特别简单地操作,由此容易加工,并且另一方面能够使用一种反应时间明显比膏状粘合剂短的粘合剂。由此,粘合剂实际不会在胶带上流动,也不必朝发射通道开口方向密封。
图4a和图4b示出了载体2及安全气囊模块1中的凹槽7的可选的实施方式。例如图4a示出了一种设备部件,其中载体2中设置有凹槽7。在安全气囊模块1的发射通道18中引入了与凹槽7相对置的凸起8。凸起8作为引导肋,有利于分配粘合剂。这也保障了将粘合剂从凸起8挤压进凹槽7中。
图4b以剖面图示出了设备部件的另一可选的实施方式,其中载体2和安全气囊模块1中引入了特别大的、具有渠道状截面的凹槽7。这些凹槽7相互对置,并且布置为彼此之间特别靠近。特别是当该连接要承受特别大的机械力时,这种布置能够具有优势。

Claims (19)

1.一种用于机动车辆内部空间的具有气囊装置的设备部件,包括:
载体(2);
安全气囊模块(1),该安全气囊模块(1)布置在所述载体上,其中,在所述载体(2)与所述安全气囊模块(1)之间至少部分地形成有接合处(6);
主连接件(3),所述主连接件(3)包括粘合剂并且布置在所述接合处(6)的内部,使得所述主连接件(3)与所述载体(2)以及所述安全气囊模块(1)二者不可分离地连接;
至少一个副连接件(4),所述副连接件用于,在所述载体(2)与所述安全气囊模块(1)之间借助所述主连接件(3)而形成不可分离的连接之前,将所述安全气囊模块(1)临时固定到所述载体(2)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备部件,其中所述主连接件(3)包括特别是形状稳定的基底,所述基底涂覆有粘合剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的设备部件,其中所述主连接件(3)的粘合剂选自胶粘剂的组群。
4.根据权利要求3所述的设备部件,其中所述安全气囊模块(1)与所述载体(2)之间布置有间隔器(5)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的设备部件,其中所述副连接件(4)布置在所述间隔器(5)之中或者布置在所述间隔器(5)之上。
6.根据上述权利要求之一所述的设备部件,其中所述载体(2)和/或所述安全气囊模块(1)在所述接合处(6)的区域具有凹槽(7),所述凹槽(7)至少部分地由所述主连接件(3)填充。
7.根据上述权利要求之一所述的设备部件,其中所述安全气囊模块形成有发射通道(18),所述发射通道(18)的开口朝向所述载体。
8.根据权利要求7所述的设备部件,其中在所述载体(2)与所述安全气囊模块(1)之间的所述接合处(6)的内部布置有至少一个密封件(17),所述密封件(17)将所述接合处(6)对于所述发射通道(18)密封。
9.根据上述权利要求之一所述的设备部件,其中所述接合处(6)的宽度为1mm至5mm。
10.根据上述权利要求之一所述的设备部件,其中所述副连接件(4)布置在所述接合处(6)的内部,但在空间上与所述主连接件分离。
11.根据上述权利要求之一所述的设备部件,其中所述副连接件(4)与所述载体(2)或所述安全气囊模块(1)一体地形成。
12.根据权利要求1至10的任意一项所述的设备部件,其中所述副连接件(4)包括粘合剂,该粘合剂与主连接件(3)的粘合剂不同,并且特别地能够被热激活。
13.根据上述权利要求之一所述的设备部件,其中所述载体(2)和/或所述安全气囊模块(1)在所述接合处(6)的区域具有引导肋,所述引导肋用于在所述接合处分配主连接件的粘合剂。
14.一种用于生产根据权利要求1至13的任意一项所述的设备部件的方法,包括下列步骤:
将所述副连接件(4)布置在所述安全气囊模块(1)和/或所述载体(2)上;
将所述载体(2)插入第一工件模具中,并将所述安全气囊模块(1)插入到第二工件模具中;
将所述主连接件(3)施加到所述载体(2)和/或所述安全气囊模块(1)上;
在所述主连接件(3)的粘合剂的反应期之前或反应期间将所述安全气囊模块(1)压紧到所述载体(2)上,其中所述安全气囊模块(1)与所述载体(2)之间至少部分地保持有接合处(6),所述接合处至少部分地由所述主连接件(3)填充;
借助所述副连接件(4)将所述安全气囊模块(1)固定到所述载体(2)上;
在固定步骤后,将所述主连接件(3)的粘合剂硬化。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,在所述主连接件(3)的粘合剂反应期间或硬化期间将所述载体(2)和所述安全气囊模块(1)从第一工件模具和第二工件模具中取出
16.根据权利要求14或15所述的方法,其中所述主连接件(3)以膏状的形式施加到所述载体(2)和/或所述安全气囊模块(1)上。
17.根据权利要求14至17的任意一项所述的方法,其中在压紧步骤期间或在压紧步骤之后激活所述主连接件(3)的粘合剂。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中借助电磁辐射,特别是微波辐射、高频辐射或感应辐射进行所述激活。
19.根据权利要求14至18的任意一项所述的方法,其中在压紧步骤期间进行固定步骤。
