所述奇异果汁的制作方法为:将新鲜奇异果去皮,按照质液比为1:3浸润90-95℃的热水中,加入混合物重量百分比为20%的西瓜,熬制40-50min,向过滤得到的奇异果汁中加入4-6%的木瓜凉粉,煮沸状态熬制25-35min,冷却至常温。
