背景技术
水果蔬菜汁能有效为人体补充维生素以及钙、磷、钾、镁等矿物质,可以调整人体功能协调,增强细胞活力以及肠胃功能,促进消化液分泌、消除疲劳。
炎炎夏日,一杯饮料清新爽口,已成为人们夏日中一种习惯,但现在市面上的许多饮品都或多或少都使用了添加剂,这些添加剂对人体大多都是有害无利的。而且市面上还没有专门用于夏日饮用的解暑止渴的果蔬汁。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纯天然,解暑止渴的果蔬汁。
本发明是通过以下技术方案完成的:
一种解暑止渴的果蔬汁,主要由西瓜汁、杨梅汁、桃子汁、苦瓜汁、莲藕汁、黄瓜汁组成。
以重量份数计,西瓜汁30-50份,杨梅汁20-30份,桃子汁15-20份,苦瓜汁20-30份,莲藕汁25-35份,黄瓜汁35-45份。
所述的一种解暑止渴果蔬汁,还包括甜叶菊苷和柠檬酸。
本发明的有益效果是纯天然,解暑止渴,适宜在炎炎夏日饮用,老少皆宜,所采用的原料均是夏季可获得的蔬菜和水果,能提高这些蔬菜和水果的附加值。
西瓜味道甘甜多汁,清爽解渴,是盛夏的佳果,既能祛暑热烦渴,又有很好的利尿作用。因此有“天然的白虎汤”之称。西瓜除不含脂肪和胆固醇外,几乎含有人体所需的各种营养成分,是一种富有营养、纯净、食用安全的食品。
杨梅可止渴、和五脏、能涤肠胃、除烦愦恶气。现代科学研究发现,杨梅有生津止渴、开胃健脾、止痢止吐的功效。杨梅性味甘酸温热,多食不会伤及脾胃,而且可以起到祛寒解毒的作用。
桃的果肉中富含蛋白质、脂肪、糖、钙、磷、铁和维生素B、维生素C及大量的水分,对慢性支气管炎、支气管扩张症、肺纤维化、肺结核等出现的干咳、咳血、慢性发热、盗汗等症,可起到养阴生津、补气润肺的保健作用。
苦瓜气味苦、无毒、性寒,入心、肝、脾、肺经具有清暑解渴、降血压、血脂。另外,近年来研究发现,苦瓜生吃,它的营养成分摄入会更全面,如果熟吃,通过开水焯或热油烹调,其苦味会减少一些,口感大部分人都能接受,但苦瓜的一部分营养成分会流失掉。
未加工的莲藕含有淀粉、蛋白质、天门冬素、维生素C以及氧化酶成分,含糖量也很高,生吃鲜藕能清热解烦,解渴止呕;如将鲜藕压榨取汁,其功效更甚。
黄瓜味甘,性凉。能清热止渴,利水消肿,清火解毒。

以重量份数计,西瓜汁30份,杨梅汁25份,桃子汁15份,苦瓜汁22份,莲藕汁25份,黄瓜汁35份,甜叶菊苷3份和柠檬酸2份。

1.一种解暑止渴的果蔬汁,其特征在于,主要由西瓜汁、杨梅汁、桃子汁、苦瓜汁、莲藕汁、黄瓜汁组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种解暑止渴的果蔬汁,其特征在于,以重量份数计,西瓜汁30-50份,杨梅汁20-30份,桃子汁15-20份,苦瓜汁20-30份,莲藕汁25-35份,黄瓜汁35-45份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种解暑止渴的果蔬汁,其特征在于,还包括甜叶菊苷和柠檬酸。
