本发明公开了一种草莓保鲜剂,由以下重量份原料制成:醋酸3‑7份、柠檬醛1‑3份、蔗糖酯2‑3份、乳酸钠3‑5份、丙二醇2‑3份、维生素E1‑3份、谷氨酸1‑2份、水240‑280份。本发明的保鲜剂,不仅能减少草莓的营养成分的流失,也能使草莓保持较好色泽,且无毒副作用,抗菌效果好,各组分可以协同配合,成本低廉,有益于推广。

本发明涉及水果保鲜技术领域,具体涉及一种草莓保鲜剂。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,水果已经是人们生活中不可缺少的生活物质之一,然而不同水果均具有很强的季节性和地域性,并且生理活性高,含水量大,结构松软,易腐烂生霉、鲜度下降,因此给水果的保鲜及流通带来很大的困难。目前水果保鲜的主要技术有:低温气调法,该法价格昂贵,并且长时间保存后也会有腐烂现象;小包装保鲜,该法降氧速度慢,保鲜效果差;化学保鲜剂法,由于具有毒副作用的化学药剂的残留、不易去除而影响人体健康,因此要做到安全、无毒以及纯天然的水果保鲜剂的开发,应用前景十分广泛。

针对上述,本发明的目的是提供一种草莓保鲜剂,其环保健康,抗菌效果好。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种草莓保鲜剂,由以下重量份原料制成:醋酸3-7份、柠檬醛1-3份、蔗糖酯2-3份、乳酸钠3-5份、丙二醇2-3份、维生素E1-3份、谷氨酸1-2份、水240-280份。
优选地,所述的草莓保鲜剂,由以下重量份原料制成:醋酸5份、柠檬醛2份、蔗糖酯2.5份、乳酸钠4份、丙二醇2.5份、维生素E2份、谷氨酸1.5份、水260份。
本发明的优点是:本发明的保鲜剂,不仅能减少草莓的营养成分的流失,也能使草莓保持较好色泽,且无毒副作用,抗菌效果好,各组分可以协同配合,成本低廉,有益于推广。

一种草莓保鲜剂,由以下重量份原料制成:醋酸7份、柠檬醛3份、蔗糖酯3份、乳酸钠5份、丙二醇3份、维生素E3份、谷氨酸2份、水280份。

1.一种草莓保鲜剂,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:醋酸3-7份、柠檬醛1-3份、蔗糖酯2-3份、乳酸钠3-5份、丙二醇2-3份、维生素E1-3份、谷氨酸1-2份、水240-280份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的草莓保鲜剂,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:醋酸5份、柠檬醛2份、蔗糖酯2.5份、乳酸钠4份、丙二醇2.5份、维生素E2份、谷氨酸1.5份、水260份。
