Abstract

本发明涉及一种驱动装置,其包括一个电动机和一个由其驱动、将电动机支承起来的罐状滚筒(5),该滚筒以其筒底(6)与电动机驱动侧的轴端(7)相连接并且在滚筒(5)的筒底(6)上具有至少一个通孔(12)。对电动机功率的更好的充分利用可以由此而实现,即在电动机的壳体(1)和/或滚筒内壁(9)上设置至少一个径向突入电动机壳体(1)和滚筒内壁(9)间的间隙(11)并沿驱动装置的轴向伸长的肋条(8),其径向尺寸较间隙(11)的径向宽度小。

Description

驱动装置
本发明涉及一种驱动装置,它包括一个电动机和一个由其驱动并将其支承起来的罐状滚筒,该滚筒以其筒底与电动机驱动侧的轴端相连接并且在其筒底上具有至少一个通孔。
这种驱动装置在专利文献EP-A-0 423 616中已公开。为了提供足够高的流经筒底上设置的通孔的冷却空气流量,为该筒底外侧上的孔配置轴向突出的叶片。如果这样一种驱动装置未装备特殊的防护网,该突出的叶片就具有较高的受损危险。
在将这种驱动装置用于纺织机械中时,除了上述危险外,还由于纺织机械中常产生的很多的起毛现象,绒毛会缠绕在叶片上并最终将筒底上设置的孔堵塞住。这样设置在滚筒内腔中的马达就不能保证受到充分的冷却。
此外在GB-A-2 160 924中公开了一种轴流式通风机,其中驱动马达位于轴流式通风机叶轮的钟形结构的轮毂中。在与马达轴相联结的钟形轮毂底板上向钟形轮毂壁过渡的区域内设置有通孔,以用于驱动马达表面和钟形轮毂壁之间流通冷却空气流。该冷却空气流所获得的驱动能量,是通过由轴流式通风机叶轮在叶翼两侧产生的压差来产生。
本发明的目的是提供一种这种类型的驱动装置,使得在驱动装置外面不设输送装置时也能产生足够的冷却空气流。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,即,采用一种驱动装置,其包括一个电动机和一个由其驱动并将其支承起来的罐状滚筒,该滚筒以其筒底与电动机驱动侧的轴端相连接并且在其筒底上具有至少一个通孔,在电动机的壳体和/或滚筒内壁上设置至少一个径向突入电动机壳体和滚筒内壁之间间隙并沿驱动装置的轴向伸长的肋条,其径向尺寸较间隙的径向宽度小。
在这种驱动装置中,由于滚筒的转动,在伸入间隙的肋条处空气总是滞止不流,这会在电动机壳体和滚筒内壁间存在的间隙内产生空气流运动。
肋条和通孔的气流输送作用可以由此得以提高,即,它们分别布置成或者设计成倾斜于驱动装置的轴线方向。
下面借助于图示实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,附图中:
图1为驱动装置的纵向剖面图;
图2为驱动装置的横向剖面图。
用1表示电动机的壳体,该壳体包绕电动机的定子2并固定在电动机端部处的用于支承电动机转子4的轴承盖3上。这电动机由罐状的滚筒5所包绕,该滚筒以其筒底6与电动机驱动端的轴端7相连并因此而为电动机所驱动。
如图1所示,在滚筒5的筒底6上设置通孔12,任何沿气流输送方向的空气可通过通孔12流入或流出滚筒5的内腔,即空气可通过电动机的壳体表面流出滚筒5的开口侧或通过该开口侧流入。
在壳体1的外圆周上设置至少一个肋条8,该肋条径向突入滚筒5内壁9与壳体1表面10之间的间隙11中,其中,肋条8的径向尺寸是如此确定的,即不会触及滚筒内壁9。另外一种选择是肋条8也可设置在内壁9上并径向向壳体1突出。此外不但在壳体1而且在内壁9上都分别存在着设置一个或多个肋条8的可能性,其中该肋条8的径向尺寸使得其本身不会触碰到滚筒5,也就是说不会阻碍滚筒5的转动。
当肋条8和/或通孔12设计成倾斜于驱动装置的轴线时,对于空气流的输送十分有利。因而有利于空气的轴向输送并能进一步改善对电动机的冷却。

Claims (3)

1.一种驱动装置,其包括一个电动机和一个由其驱动并将其支承起来的罐状滚筒(5),该滚筒以其筒底(6)与电动机驱动侧的轴端(7)相连接并且在其筒底(6)上具有至少一个通孔(12),其特征在于:在电动机的壳体(1)和/或滚筒内壁(9)上设置至少一个径向突入电动机壳体(1)和滚筒内壁(9)之间间隙(11)并沿驱动装置的轴向伸长的肋条(8),其径向尺寸较间隙(11)的径向宽度小。
2.按权利要求1所述的驱动装置,其特征在于:肋条(8)设置成倾斜于驱动装置的轴向。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的驱动装置,其特征在于:通孔(12)设计成倾斜于驱动装置的轴向。
