本发明涉及一种热镀锌锅余热锅炉,包括进气烟道、蒸汽锅炉、余热热水炉、出气烟道,所述蒸汽锅炉包括具有进水口和蒸汽出口的炉体、设置在所述的炉体内的热交换组件、液位控制组件,所述余热热水炉包括括具有进水口和出水口的炉体、所述炉体内的热交换组件,所述蒸汽锅炉进水口、所述余热热水炉进水口通过水泵连接至水源,其特征是:所述进气烟道连接所述蒸汽锅炉热交换组件,所述蒸汽锅炉热交换组件通过管道连接所述余热热水炉的热交换组件,所述余热热水炉的热交换组件连接出气烟道,所述进气烟道通过旁路烟道连接所述出气烟道。与现有技术相比本发明具有以下明显的优点:利用余热锅炉回收热能,设置旁路烟道防止过热的烟汽对余热锅炉的损害。

本发明涉及一种余热利用系统,具体涉及一种热镀锌锅余热锅炉。
背景技术
热镀锌锅产生的烟气温度很高,直接排放就会浪费大量的热能资源,利用余热锅炉回收热能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种热镀锌锅余热锅炉。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术手段实现的:
包括进气烟道、蒸汽锅炉、余热热水炉、出气烟道,蒸汽锅炉包括具有进水口和蒸汽出口的炉体、设置在所述的炉体内的热交换组件、液位控制组件,余热热水炉包括括具有进水口和出水口的炉体、炉体内的热交换组件,所述蒸汽锅炉进水口、所述余热热水炉进水口通过水泵连接至水源,进气烟道连接所述蒸汽锅炉热交换组件,所述蒸汽锅炉热交换组件通过管道连接所述余热热水炉的热交换组件,所述余热热水炉的热交换组件连接出气烟道,进气烟道通过旁路烟道连接出气烟道。
与现有技术相比本发明具有以下明显的优点:利用余热锅炉回收热能,设置旁路烟道防止过热的烟汽对余热锅炉的损害。
