本发明公开了一种充分利用热能的家用锅炉,包括锅炉炉体;其特征在于:所述炉体包括燃烧室,清灰室,排烟室,水箱;所述燃烧室底部连接清灰室,所述燃烧室背部连接排烟室,所述排烟室顶部连接水箱;所述排烟室背面设有排烟管路;所述水箱上设有进水管路、出水管路,烟气余热集热列管,燃料余料集热管路;所述进水管路在水箱一侧,出水管路在水箱另一侧;所述烟气余热集热列管设置在水箱两侧,并穿过排烟室内部相互连接形成回路;所述燃料余料集热管路设置在水箱两侧,延伸至炉体底部至清灰室内形成回路。本发明充分利用烟气热能和燃煤热能,增加热能利用率,降低能源消耗,降低燃料使用成本,方便安装和使用等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种 锅炉 ,特别是涉及一种充分利用热能的家用锅炉。
背景技术
锅炉是一种能量转换设备,向锅炉输入的能量有燃料中的化学能、电能,锅炉输出具有一定热能的蒸汽、高温水或有机热载体。锅的原义指在火上加热的盛水容器,炉指燃烧燃料的场所,锅炉包括锅和炉两大部分。锅炉中产生的热水或蒸汽可直接为工业生产和人民生活提供所需热能,也可通过蒸汽动力装置转换为机械能,或再通过发电机将机械能转换为电能。提供热水的锅炉称为热水锅炉,主要用于生活,工业生产中也有少量应用。产生蒸汽的锅炉称为蒸汽锅炉,常简称为锅炉,多用于火电站、船舶、机车和工矿企业。
家用燃煤采暖炉是以煤为主要燃料,多用于没有集中供暖或不具备燃气采暖条件的农村地区或城乡结合部,采暖费用较低,是取暖的理想选择。
目前,现有的家用锅炉中,水箱位于排烟室上部,通过利用烟气的热量加热水箱内部的水,从而供给家庭内部供暖或生活用水,但是这样大大浪费了烟气热量,同时对于燃煤燃烧后,落下的煤灰等无机物中,仍有大量的热量被浪费掉,没有做到充分利用热能,不能满足市场需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供 一种充分利用烟气热能和燃煤热能,增加热能利用率,降低能源消耗,降低燃料使用成本,方便安装和使用等优点的 一种充分利用热能的家用锅炉
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明是通过以下技术手段实现的:一种充分利用热能的家用锅炉,包括锅炉炉体;其特征在于:所述炉体包括燃烧室,清灰室,排烟室,水箱;所述燃烧室底部连接清灰室,所述燃烧室背部连接排烟室,所述排烟室顶部连接水箱;所述排烟室背面设有排烟管路;所述水箱上设有进水管路、出水管路,烟气余热集热管路,燃料余料集热管路;所述进水管路在水箱一侧,出水管路在水箱另一侧;所述烟气余热集热管路设置在水箱两侧,并穿过排烟室内部相互连接形成回路;所述燃料余料集热管路设置在水箱两侧,延伸至炉体底部至清灰室内形成回路。
所述烟气余热集热管路包括U形管和集热管,所述U形管两端分别连接水箱外壁和排烟室外壁,所述集热管位于排烟室内部,两端分别连接排烟室两侧的U形管。
所述燃料余料集热管路包括O形管和集热U形管;所述O形管两端连接水箱两侧外壁上,所述集热U形管连接O形管底部,呈斜向下的角度穿过清灰室背板,延伸至清灰室内部。
所述清灰室背板呈向内倾斜状,清灰室正面上设有清灰口。
本发明工作原理:
本发明中,通过将排烟室内部设有多组集热管,并将集热管与水箱两侧的U形管连接,实现充分利用烟气余热的目的,使烟气余热不仅仅会加热水箱底部,同时还将加热集热管中的流动水,从而实现快加热水箱的目的;而水箱还通过两侧的燃料余料集热管路延伸至清灰室内部,从而吸收利用燃料废料中的热量,帮助加热水箱中的水,增加供暖热能的利用,降低了燃料的消耗和成本,增加了提升空间。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明充分利用烟气热能和燃煤热能,增加热能利用率,降低能源消耗,降低燃料使用成本,方便安装和使用等优点。

一种充分利用热能的家用锅炉,包括锅炉炉体;其特征在于:所述炉体包括燃烧室5,清灰室6,排烟室4,水箱1;所述燃烧室5底部连接清灰室6,所述燃烧室5背部连接排烟室4,所述排烟室4顶部连接水箱1;所述排烟室4背面设有排烟管路8;所述水箱1上设有进水管路、出水管路,烟气余热集热管路3,燃料余料集热管路2;所述进水管路在水箱1一侧,出水管路在水箱1另一侧;所述烟气余热集热管路3设置在水箱1两侧,并穿过排烟室4内部相互连接形成回路;所述燃料余料集热管路2设置在水箱1两侧,延伸至炉体底部至清灰室6内形成回路。
所述烟气余热集热管路3包括U形管和集热管,所述U形管两端分别连接水箱1外壁和排烟室4外壁,所述集热管位于排烟室4内部,两端分别连接排烟室4两侧的U形管。
所述燃料余料集热管路2包括O形管和集热U形管7;所述O形管两端连接水箱1两侧外壁上,所述集热U形管7连接O形管底部,呈斜向下的角度穿过清灰室背板10,延伸至清灰室6内部。
所述清灰室背板10呈向内倾斜状,清灰室6正面上设有清灰口9。
实施例2
本发明工作原理:
本发明中,通过将排烟室4内部设有多组集热管,并将集热管与水箱1两侧的U形管连接,实现充分利用烟气余热的目的,使烟气余热不仅仅会加热水箱1底部,同时还将加热集热管中的流动水,从而实现快加热水箱1的目的;而水箱1还通过两侧的燃料余料集热管路2延伸至清灰室6内部,从而吸收利用燃料废料中的热量,帮助加热水箱1中的水,增加供暖热能的利用,降低了燃料的消耗和成本,增加了提升空间。
实施例3
本发明中,水箱1内部可设有隔板,将水箱1内部分隔成进水室和出水室,从而平衡水箱1内部压强,保证烟气余热集热管路3和燃料余料集热管路2能形成回路,保证水流能够形成有效的循环,同时水箱1上在进水室和出水室上方均设有水位表、温度表、压力表和安全阀,有效保证使用安全和方便观测数据,防止蒸汽过量或温度超标等。
实施例4
本发明中,燃料余料集热管路2中,集热U形管7在清灰室6内部的中部偏上部位,这样不仅仅能够良好的利用清灰室6内部燃料废渣的热量,同时由于比较接近燃烧室5中的炉排底部,从而更加有效的吸收了部分燃料在燃烧时的热量,使锅炉在燃烧用于烹饪时,也可将热量供给水箱1;在清灰室6中,由于集热U形管7偏高,也方便清灰,防止磕碰集热U形管7。
实施例5
本发明适用于民用或家用,方便安装和拆卸,简单易用,使用安全稳定,方便清理,可有效减少每年的燃料消耗,降低成本,方便烹饪等。

1.一种充分利用热能的家用锅炉,包括锅炉炉体;其特征在于:所述炉体包括燃烧室,清灰室,排烟室,水箱;所述燃烧室底部连接清灰室,所述燃烧室背部连接排烟室,所述排烟室顶部连接水箱;所述排烟室背面设有排烟管路;所述水箱上设有进水管路、出水管路,烟气余热集热管路,燃料余料集热管路;所述进水管路在水箱一侧,出水管路在水箱另一侧;所述烟气余热集热管路设置在水箱两侧,并穿过排烟室内部相互连接形成回路;所述燃料余料集热管路设置在水箱两侧,延伸至炉体底部至清灰室内形成回路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种充分利用热能的家用锅炉,其特征在于:所述烟气余热集热管路包括U形管和集热管,所述U形管两端分别连接水箱外壁和排烟室外壁,所述集热管位于排烟室内部,两端分别连接排烟室两侧的U形管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种充分利用热能的家用锅炉,其特征在于:所述燃料余料集热管路包括O形管和集热U形管;所述O形管两端连接水箱两侧外壁上,所述集热U形管连接O形管底部,呈斜向下的角度穿过清灰室背板,延伸至清灰室内部。
