Abstract

PURPOSE: To heighten thermal efficiency, by recovering the energy of exhaust gas by flash vaporization by introducing one portion of the feed-water of saturated water to a reheat portion through a reducing valve.
CONSTITUTION: A heat recovery plant introduces saturated steam fed from a gas- water separating drum 7 at an overheat portion 1a of an exhaust gas boiler 1 to a mixed pressure turbine 2' are overheat steam. Steam from the mixed pressure turbine 2' is mixed with drain from a gas-water separator 8 through a liquid level control valve 10, and condenses at a condenser 4. Condensed feed-water reaches the gas- water separating drum 7, and is introduced to an overheat portion 1a and a steam portion 1e of a heating portion of the exhaust gas boiler 1. One portion of the feed- water of saturated water drawn from a boiler water circulation pump 6 from the gas-water separating drum 7 is introduced to a reheat portion 1h through a reducing valve 9 and a reheat line 14 in order to further recover heat as compared to conventional devices, thus recovering the energy of exhaust gas by flash vaporization.
