Abstract

PURPOSE: A solar-thermal power generation system wherein feed water is converted into saturated steam by heating with solar energy, then into superheated steam by a superheater; temperatures of heat collector, heat-collector piping, and regenerative heat exchanger are lowered to the saturation point of the main steam; and the variation in heat input for auxiliary boiler is minimized.
