Abstract

本案涉及防盗门用耐冲压仿木纹覆膜板,其从上至下依次设有仿木纹PVC层、耐冲压层和钢板层;其中,所述耐冲压层包括以下重量份的材料:氯醋树脂100份;松香改性酚醛树脂20‑22份;对氯苯甲酸正丁酯6‑8份;羧甲基纤维素钠6‑8份和硅粉12‑14份。本案通过对防盗门用仿木纹覆膜板所用材料配方的改进,不仅使防盗门用仿木纹覆膜板自身具有良好的外观美观度,而且还具有高强度、高韧性、耐冲压性和抗刮耐磨性能,长期在高温、潮湿环境或紫外环境下膜层与基材的附着力好,不开裂剥落,不起泡。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种覆膜板,具体涉及一种防盗门用耐冲压仿木纹覆膜板。
背景技术
由于覆膜板在家装建材领域的应用范围日趋扩大,覆膜板的产品种类也呈现出五花八门。但是,由于覆膜板的设备投入资金相对较低,使得一些低技术含量的生产厂家也进入到了这一领域,出于对成本的控制和对利润的追求,一些厂家生产出的覆膜板出现了质量或环保等问题。
防盗门用仿木纹覆膜板需要具备一定的抗刮耐磨性能、耐冲压和抗冲击性,它需要与基板具备稳定的粘结强度,以防止其在长期使用后出现开裂等质量问题。然而,在现有技术中,大多数防盗门用的覆膜板仅仅是将膜层与基板采用热压形式粘结,由此获得的这种覆膜板在抗刮性、耐候性、耐冲压和抗冲击性等方面都相对较差,无法满足长期使用的需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种防盗门用耐冲压仿木纹覆膜板。
本发明的技术方案概述如下:
一种防盗门用耐冲压仿木纹覆膜板,其从上至下依次设有仿木纹PVC层、耐冲压层和钢板层;
其中,所述耐冲压层包括以下重量份的材料:
优选的是,所述的防盗门用耐冲压仿木纹覆膜板,其中,所述氯醋树脂中,醋酸乙烯单体的占比为38~42wt%。
优选的是,所述的防盗门用耐冲压仿木纹覆膜板,其中,所述氯醋树脂的数均分子量为28000~30000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的防盗门用耐冲压仿木纹覆膜板,其中,所述松香改性酚醛树脂的数均分子量为13000~15000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的防盗门用耐冲压仿木纹覆膜板,其中,所述耐冲压层中还包括有3-4重量份的环氧树脂。
优选的是,所述的防盗门用耐冲压仿木纹覆膜板,其中,所述环氧树脂的数均分子量为9000~10000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的防盗门用耐冲压仿木纹覆膜板,其中,所述耐冲压层中还包括有2~3重量份的2-甲基苯磺酸甲酯。
本发明的有益效果是:本案通过对防盗门用仿木纹覆膜板所用材料配方的改进,不仅使防盗门用仿木纹覆膜板自身具有良好的外观美观度,而且还具有高强度、高韧性、耐冲压性和抗刮耐磨性能,长期在高温、潮湿环境或紫外环境下膜层与基材的附着力好,不开裂剥落,不起泡。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
本案提出一实施例的防盗门用耐冲压仿木纹覆膜板,其从上至下依次设有仿木纹PVC层、耐冲压层和钢板层;现有技术是将仿木纹PVC层和钢板层直接热压粘结,这种方式获得的产品性能相对较差,易开裂,抗冲压性能较差,使得板材的使用寿命受到限制。本案在这两层之间增加了一层耐冲压层,它可以起到过渡和衔接的作用,提高板材整体的耐冲压性能,增加板材的使用寿命。
其中,耐冲压层包括以下重量份的材料:
耐冲压层的配方以氯醋树脂为主体,氯醋树脂本身对金属和PVC材料具有良好的粘结性能,且其自身具备较高的抗冲压性能,能够增加板材的韧性和抗弯强度;松香改性酚醛树脂用于改善氯醋树脂体系的内聚力和热压粘度,从而增加板材的抗冲压性能;对氯苯甲酸正丁酯用于提高对钢板表面的粘结强度,以使得钢板可以免去钝化这一工序;羧甲基纤维素钠作为填料可以提高板材整体的刚性,同时,它可以减小板材的表面收缩应力,以提高板材的抗冲压和抗冲击性能;硅粉作为填料,既可以增加板材的弯曲韧性,又能减小耐冲压层的热膨胀系数,从而增加板材的结构稳定性。
其中,在氯醋树脂中,醋酸乙烯单体的占比优选为38~42wt%,余量为氯乙烯单体。氯醋树脂,亦称氯醋共聚物,是氯乙烯与醋酸乙烯的共聚物,由氯乙烯单体跟醋酸乙烯单体在引发剂的作用下共聚而得。通过对两种单体的比例进行限定,可以获得更优性能的氯醋树脂体系。
其中,氯醋树脂的数均分子量优选为28000~30000g/mol。
其中,松香改性酚醛树脂的数均分子量优选为13000~15000g/mol。本案无需限定松香改性酚醛树脂中松香的占比。
其中,耐冲压层中还优选包括有3-4重量份的环氧树脂。少量的环氧树脂可以增加耐冲压层在被热压时对钢板层和PVC层的初黏力,以进一步增加板材的结构稳定性。
其中,环氧树脂的数均分子量优选为9000~10000g/mol。
其中,耐冲压层中还优选包括有2~3重量份的2-甲基苯磺酸甲酯。2-甲基苯磺酸甲酯可以增加氯醋树脂体系在潮湿环境下的粘结持久力,同时,它还能使得氯醋树脂体系在77-90℃这一温度区间发挥较优的粘结力,因为这一温度区间正是PVC的最佳热压温度区间(热压强度10MPa)。
