Abstract
本案涉及高抗刮船舶装饰用磨砂覆膜板,其从上至下依次设有抗刮层、耐腐层和钢板层;其中,所述耐腐层包括以下重量份的材料:聚三氟氯乙烯100份;松香改性酚醛树脂30‑32份;对氯苯甲酸正丁酯6‑8份;聚甲基丙烯酸辛酯15‑18份和硅粉8‑10份。本案通过对船舶装饰用磨砂覆膜板所用材料配方的改进,不仅使船舶装饰用磨砂覆膜板自身具有良好的外观美观度,而且还具有高抗刮性、高耐候性和高耐腐性,长期在含有盐分的潮湿环境或强紫外环境下表面膜层与基材的附着力好,不开裂剥落,不起泡。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种覆膜板,具体涉及一种高抗刮船舶装饰用磨砂覆膜板。
背景技术
由于覆膜板在装饰建材领域的应用范围日趋扩大,覆膜板的产品种类也呈现出五花八门。但是,由于覆膜板的设备投入资金相对较低,使得一些低技术含量的生产厂家也进入到了这一领域,出于对成本的控制和对利润的追求,一些厂家生产出的覆膜板出现了质量或环保等问题。
船舶装饰用的覆膜板由于其所处环境的特殊性,需要具备优异的抗刮耐磨性能,以及耐海水中盐分的侵蚀功能,它需要与基板具备稳定的粘结强度,以防止其在海水潮湿环境中长期使用后出现开裂鼓包等质量问题。然而,在现有技术中,大多数船舶装饰用的覆膜板仅仅是将膜与基板采用热压形式粘结,而获得的板材性能主要取决于膜层的材料配方,现有材料组成的覆膜板在抗刮性、耐候性和耐腐蚀性等方面都相对较差,无法满足长期使用的需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种高抗刮船舶装饰用磨砂覆膜板。
本发明的技术方案概述如下:
一种高抗刮船舶装饰用磨砂覆膜板,其从上至下依次设有抗刮层、耐腐层和钢板层;

优选的是,所述的高抗刮船舶装饰用磨砂覆膜板,其中,所述抗刮层包括以下重量份的材料:
氯醋树脂 50份;
氟碳树脂 50份;
乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物 30-32份。
优选的是,所述的高抗刮船舶装饰用磨砂覆膜板,其中,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物中,乙烯单体的占比为76-78wt%。
优选的是,所述的高抗刮船舶装饰用磨砂覆膜板,其中,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物的数均分子量为12000~13000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的高抗刮船舶装饰用磨砂覆膜板,其中,所述松香改性酚醛树脂的数均分子量为8000~9000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的高抗刮船舶装饰用磨砂覆膜板,其中,所述聚三氟氯乙烯的数均分子量为16000~17000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的高抗刮船舶装饰用磨砂覆膜板,其中,所述聚甲基丙烯酸辛酯的数均分子量为15000~16000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的高抗刮船舶装饰用磨砂覆膜板,其中,所述氯醋树脂的数均分子量为20000~22000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的高抗刮船舶装饰用磨砂覆膜板,其中,所述氟碳树脂的数均分子量为14000~15000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的高抗刮船舶装饰用磨砂覆膜板,其中,所述抗刮层还包括有6~8重量份的2-甲基苯磺酸甲酯。
本发明的有益效果是:本案通过对船舶装饰用磨砂覆膜板所用材料配方的改进,不仅使船舶装饰用磨砂覆膜板自身具有良好的外观美观度,而且还具有高抗刮性、高耐候性和高耐腐性,长期在含有盐分的潮湿环境或强紫外环境下表面膜层与基材的附着力好,不开裂剥落,不起泡。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
本案提出一实施例的高抗刮船舶装饰用磨砂覆膜板,其从上至下依次设有抗刮层、耐腐层和钢板层;
其中,耐腐层包括以下重量份的材料:
耐腐层的配方以聚三氟氯乙烯为主体,聚三氟氯乙烯本身对金属材料具有良好的粘结性能,且其自身具备较高的耐腐蚀性能,能够增加覆膜板的抗海水侵蚀能力;松香改性酚醛树脂用于改善聚三氟氯乙烯体系的内聚力和热压粘度,从而增加覆膜板的抗冲击性能;对氯苯甲酸正丁酯用于提高对钢板表面的粘结强度,以使得钢板可以免去钝化这一工序;聚甲基丙烯酸辛酯可以提高耐腐层在海水潮湿环境中对钢板和抗刮层的粘结强度,这是聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚甲基丙烯酸乙酯所无法做到的,同时,它在聚三氟氯乙烯体系还可发挥出减小耐腐层表面收缩应力的作用,以提高覆膜板的抗冲压和抗冲击性能;硅粉作为填料,既可以增加耐腐层的弯曲韧性,又能减小耐腐层的热膨胀系数,从而增加覆膜板的结构稳定性。
抗刮层包括以下重量份的材料:
氯醋树脂 50份;
氟碳树脂 50份;
乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物 30-32份。
抗刮层的配方以氯醋树脂和氟碳树脂为主体,两者组合形成的体系可以产生协效作用,使抗刮层既具备优秀的抗刮耐磨性能,又具备耐盐水侵蚀、耐紫外性能;氯醋树脂,亦称氯醋共聚物,是氯乙烯与醋酸乙烯的共聚物,由氯乙烯单体跟醋酸乙烯单体在引发剂的作用下共聚而得。本案无需对两种单体的比例进行限定。乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物的作用是增加对耐腐层的粘结强度,同时在共聚物中,乙烯的改性可以显著改善抗刮层的表面耐磨性。优选的是,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物中,乙烯单体的占比为76-78wt%,其余为醋酸乙烯酯单体。乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物的数均分子量优选为12000~13000g/mol。
其中,松香改性酚醛树脂的数均分子量优选为8000~9000g/mol。
其中,聚三氟氯乙烯的数均分子量优选为16000~17000g/mol。
其中,聚甲基丙烯酸辛酯的数均分子量优选为15000~16000g/mol。
其中,氯醋树脂的数均分子量优选为20000~22000g/mol。
其中,氟碳树脂的数均分子量优选为14000~15000g/mol。
其中,抗刮层还优选包括有6~8重量份的2-甲基苯磺酸甲酯。2-甲基苯磺酸甲酯可以增加抗刮层树脂体系在潮湿环境下的粘结持久力。
表一列出不同实施例的耐腐层和抗刮层的具体配方和制得的高抗刮船舶装饰用磨砂覆膜板的性能测试参数:

5.根据权利要求1所述的高抗刮船舶装饰用磨砂覆膜板,其特征在于,所述松香改性酚醛树脂的数均分子量为8000~9000g/mol。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高抗刮船舶装饰用磨砂覆膜板,其特征在于,所述聚三氟氯乙烯的数均分子量为16000~17000g/mol。
