Abstract

本案涉及高耐候强耐腐型岩化彩钢板,其从上至下依次设有耐腐层、耐候层和钢板层;其中,所述耐腐层包括以下重量份的材料:乙烯基酯树脂100份;聚三氟氯乙烯20‑24份;乙炔‑丙烯共聚物10‑12份;对氯苯甲酸正丁酯6‑8份和硅粉8‑10份。本案通过对岩化彩钢板配方的改进,不仅使岩化彩钢板自身具有良好的外观美观度,而且还具有强耐紫外、强耐腐和耐冲击性能,长期在恶劣环境下膜层与基材的附着力好,不开裂剥落,不起泡。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种彩钢板,具体涉及一种高耐候强耐腐型岩化彩钢板。
背景技术
由于彩钢板在建材领域的应用范围日趋扩大,彩钢板的产品种类也呈现出多样化。但是,由于彩钢板的设备投入资金相对较低,使得一些低技术含量的生产厂家也进入到了这一领域,出于对成本的控制和对利润的追求,一些厂家生产出的彩钢板出现了质量或环保等问题。
具有防腐性能的岩化彩钢板由于其所具有的特性,常常被用在对耐腐要求较高的场合,例如化工设备,船舶用建材等,这些板材需要具备优异的防腐蚀防紫外性能,它需要与基板具备稳定的结合强度,以防止其在恶劣环境中长期使用后出现开裂鼓包等质量问题。然而,在现有技术中,大多数岩化彩钢板仅仅是将单层结构的膜层与基板采用热压形式粘结或采用喷涂形式,由此获得的这种岩化彩钢板在耐候性和耐腐蚀性等方面都相对较差,无法满足长期使用的需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种高耐候强耐腐型岩化彩钢板。
本发明的技术方案概述如下:
一种高耐候强耐腐型岩化彩钢板,其从上至下依次设有耐腐层、耐候层和钢板层;

优选的是,所述的高耐候强耐腐型岩化彩钢板,其中,所述乙炔-丙烯共聚物的数均分子量为14000~15000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的高耐候强耐腐型岩化彩钢板,其中,所述乙炔-丙烯共聚物中,乙炔单体的占比为36-38wt%。
优选的是,所述的高耐候强耐腐型岩化彩钢板,其中,所述氯醋树脂的数均分子量为20000~22000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的高耐候强耐腐型岩化彩钢板,其中,所述环氧树脂的数均分子量为17000~18000g/mol。
本发明的有益效果是:本案通过对岩化彩钢板配方的改进,不仅使岩化彩钢板自身具有良好的外观美观度,而且还具有强耐紫外、强耐腐和耐冲击性能,长期在恶劣环境下膜层与基材的附着力好,不开裂剥落,不起泡。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
本案提出一实施例的高耐候强耐腐型岩化彩钢板,其从上至下依次设有耐腐层、耐候层和钢板层;
其中,耐腐层包括以下重量份的材料:
耐腐层的配方以乙烯基酯树脂为主体,乙烯基酯树脂本身兼具良好的粘结性能和耐腐蚀性能,聚三氟氯乙烯用于进一步增加岩化彩钢板的抗酸碱、海水侵蚀能力;乙炔-丙烯共聚物用于改善乙烯基酯树脂体系的内聚力和热压粘度,减小耐腐层表面收缩应力,增加岩化彩钢板的抗冲击性能;对氯苯甲酸正丁酯用于提高对耐候层的粘结强度;硅粉作为填料,既可以增加耐腐层的弯曲韧性,又能减小耐腐层的热膨胀系数,从而增加岩化彩钢板的结构稳定性。
耐候层包括以下重量份的材料:
耐候层的配方以氯醋树脂和环氧树脂为主体,两者组合形成的体系可以产生协效作用,使耐候层既具备优秀的耐候抗紫外性能,又具有对金属表面及耐腐层表面优异的粘结性能;氯醋树脂,亦称氯醋共聚物,是氯乙烯与醋酸乙烯的共聚物,由氯乙烯单体跟醋酸乙烯单体在引发剂的作用下共聚而得。本案无需对氯醋树脂中两种单体的比例进行限定。丙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物的作用是增加对耐腐层的粘结强度,同时在共聚物中,丙烯的改性可以显著改善耐候层的表面耐磨性和韧性,能有效提高岩化彩钢板的抗弯折性能。优选的是,丙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物中,丙烯单体的占比为68-70wt%,其余为醋酸乙烯酯单体。丙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物的数均分子量优选为10000~11000g/mol。
其中,乙烯基酯树脂的数均分子量优选为23000~25000g/mol。
其中,聚三氟氯乙烯的数均分子量优选为16000~17000g/mol。
其中,乙炔-丙烯共聚物的数均分子量优选为14000~15000g/mol。
其中,乙炔-丙烯共聚物中,乙炔单体的占比优选为36-38wt%。
其中,氯醋树脂的数均分子量优选为20000~22000g/mol。
其中,环氧树脂的数均分子量优选为17000~18000g/mol。
