本发明公开了一种砀山梨银耳汤,由下述原料制成:银耳,砀山梨,冰糖,糖桂花,湿淀粉。其制备方法是:先将银耳浸泡,加水上蒸笼蒸至软糯,砀山梨切成小粒待用,锅放水40g,加冰糖用小火略煮,使糖溶解,放入银耳和砀山梨粒,再用湿淀粉调稀勾芡,盛入碗内,撒上糖桂花即成;本发明产品口感滑润,香甜醇美,滋阴止咳,润肺化痰,润肠开胃。

本发明涉及一种养生食品制备领域,具体涉及一种砀山梨银耳汤及其制备方法。
背景技术
秋天天气干燥,人体在这种环境下从皮肤及呼吸中散发的水分较多,可引起机体内气、血、津液发生一系列变化,如伤及津液、阴血可出现各种干燥征象,肺脏是燥气侵入的前站,因此在秋季养生调摄首要的目标是平衡肺脏的气血阴阳,而银耳具有生津止渴,润肺化燥的作用,是秋季养生的佳品;砀山梨具有生津止渴,止咳化痰、清热降火、养血生肌、润肺去燥等功能,将其与银耳混合,不但增加口感,而且润肺效果更显著。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种砀山梨银耳汤及其制备方法,该砀山梨银耳汤有效解决秋季天气干燥容易引起人体缺水、内火旺盛等问题,。
为达到上述目的,本发明的一种砀山梨银耳汤,由下述原料组成:银耳10—20g、砀山梨150—200g、冰糖150—200g、糖桂花1.5—5g、湿淀粉25—40g 。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供上述砀山梨银耳汤的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)先将银耳浸泡,加水上蒸笼蒸至软糯;
2)砀山梨切成小粒待用;
3)锅放水40g,加冰糖用小火略煮,使糖溶解,放入银耳和砀山梨粒,再用湿淀粉调稀勾芡,盛入碗内,撒上糖桂花即成。
本发明的有益效果是:利用砀山梨与银耳混合作原料,整体好;加入了一些滋补的糖桂花制作,使这种汤具有生津止渴、止咳化痰、清热降火、养血生肌、润肺去燥的功效,并且口感爽滑、鲜甜可口。其中:砀山梨,其梨果营养丰富,含多种人体必需的氨基酸、维生素、矿物质,含糖量平均在13%左右。常食之,对消费者身心健康很有裨益。《本草纲目》第三十卷有详实的记载,临床也证明:砀山酥梨有止渴、生津、祛热消暑、化痰润肺、止咳平喘、滋阴降火、凉心解毒等功效,被历代中医称之为“果中甘露子,药中圣醍醐”。而银耳具有生津止渴,润肺化燥的作用,是秋季养生的佳品,两者混合,不但增加口感,而且润肺效果更显著。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明一种砀山梨银耳汤及其制备方法作进一步说明;
实施例1:
本发明的砀山梨银耳汤,由下述原料组成:银耳10—20g、砀山梨150—200g、冰糖150—200g、糖桂花1.5—5g、湿淀粉25—40g 。
上述砀山梨银耳汤的制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)先将银耳浸泡,加水上蒸笼蒸至软糯;
2)砀山梨切成小粒待用;
3)锅放水40g,加冰糖用小火略煮,使糖溶解,放入银耳和砀山梨粒,再用湿淀粉调稀勾芡,盛入碗内,撒上糖桂花即成。

2.如权利要求1所述的砀山梨银耳汤的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)先将银耳浸泡,加水上蒸笼蒸至软糯;
2)砀山梨切成小粒待用;
3)锅放水40g,加冰糖用小火略煮,使糖溶解,放入银耳和砀山梨粒,再用湿淀粉调稀勾芡,盛入碗内,撒上糖桂花即成。
