技术领域
本发明涉及饲料技术领域,尤其涉及一种提高生长性能酶解海带生产谷物发酵型罗非鱼饲料。
背景技术
在《海带综合利用研究》一文中提及海带是一种大型的、资源丰富的经济海藻,生长快、产量高,富含维生素、氨基酸、微量元素和矿物质等营养物质及多糖类的生物活性物质。由于海带藻体组织结构成份主要是纤维质、海藻酸、海带杂多糖和果胶质,至使藻体呈现出较强的韧性,纤维质和果胶质难以被机体消化利用,应用酶解技术将纤维质和果胶质水解提取出细胞质和细胞间液。在水生动物饲料中加人适量海带酶解物料,既有营养,又有凝结和防溃散作用。特别是在矿物质和维生素缺乏的水域中效果更佳,并能提高词料利用率和生产效率,还能改善鱼体表色泽和促进代谢作用,增加经济效益。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种提高生长性能酶解海带生产谷物发酵型罗非鱼饲料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种提高生长性能酶解海带生产谷物发酵型罗非鱼饲料,由下列重量份的原料制成:燕麦90-100、海带70-80、黑木耳10-13、苹果皮20-25、肉苁蓉4-5、玉米淀粉20-30、米酒15-20、膨润土3-4、杏鲍菇菌种、纤维素酶、果胶酶、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、水适量。
所述提高生长性能酶解海带生产谷物发酵型罗非鱼饲料,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将燕麦放入水中12-15℃浸泡20-24小时,再在16-20℃条件下发芽3-4天,放入烘干机中低温烘干,制成粉末,得燕麦芽粉;
(2)将海带泡发后破碎成浆,加人纤维素酶、果胶酶,控制酶解温度为40-50℃,酶解时间为4-5小时,离心分离出海带渣与酶解上清液;
(3)将步骤2的海带渣与玉米淀粉、米酒混合均匀,放入双螺旋挤压膨化机中进行膨化处理,得膨化物料;
(4)将步骤1的燕麦芽粉、膨润土、步骤2的酶解上清液、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌以及适量水混合均匀,密封,35-38℃条件下发酵30-35小时,得发酵物料;
(5)将黑木耳泡发后与苹果皮混合后破碎成渣,再将肉苁蓉烘干后支持粉末,与上述渣料混合均匀后接入杏鲍菇菌种,20-25℃条件下培养5-6天,烘干后制成粉末,得混合粉末;
(6)将步骤3的膨化物料、步骤4的发酵物料、步骤5的混合粉末以及其他剩余成分混合均匀,烘干,造粒,即可。
本发明的优点是:燕麦经过发芽后燕麦中植酸的含量下降,蛋白质的消化率上升,矿物质、多酚含量也有显著提高,提高了燕麦的营养品质,同时可发酵糖含量提高,可更好地促进益生菌的生长。玉米淀粉在挤压剪切过程中发生糊化,直链氢键断裂,使其结构呈松散、蓬松状态,不仅有利于提高海带渣的吸油率和吸水率,还可降低海带渣的密度,提高膨化度和漂浮率。膨润土含有多种常量和微量元素及生物活性物质,另外膨润土的特殊微细晶体结构决定其有悬浮性、膨润性、粘结性、吸附性阳离子交换性等特性。对鱼类有增加食欲、助消化、调节机体平衡、增强免疫机能、防病保健作用。本发明可以提高鱼类对于饲料的进食量,改善饲料适口性,各组分间相互作用,便于鱼类的消化,促进鱼类快速生长。
具体实施方式
一种提高生长性能酶解海带生产谷物发酵型罗非鱼饲料,由下列重量份的原料制成:燕麦90、海带70、黑木耳10、苹果皮20、肉苁蓉4、玉米淀粉20、米酒15、膨润土3、杏鲍菇菌种、纤维素酶、果胶酶、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、水适量。

(1)将燕麦放入水中12℃浸泡20小时,再在16℃条件下发芽3天,放入烘干机中低温烘干,制成粉末,得燕麦芽粉;
(2)将海带泡发后破碎成浆,加人纤维素酶、果胶酶,控制酶解温度为40℃,酶解时间为4小时,离心分离出海带渣与酶解上清液;
(3)将步骤2的海带渣与玉米淀粉、米酒混合均匀,放入双螺旋挤压膨化机中进行膨化处理,得膨化物料;
(4)将步骤1的燕麦芽粉、膨润土、步骤2的酶解上清液、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌以及适量水混合均匀,密封,35℃条件下发酵30小时,得发酵物料;
(5)将黑木耳泡发后与苹果皮混合后破碎成渣,再将肉苁蓉烘干后支持粉末,与上述渣料混合均匀后接入杏鲍菇菌种,20℃条件下培养5天,烘干后制成粉末,得混合粉末;
(6)将步骤3的膨化物料、步骤4的发酵物料、步骤5的混合粉末以及其他剩余成分混合均匀,烘干,造粒,即可。
为了进一步说明本发明的应用价值,实施人将200只鱼按照日龄、体重、健康状况、体长相同的原则将鱼平均分为实验组与对照组两组,实验组喂增添了本发明的鱼饲料,对照组喂普通饲料,试验期为3个月,试验结果为:采食量提高10%,生病率降低9%,日增重提高12%,鱼肉蛋白质含量提高10%,养殖成本降低9%,饲养出来的鱼肉肉质鲜嫩,口感好。

1.一种提高生长性能酶解海带生产谷物发酵型罗非鱼饲料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:燕麦90-100、海带70-80、黑木耳10-13、苹果皮20-25、肉苁蓉4-5、玉米淀粉20-30、米酒15-20、膨润土3-4、杏鲍菇菌种、纤维素酶、果胶酶、嗜酸乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、水适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述提高生长性能酶解海带生产谷物发酵型罗非鱼饲料,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
