本发明提供一种防倒灌汽车排气管装置用防水板,由乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物30%、聚氯乙烯30%、聚苯乙烯20%、聚氨酯5%、石墨5%、酚醛树脂5%、β‑谷甾醇1%和抗氧剂4%制成。本发明的防倒灌汽车排气管装置用防水板,具有快捷、有效、节能、环保等特性,从而保证了防水板的防水效果和质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车工业技术领域,尤其涉及一种防倒灌汽车排气管装置用防水板。
背景技术
汽车排气管是为排除发动机燃烧后的废气,而在使用中,由于通常的汽车排气管设置在汽车底部,在遇到下雨天气、或途经积水的路段,位置较低的排气管极易引起水倒灌进排气管,容易造成发动机损坏。目前还没有有效的装置解决汽车防倒灌的问题。因此,有必要提供一种防倒灌汽车排气管装置,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种防倒灌汽车排气管装置,以解决位置较低的排气管极易引起水倒灌进排气管的问题。同时,本发明还提供了一种防倒灌汽车排气管装置用防水板及其加工方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种防倒灌汽车排气管装置,包括进气管、与所述进气管连通的管腔以及与所述管腔连通的出气管;所述管腔管壁上设有气动阀门;所述出气管的内部设有相对设置且与所述出气管转动连接的防水板;所述防水板靠近所述管腔的一侧设有挡块。
所述进气管与所述出气管的直径相等。
所述管腔的直径大于所述进气管与所述出气管的直径。
防倒灌汽车排气管装置用防水板,由乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物30%、聚氯乙烯30%、聚苯乙烯20%、聚氨酯5%、石墨5%、酚醛树脂5%、β-谷甾醇1%和抗氧剂4%制成。
防倒灌汽车排气管装置用防水板的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配料:按重量百分比称取原料;
(2)混料:将所述原料进行搅拌混合,混合温度为90℃,搅拌时间为5分钟;
(3)共混挤出,挤出机的螺杆在加料段、熔融段、计量段的温度分别为120℃、180℃、160℃。
(4)成型:将挤出后的物料利用三辊压光机进行压光成型,三辊的温度分别为50℃、60℃、70℃;
(5)空气冷却,得成品。
本发明所具有的优点与效果是:
1)、本发明的防倒灌汽车排气管装置,包括进气管、与所述进气管连通的管腔以及与所述管腔连通的出气管;所述管腔管壁上设有气动阀门;所述出气管的内部设有相对设置且与所述出气管转动连接的防水板;所述防水板靠近所述管腔的一侧设有挡块;在遇到下雨天气、或途经积水的路段,可通过防水板的关闭实现防倒灌的功能。
2)、防倒灌汽车排气管装置用防水板,具有快捷、有效、节能、环保等特性,从而保证了防水板的防水效果和质量。
3)、防倒灌汽车排气管装置用防水板的加工方法,工艺参数对设备的要求较低,并无任何工艺难点可言,生产效率高,操作简便。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1至图2所示,本发明提供一种防倒灌汽车排气管装置,包括进气管1、与进气管1连通的管腔2以及与管腔2连通的出气管3,汽车尾气从进气管1进入管腔2并由出气管3排出。
具体地,管腔2管壁上设有气动阀门6;出气管3的内部设有相对设置且与出气管3转动连接的防水板4;防水板4靠近管腔2的一侧设有挡块5。进气管1与出气管3的直径相等。管腔2的直径大于进气管1与出气管3的直径。
在遇到下雨天气、或途经积水的路段,出气管3处有积水流入时,防水板4受到积水的作用向内旋转,直至被挡块5挡住,此时防水板4处于关闭状态,可有效防止积水倒灌。当管腔2内的气压达到一定程度时,气动阀门6开启,汽车尾气从气动阀门6排出。
由以上技术方案可知,本发明的防倒灌汽车排气管装置,在遇到下雨天气、或途经积水的路段,可通过防水板的关闭实现防倒灌的功能。
实施例2
防倒灌汽车排气管装置用防水板,由乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物30%、聚氯乙烯30%、聚苯乙烯20%、聚氨酯5%、石墨5%、酚醛树脂5%、β-谷甾醇1%和抗氧剂4%制成。
实施例3
防倒灌汽车排气管装置用防水板的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)配料:按实施例2的重量百分比称取原料;
(2)混料:将所述原料进行搅拌混合,混合温度为90℃,搅拌时间为5分钟;
(3)共混挤出,挤出机的螺杆在加料段、熔融段、计量段的温度分别为120℃、180℃、160℃。
(4)成型:将挤出后的物料利用三辊压光机进行压光成型,三辊的温度分别为50℃、60℃、70℃;
(5)空气冷却,得成品。
本发明不局限于上述实施例,实施例只是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
