Abstract
本发明公开了一种免拆除结构性破坏沥青路面修复方法,属于沥青路面修复技术领域。针对目前修复结构性破坏沥青路面时需要将路面进行拆除,费时费工,普通修补无法完全与新造路面有机粘合的问题,提供了一种清洗结构破坏沥青路面后,对路面进行打孔处理,随后将胶黏剂填充至孔洞中并铺设水平,在胶黏剂上层再次铺设一层沥青,随后压实并固化完全即可完成对沥青路面的修复,本发明修复的再次铺设的沥青路面粘合紧密,较普通修复后路面寿命提高3~5年,且操作简单,无需拆除,有效节约资源与人力。

技术领域
本发明公开了一种免拆除结构性破坏沥青路面修复方法,属于沥青路面修复技术领域。
背景技术
公路是衡量一个国家经济实力和现代化水平的重要标志,对国民经济和社会发展具有明显的推动作用。随着我国公路事业的快速发展,公路的养护任务日益繁重。而我国公路又以沥青路面为主,沥青路面在道路工程中得到广泛的应用,从乡村道路到城市道路,从三级公路到高速公路,均普遍采用。但由于沥青混凝土材质本身的差异,以及受设计、施工及养护水平和外部环境的影响,沥青路面常常出现裂缝、松散、沉陷、开裂、泛油、车辙、坑槽等病害。这些病害的出现严重影响了行车速度、行车安全,缩短了沥青路面使用寿命,从而造成路面使用年限的缩短。
沥青路面的破坏按照破坏程度划分,可以分为两类:一类是功能性破坏。即沥青路面面层出现小微裂缝、麻面、脱皮、泛油、沥青老化、路面渗水等轻微病害,造成路面的不平整和抗滑性能的下降,使其不再具有预期的功能。另一类是结构性破坏。即沥青路面面层出现严重裂缝、坑槽、沉陷等,它是路面结构的整体或其某一个或几个组成部分的破坏,严重时将不能支承车辆的荷载。但是现有修复时需要将所需路面进行挖掘并回收沥青,费时费工,不能快速有效的对路面进行修复,所以需要一种可以快速修复结构破坏性沥青路面,不需要铲除的方法很有必要。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题:针对目前修复结构性破坏沥青路面时需要将路面进行拆除,费时费工,普通修补无法完全与新造路面有机粘合的问题,提供了一种清洗结构破坏沥青路面后,对路面进行打孔处理,随后将胶黏剂填充至孔洞中并铺设水平,在胶黏剂上层再次铺设一层沥青,随后压实并固化完全即可完成对沥青路面的修复,有效的解决了修复结构性破坏沥青路面时需要将路面进行拆除,费时费工,普通修补无法完全与新造路面有机粘合的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
(1)选取凹陷的市政沥青路面,使用电动刷与吹风机对沥青路面的裂缝进行清洁处理,扫除其裂隙中沙土与瓦砾,随后用洒水车对路面进行冲洗,将灰尘砂砾冲刷干净后,自然晾干;沥青路面加热机对路面进行加热处理,控制加热温度为125~130℃,加热时间为5~10min;
(2)待自然晾干后,首先沿道路走向,按沥青路面外侧的路肩边线进行打孔,控制打孔孔径为30~50mm,打孔深度为45~50mm,待路肩边线打孔完成后,在所打孔洞的路面内测横向每隔30cm处再次打孔,控制打孔至沥青路面内侧,即可完成对路面的打孔处理;
(3)待路面打孔完成后,用沥青路面加热机对沥青路面进行加热,控制加热温度为125~130℃,待加热25~30min沥青路面软化后,对沥青路面铺覆酚醛-丁腈橡胶胶粘剂,控制酚醛-丁腈橡胶胶粘剂铺设后的路面水平无坑洞,填补完全沥青路面表面凹陷与孔洞,使其整体胶黏厚度为30~35cm;
(4)待酚醛-丁腈橡胶胶粘剂铺设完成后,将沥青料用摊铺机将沥青料铺设至酚醛-丁腈橡胶胶粘剂表面,控制摊铺速度为2.5m/min,摊铺夯锤频率为4.5级,待铺设完成后,静置15~20min,用11~13T的双钢轮压路机对路面进行压实,随后待其静置固化20~24h,即可完成对结构性破坏沥青路面的修复。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明修复的再次铺设的沥青路面粘合紧密,较普通修复后路面寿命提高3~5年;
(2)本发明操作简单,无需拆除,有效节约资源与人力。

实例3
选取凹陷的市政沥青路面,使用电动刷与吹风机对沥青路面的裂缝进行清洁处理,扫除其裂隙中沙土与瓦砾,随后用洒水车对路面进行冲洗,将灰尘砂砾冲刷干净后,自然晾干;沥青路面加热机对路面进行加热处理,控制加热温度为130℃,加热时间为10min;待自然晾干后,首先沿道路走向,按沥青路面外侧的路肩边线进行打孔,控制打孔孔径为50mm,打孔深度为50mm,待路肩边线打孔完成后,在所打孔洞的路面内测横向每隔30cm处再次打孔,控制打孔至沥青路面内侧,即可完成对路面的打孔处理;待路面打孔完成后,用沥青路面加热机对沥青路面进行加热,控制加热温度为130℃,待加热30min沥青路面软化后,对沥青路面铺覆酚醛-丁腈橡胶胶粘剂,控制酚醛-丁腈橡胶胶粘剂铺设后的路面水平无坑洞,填补完全沥青路面表面凹陷与孔洞,使其整体胶黏厚度为35cm;待酚醛-丁腈橡胶胶粘剂铺设完成后,将沥青料用摊铺机将沥青料铺设至酚醛-丁腈橡胶胶粘剂表面,控制摊铺速度为2.5m/min,摊铺夯锤频率为4.5级,待铺设完成后,静置20min,用13T的双钢轮压路机对路面进行压实,随后待其静置固化24h,即可完成对结构性破坏沥青路面的修复。
Claims (1)
1.一种免拆除结构性破坏沥青路面修复方法,其特征在于具体操作步骤为:
(1)选取凹陷的市政沥青路面,使用电动刷与吹风机对沥青路面的裂缝进行清洁处理,扫除其裂隙中沙土与瓦砾,随后用洒水车对路面进行冲洗,将灰尘砂砾冲刷干净后,自然晾干;沥青路面加热机对路面进行加热处理,控制加热温度为125~130℃,加热时间为5~10min;
(2)待自然晾干后,首先沿道路走向,按沥青路面外侧的路肩边线进行打孔,控制打孔孔径为30~50mm,打孔深度为45~50mm,待路肩边线打孔完成后,在所打孔洞的路面内测横向每隔30cm处再次打孔,控制打孔至沥青路面内侧,即可完成对路面的打孔处理;
(3)待路面打孔完成后,用沥青路面加热机对沥青路面进行加热,控制加热温度为125~130℃,待加热25~30min沥青路面软化后,对沥青路面铺覆酚醛-丁腈橡胶胶粘剂,控制酚醛-丁腈橡胶胶粘剂铺设后的路面水平无坑洞,填补完全沥青路面表面凹陷与孔洞,使其整体胶黏厚度为30~35cm;
(4)待酚醛-丁腈橡胶胶粘剂铺设完成后,将沥青料用摊铺机将沥青料铺设至酚醛-丁腈橡胶胶粘剂表面,控制摊铺速度为2.5m/min,摊铺夯锤频率为4.5级,待铺设完成后,静置15~20min,用11~13T的双钢轮压路机对路面进行压实,随后待其静置固化20~24h,即可完成对结构性破坏沥青路面的修复。
