本发明公开一种防水抗裂保温砌块,该防水抗裂保温砌块按重量计,由包括以下原料制成:稻杆30~45份、石棉25~35份、硅灰15~20份、水泥20~25份、硅油3~6份、发泡剂1~2份、稳泡剂0.1‑0.5份、减水剂0.5‑1份。与现有建筑保温砌块相比,本发明的砌块表观密度低,保温和隔音效果好,且防水抗裂。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种防水抗裂保温砌块。
背景技术
节约能源是我国经济发展的战略重点,具体在建材领域,1986 年国家建设部颁布了《民用建筑节能设计标准》,2001 年10 月1 日,国家建设部颁发了《夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》。从2000 年起,对采暖区热环境差或能耗大的原有建筑的节能改造工作已经开始,2005 年国家已经在重点城镇开始节能改造。发展新型建筑墙体材料以减少建筑围护结构的能量流失,是提高建筑能源利用效率的主要措施之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防水抗裂保温砌块。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种防水抗裂保温砌块,按重量计,由包括以下原料制成:稻杆30~45份、石棉25~35份、硅灰15~20份、水泥20~25份、硅油3~6份、发泡剂1~2份、稳泡剂0.1-0.5份、减水剂0.5-1份。
所述发泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠或十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
所述稳泡剂为聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、明胶或淀粉。
所述减水剂为木质素磺酸钠或萘系高效减水剂。
所述硅油为甲基硅油、乙基硅油、苯基硅油或甲基含氢硅油。
上述防水抗裂保温砌块的制备过程如下:
(1)水泥与水混合,制成浆体;稻杆粉碎至0.5-1cm;
(2)向步骤(1)的浆体中依次加入硅灰、稻杆和石棉,拌匀后,再加入发泡剂、稳泡剂和减水剂,搅拌0.5-2小时后加入硅油;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的浆料注模,先在50-60℃下养护10-15小时,再在130-150℃下养护2-3小时后,脱模,即得到所述的防水抗裂保温砌块。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种防水抗裂保温砌块,原料的重量配比如下:稻杆30份、石棉25份、硅灰15份、水泥20份、甲基硅油3份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠1份、聚乙烯醇0.1份、木质素磺酸钠0.5份。
制备过程如下:
(1)水泥与水按重量比为1:2混合,制成浆体;稻杆粉碎至0.5-1cm,备用;
(2)向步骤(1)的浆体中依次加入硅灰、稻杆和石棉,拌匀后,再加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚乙烯醇和木质素磺酸钠,搅拌0.5-2小时后加入甲基硅油;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的浆料注模,先在50-60℃下养护10-15小时,再在130℃下养护3小时后,脱模,即得到所述的防水抗裂保温砌块。
实施例2
一种防水抗裂保温砌块,原料的重量配比如下:稻杆45份、石棉35份、硅灰20份、水泥25份、乙基硅油6份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份、明胶0.5份、木质素磺酸钠1份。
制备过程如下:
(1)水泥与水按重量比为1:1混合,制成浆体;稻杆粉碎至0.5-1cm,备用;
(2)向步骤(1)的浆体中依次加入硅灰、稻杆和石棉,拌匀后,再加入十二烷基硫酸钠、明胶和木质素磺酸钠,搅拌0.5-2小时后加入乙基硅油;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的浆料注模,先在50-60℃下养护10-15小时,再在150℃下养护2小时后,脱模,即得到所述的防水抗裂保温砌块。
本发明的防水抗裂保温砌块表观密度为420~480 kg/m3,导热系数≤0.035 W/(m·K),且具有良好的隔音效果。

1.一种防水抗裂保温砌块,按重量计,由包括以下原料制成:稻杆30~45份、石棉25~35份、硅灰15~20份、水泥20~25份、硅油3~6份、发泡剂1~2份、稳泡剂0.1-0.5份、减水剂0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防水抗裂保温砌块,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠或十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防水抗裂保温砌块,其特征在于,所述稳泡剂为聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、明胶或淀粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防水抗裂保温砌块,其特征在于,所述减水剂为木质素磺酸钠或萘系高效减水剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防水抗裂保温砌块,其特征在于,所述硅油为甲基硅油、乙基硅油、苯基硅油或甲基含氢硅油。
