Abstract

本发明公开一种用石英尾渣制备保温砌块的方法,包括如下步骤:(1)水泥与水混合,制成浆体;(2)向步骤(1)的浆体中依次加入硅灰、石英尾渣和石棉,拌匀后,再加入发泡剂、稳泡剂和减水剂,搅拌0.5‑2小时;(3)将步骤(2)得到的浆料注模,先在60‑70℃下养护10‑15小时,再在150‑200℃下养护2‑3小时后,脱模,即得到所述的石英尾渣保温砌块;按重量计,各原料配比如下:石英尾渣30~45份、石棉10~15份、硅灰5~10份、水泥20~25份、发泡剂1~2份、稳泡剂0.1‑0.5份、减水剂0.5‑1份。与现有建筑保温砌块相比,本发明方法成本低,制得的砌块保温效果更好,且具有良好的隔音效果。

一种用石英尾渣制备保温砌块的方法
技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种用石英尾渣制备保温砌块的方法。
背景技术
节约能源是我国经济发展的战略重点,具体在建材领域,1986 年国家建设部颁布了《民用建筑节能设计标准》,2001 年10 月1 日,国家建设部颁发了《夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》。从2000 年起,对采暖区热环境差或能耗大的原有建筑的节能改造工作已经开始,2005 年国家已经在重点城镇开始节能改造。发展新型建筑墙体材料以减少建筑围护结构的能量流失,是提高建筑能源利用效率的主要措施之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种石英尾渣保温砌块。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种用石英尾渣制备保温砌块的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)水泥与水混合,制成浆体;
(2)向步骤(1)的浆体中依次加入硅灰、石英尾渣和石棉,拌匀后,再加入发泡剂、稳泡剂和减水剂,搅拌0.5-2小时;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的浆料注模,先在60-70℃下养护10-15小时,再在150-200℃下养护2-3小时后,脱模,即得到所述的石英尾渣保温砌块;
按重量计,各原料配比如下:
石英尾渣30~45份、石棉10~15份、硅灰5~10份、水泥20~25份、发泡剂1~2份、稳泡剂0.1-0.5份、减水剂0.5-1份。
所述发泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠或十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
所述稳泡剂为聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、明胶或淀粉。
所述减水剂为木质素磺酸钠或萘系高效减水剂。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种石英尾渣保温砌块,原料配比如下:石英尾渣30重量份、石棉10重量份、硅灰5重量份、水泥20重量份、十二烷基硫酸钠1重量份、明胶0.1重量份、萘系高效减水剂0.5重量份。
制备过程如下:
(1)水泥与水按重量比为1:1混合,制成浆体;
(2)向步骤(1)的浆体中依次加入硅灰、石英尾渣和石棉,拌匀后,再加入十二烷基硫酸钠、明胶和萘系高效减水剂,搅拌2小时;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的浆料注模,先在60-70℃下养护10-15小时,再在150℃下养护3小时后,脱模,即得到所述的石英尾渣保温砌块。
实施例2
一种石英尾渣保温砌块,原料配比如下:石英尾渣45重量份、石棉15重量份、硅灰10重量份、水泥25重量份、十二烷基硫酸钠2重量份、明胶0.5重量份、木质素磺酸钠1重量份。
制备过程如下:
(1)水泥与水按重量比为1:2混合,制成浆体;
(2)向步骤(1)的浆体中依次加入硅灰、石英尾渣和石棉,拌匀后,再加入十二烷基硫酸钠、明胶和木质素磺酸钠,搅拌2小时;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的浆料注模,先在60-70℃下养护10-15小时,再在200℃下养护2小时后,脱模,即得到所述的石英尾渣保温砌块。
本发明的泡沫混凝土砌块表观密度为600~650 kg/m3,导热系数≤0.045 W/(m·K),且具有良好的隔音效果。
石英尾渣为萤石选矿产生的尾矿废渣,在使用前,先风干,再粉碎至20~30目。

Claims (5)

1.一种用石英尾渣制备保温砌块的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)水泥与水混合,制成浆体;
(2)向步骤(1)的浆体中依次加入硅灰、石英尾渣和石棉,拌匀后,再加入发泡剂、稳泡剂和减水剂,搅拌0.5-2小时;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的浆料注模,先在60-70℃下养护10-15小时,再在150-200℃下养护2-3小时后,脱模,即得到所述的石英尾渣保温砌块;
按重量计,各原料配比如下:
石英尾渣30~45份、石棉10~15份、硅灰5~10份、水泥20~25份、发泡剂1~2份、稳泡剂0.1-0.5份、减水剂0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠或十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述稳泡剂为聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、明胶或淀粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述减水剂为木质素磺酸钠或萘系高效减水剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,水泥与水按重量比为1:1-2混合。
