Abstract

本发明公开一种利用工业废弃物制备的保温砌块,该砌块按重量计,由包括以下原料制成:工业废弃物30~45份、石棉5~10份、硅灰5~10份、水泥20~25份、发泡剂1~2份、稳泡剂0.1‑0.5份、减水剂0.5‑1份,所述工业废弃物为煤矸石或钢渣。与现有建筑保温砌块相比,本发明充分利用工业废弃物,成本低,所得砌块具有良好的保温和隔音效果。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种利用工业废弃物制备的保温砌块。
背景技术
节约能源是我国经济发展的战略重点,具体在建材领域,1986 年国家建设部颁布了《民用建筑节能设计标准》,2001 年10 月1 日,国家建设部颁发了《夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》。从2000 年起,对采暖区热环境差或能耗大的原有建筑的节能改造工作已经开始,2005 年国家已经在重点城镇开始节能改造。发展新型建筑墙体材料以减少建筑围护结构的能量流失,是提高建筑能源利用效率的主要措施之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种利用工业废弃物制备的保温砌块。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种利用工业废弃物制备的保温砌块,按重量计,由包括以下原料制成:工业废弃物30~45份、石棉5~10份、硅灰5~10份、水泥20~25份、发泡剂1~2份、稳泡剂0.1-0.5份、减水剂0.5-1份,所述工业废弃物为煤矸石或钢渣。
所述发泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠或十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
所述稳泡剂为聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、明胶或淀粉。
所述减水剂为木质素磺酸钠或萘系高效减水剂。
所述工业废弃物为煤矸石或钢渣的粒径为10~20目。
上述利用工业废弃物制备的保温砌块的生产过程如下:
(1)水泥与水混合,制成浆体;
(2)向步骤(1)的浆体中依次加入硅灰、工业废弃物和石棉,拌匀后,再加入发泡剂、稳泡剂和减水剂,搅拌0.5-2小时;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的浆料注模成型,先在60-70℃下养护15-20小时,再在750-800℃下焙烧1-3小时后,即可。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种利用工业废弃物制备的保温砌块,原料的重量配比为:10-20目煤矸石45份、石棉10份、硅灰10份、水泥25份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2份、明胶0.5份、木质素磺酸钠1份。
制备过程如下:
(1)水泥与水按重量比为1:1混合,制成浆体;
(2)向步骤(1)的浆体中依次加入硅灰、煤矸石和石棉,拌匀后,再加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠、明胶和木质素磺酸钠,搅拌0.5-2小时;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的浆料注模成型,先在60-70℃下养护15-20小时,再在750℃下焙烧1小时后,即可。
实施例2
一种利用工业废弃物制备的保温砌块,原料的重量配比为:10-20目钢渣30份、石棉5份、硅灰5份、水泥20份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份、聚乙烯醇0.5份、萘系高效减水剂0.5份。
制备过程如下:
(1)水泥与水按重量比为1:1.5混合,制成浆体;
(2)向步骤(1)的浆体中依次加入硅灰、钢渣和石棉,拌匀后,再加入十二烷基硫酸钠、聚乙烯醇和萘系高效减水剂,搅拌0.5-2小时;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的浆料注模成型,先在60-70℃下养护15-20小时,再在800℃下焙烧1小时后,即可。
本发明的保温砌块表观密度为670~720 kg/m3,导热系数≤0.06 W/(m·K),且具有良好的隔音效果。

1.一种利用工业废弃物制备的保温砌块,按重量计,由包括以下原料制成:工业废弃物30~45份、石棉5~10份、硅灰5~10份、水泥20~25份、发泡剂1~2份、稳泡剂0.1-0.5份、减水剂0.5-1份,所述工业废弃物为煤矸石或钢渣。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用工业废弃物制备的保温砌块,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠或十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的利用工业废弃物制备的保温砌块,其特征在于,所述稳泡剂为聚丙烯酰胺、聚乙烯醇、明胶或淀粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的利用工业废弃物制备的保温砌块,其特征在于,所述减水剂为木质素磺酸钠或萘系高效减水剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的利用工业废弃物制备的保温砌块,其特征在于,所述工业废弃物为煤矸石或钢渣的粒径为10~20目。
